Faction/Race: Monster Race: Were-Panther
Natural Ability: Were-form. Kemnebi can change from her humanoid form to her animal form in an instant, hardly needing much fear to do so. She takes on the form of a panther that is roughly the size of a full grown horse, and is far stronger than the mere mortal for of the creature in the human world. For now, her animal form seems rather plain. When she progresses with her studies her animal form will eventually grow spikes in various places.
Personality: Kemnebi is very stubborn, possessive, and sarcastic. In her dealings with others, she can be likened to a mirror. She’s polite to those who treat her well, but she can lash out with a viperous tongue at those who choose to be rude and insufferable. Kemnebi has a very dry, sarcastic humor that takes some getting used to and she’s been known to drive off more than one person that way.
Kemnebi doesn’t particularly mind being alone. Similar to her animal species, she is a bit of a loner, oft preferring a quiet limb to listen to music or take a catnap than the hustle and bustle of a large crowd. Friends aren’t something she finds necessary, though she can be friendly. If anyone is ever able to breach her aloof persona, however, they’ve made a friend for life. Her possessive nature claims them as ‘hers’ and she protects and keeps what is hers.
The girl loves heights. Trees, rooftops, parapets, if it’s high off the ground she’ll try to find some way to get up there. It’s a cat thing to want to get high; it gives an advantage in hunting prey. Not something she normally does, but she doesn’t mind allowing her more animal instincts a bit of free reign. Being up that high, especially during a storm, also allows her to recharge her own store of electricity, though she isn’t dumb enough to be outside during a lightning storm.
She also has a habit of picking pockets. Lured by the small amount of danger, Kemnebi finds that stealing trinkets from others is thrilling. Even more so to slip though the other’s guard to put the trinket back without notice. She also finds it highly amusing to lift something valuable from one person and place it into a different person’s pocket, sit back, and watch the sparks fly. This she normally reserves for those who have pissed her off; after all, dissention among her enemies causes her no ends of amusement. But every once in a while she does it for pure entertainment’s sake, the hapless victims are usually people she doesn’t even know. Does she get caught? Oh sure, hard not too with all the times she does it. One of her driving forces in taking the stealth class is to improve upon her skill. She’s always willing to get better.
Why are they enrolled in Amityville Academy? Kemnebi made her way to the academy in order to gain better control of her fear ability. Having an ability that knocks her unconscious for an indefinable period of time makes her feel far too vulnerable. Kemnebi also wishes to improve upon her pick-pocketing skills so that she doesn’t get caught quite as often. So her goal is to get better and to maybe even learn some new tricks.
FEAR Ability: Lightning Strike (Gambler's Chance). Kemnebi has the ability to shoot electricity in an offensive strike. The power manifests as lightning that shoots from the ends of her fingers.
Physical Description: Lean and lithe like a cat, about five feet tall and 120lbs
Eye Colour: Gold with green streaks and a cat’s pupil. Almond/cat shaped Hair Colour/Style: Dark purple almost black hair. DEUS EX MACHINA PERSONNEL FORM The Hunter Name: Matthias Jane Duffy Nicknames:Prefers to go by Matt, E-5, Bandaids, Patches Gender: Male Age: 27 Category: Moon Personalities: Older Brother Worrywort:Matt is a responsible sort of good humored guy, he worries and frets over every little scratch on others and will tie you to a bed if that means getting you rest. He is also the voice of reason in any sort of situation and if that makes him the party pooper at times he doesn’t mind. He will give a lending hand or ear if anyone needs it and will do what he can to give advice in return. He is the shoulder to cry on and won’t judge you for doing so. He will also keep his mouth shut, patient confidence is a must so if you tell him a secret no one will hear from him about it. Never Worry:Matt is the guy who has a smile on his face and will tell you that everything is ok even if there is blood pouring out of every inch of his body. He feels that he is the one who should worry over others, and others shouldn’t worry about him. He does not like to talk about himself, his past, and is rather rusty in telling his full emotions about others but he tries his best when asked. Always Working:His job never ends, neevveeerrrrrrr. Matt could be at a bar with friends and still be the doctor telling you what you should and shouldn’t do. If someone get’s hurt at the bar, he’s stitch them up on the spot. He doesn’t quite know when to quit or at least switch off the constant need to be help. He will wear himself out and end up getting himself sick or hurt in the end. Equalizer: Matt doesn’t judge or hold a grudge. If he gets annoyed or pissed off at you, even yell good chances are he won’t remember it the next day and treat you the same way he always had. He doesn’t judge others from what they have done and their appearance, say, or etc. Everyone in the end is a patient regardless of what they do to him or others. No Coordination: Matt has no hand eye coordination when it comes to throwing or catching, he can stitch and do anything that doesn’t involve trying to see something coming towards him but never ask him to play baseball he sucks. Hobbies: Stitching. Not only can he stitch up wounds but he can make a dress (and a matching suit). He also is a great barista and has a bad habit of remembering too many facts for his own good and rambling them off at you. Why did your human character choose to become a Hunter? (Re-Writing a Solo) Former Position: Former doctor, he didn't have a fancy surgeon job he was just your normal doctor that worked in a small office and had a few staff members that he got along with and were treated as if they were his family. Veela (Slavic Fairy) Gender: Female Personality: Kasimira demands to the center of attention or at least for the most part she would be the center of Matt's since in her mind he belongs to her not the other way around. She has no issue in showing her emotions, blabbering on about stories, secrets, and is rather affectionate to the point it could be almost possessive. Kasimira does get jealous when other (usually the females) become the concern of Matt instead of her and will sulk, pout and complain about it if not be generally rude about the female but she does eventually get over it... somewhat. Kasimira is one of the few who knows what is going on in Matt's head, or at least she tries to for the most part. She is particularly irked that he never stops working and has the habit of wearing himself thin (probably because he never says no and Kasimira insist that he should be more selfish). History: Kasimira was once a feared veela who was fond of terrorizing travelers with powerful storms as they traveled through her lands. Yet like any other creature with a somewhat heart she fell in love with handsome and courageous ruler and gave him her wings only to find that he betrayed her for glory and power. She has come to terms in being betrayed and sees being a weapon as a new chance in something you could call a life. She is rather knowledgeable in battle tricks, healing, knowing when it's going to rain, and being a rather talented songstress. Weapon Ability Kasimira can give anything touching her a shock and the more FEAR she possess absorbs the better the shock she can create. As Matt progresses in rank the more powerful and less FEAR she needs to create electricity to shock others even to the point of resembling lightening bolts. As a spear she is rather decorative in appearance, it comes with being one of the most beautiful fairies (or so she says). AMITYVILLE ACADEMY ENROLLMENT FORM
Name: ZinMeur Nicknames: Zin, Zinny Gender: Female Age: 17th Generation - approximately 14
Faction: Monster Race: Kandra - A gelatinous beast that takes on new forms by digesting their bones.
Natural Ability: Kandra are made of tissue and goo in equal measures. They can take a pair of bones, be they a set of artificial ones (crystal, wood, stone, etc) or a human's, and take on their form.
It takes 24-72 uninterrupted hours for ZinMeur to digest the bones and thoroughly form the new body, since she is so young. They do not get any special abilities that the previous owner may have had; merely their appearance.
They are sort of 'held together' by two spikes that pierce their FEAR core.
Personality: Zinny is a 17th generation Kandra, the youngest of her kind. Like all Kandra, she was first born as a Mistwraith, a shapeless creature formed of little more than tissue and ooze. Serving as the larval stage for Kandras, Mistwraiths are barely sentient; they roll around digesting whatever bones or bodies they find, becoming an amalgamation of limbs and bones and eyeballs.
Fortunately, Zinny was recently gifted with the Blessing of Awareness, turning her from a simple pile of bones and ooze into a proper sentient monster of Halloween. Think of gaining a Blessing of Awareness as the catalyst for a metamorphosis, from an unfortunate caterpillar into an equally unfortunate butterfly.
A lopsided, wobbly butterfly that can't fly.
Zinny has not yet ventured out of the Kandra homeland, a series of large underground caverns. As a result, she is awfully sheltered, as Kandra schooling is primarily on two things: one, how to digest bones to change into another form...and two, how to imitate humans, and generalized acting classes.
The poor girl often means well, but has a knack for getting herself into unfortunate disasters caused by her blundering. That doesn't mean she's a slacker, though, or that she's stupid...Just not yet schooled in the ways of Halloween.
When given a task, she does her best to complete it, so that she has practise in perseverance for her Contracts in the future. No one would call her a quick learner, but she does her damndest to pick up on what is necessary, so that she can be useful to whoever she might serve.
Unlike most of Halloween's creatures, the Kandra have deals with mankind, often to spy on humans. As a result, ZinMeur does not really look down on humans. She just thinks of them as the best bodies to eat, as they are the most versatile...plus they're tasty. She's only had a taste or two of fresh bones, but what she wouldn't do for a set of her own bones to eat!
Her hobbies, as they were mainly developed entirely underground, mostly involve exploring caves and being overly curious about EVERYTHING. She's gone through at least five sets of True Bodies, which are skeletal frames constructed out of delicate crystals or wood, due to how many times she's taken a tumble down a hundred or some feet.
Why are they enrolled in Amityville Academy? Zinny is a newborn from the Kandra homeland that wants to see the world! She isn't content with learning from her elders within closed walls. She dreamed of orange sun and hazy clouds, of learning with races of all kinds, instead of just having to learn about them and then EATING them.
FEAR Ability: Blessing of Potency - The Eye - Zinny uses her blessing to hit harder than usual.

Natural Ability: (I’m going to go with Object Invocation cause the wiki says that they are the souls of young maidens that guard treasures. Please let me know if I can’t use this and I will try to find something else.) Object Invocation: A haunt’s power is usually tied to their power object in some way. Personality: Lorelei doesn’t know where she fits in. You see sees also part Siren. She has been looked down at and can’t hang out with other Sirens. It’s not that she’s half/part Siren it’s the fact that she can’t sing. In fact she can’t speak at all. She’s mute. (Remember seeing the little mermaid when Ariel lost her voice and tried to communicate with Eric and everyone but was kind of awkward with it?) Well that’s Lorelei for you. She tries to communicate or express her feeling through sign language, written notes or conveying her thoughts though minds. Lorelei is very beautiful and because of that she gets the wrong kind of attention. Either it’s some jealous girl who thinks Lorelei is after her man, or a creepy old dude. Nicknames: The name 'Sera' sounds familiar to her, so she would like to request that used.
Gender: Female
Age: She died at about eighteen, and appears that way in this life, too. As far as ghosts go, she is relatively young, only having been brought to Halloween within the past few years.
Faction: Ghost Race: Kuchisake-onna
Natural Ability: Alluring - All Kuchisake-onna have the ability to lure others in with their visible beauty, before moving in with their questions and for their strike.
At year two, can be expanded into a general illusionry effect; it makes those around her see something that catches their eye when they look at her, peripherally, but when they turn to her ... she just looks like a fairly normal woman.
(Naturally, I understand most use of this would really just be discussed with any RPer.)
Personality:
"Me? I love to talk~" Put Serafina in a room with enough boils and ghouls and she will be going on a mile a minute. She's an outgoing type, thriving off the existance of other Halloween denizens. It would be hard to believe she was killed so violently, her love of people still managing to shine through to the point where she can't stand to be without them. In fact, she's so social she's almost a nuisance. If she sees you, expect her to say hello. You didn't acknowledge her? She'll say it again. And again. And once she has your attention, she won't stop talking. Until she gets bored, anyway. Then she'll probably just drag you somewhere.
But she does love people! And being around people. And being around so many people...
"They say I'm like a sponge~" Perhaps the only reason why Serafina's low attention span will ever manage to survive in Amityville Academy, Serafina is quite good at remembering, and memorizing, what she is told. Don't remember what happened two days ago during lunchtime and now are trying to figure out why the teachers are mad at you? No problem! Serafina will quite cheerfully tell you exactly what happened down to the nitty gritty detail, all with a grin while doing it. Don't remember what was gone over in class? If Serafina was there, she could easily tell you, almost reciting what the class was about back word-for-word.
This does, of course, make her a rather good source of typical school gossip, something that Serafina just eats all up. More chances to talk to people? Fantastic! She will totally tell you what she caught the Knobgoblins doing! The administration would have a fit, let her tell you...
She's also one of those few people who have an instant knack for faces and names, so once she meets someone, she will be certain to completely recognize them next time around, even if the other has no idea who she is. Can this verge on creepy? Perhaps, but Serafina probably doesn't notice.
Does it bother her at all that she can't recall her past life in the human world? Yes, but there isn't much she can do about that, is there? She'll just make an effort to remember everything else clearly...
"Aww, I'm sorry they did that!" Serafina wants to be told everyone's problems so she can make them better. When her eyes aren't inevitably wandering to something else, Serafina makes an excellent person to talk with. She'll always respond at the right times during your story and will always say what she has deemed just the right thing to make the problem seem not so bad, or perhaps the burden a little lighter. Perhaps she's a mini-counselor in her own right. Besides, you would much rather come to her, right? The counselor's office is... full of living daisies. Isn't that disgusting? (Appearance of counselor's office subject to exaggeration)
In the end, maybe she's only sympathetic because she likes any excuse to talk to people, but she seems honest enough. ...Even if she is gleaning information the entire time you are telling her about your latest problem.
"Nothing's wrong with care about appearance." She's so vain she probably thinks every song is about her, really. Before her death, in the human world, she had been incredibly concerned with her appearance. After her death, her mind seems to have clung onto the feeling of self-love, amplifying it further. Perhaps typical of a Kuchisake-onna, Serafina likes knowing she's pretty. She will purposely do whatever she can to make herself what she interprets as prettier, from keeping up with the latest Halloween fashions to putting on the most ghoulish make-up to even attempting to make her voice sound lighter and more attractive.
Note that part of the reason why Serafina's vanity surged was to compensate for how much the marking on her face hurts her. Whenever she looks at the mirror without her mask, she cringes, and she tries to do everything she can to look even more beautiful so it simply never comes up.
Seriously, don't ask her about the mask.
"Keep your hands off my things!" Serafina is one possessive little ghoul. If it's hers, it's not yours. If it's hers, it's not anyone else's to touch. She has a possessive hold over her belongings mostly reserved for haunts over their haunted object, unable to make herself let other people even borrow her objects. No, her pen cannot be borrowed, as she possesses it, and therefore it is hers alone. If anyone does attempt to borrow something from her, her usual jovial nature will disappear and she will quite happily lunge at them if they will not leave her stuff alone. Will this get her in trouble? ...Probably.
Does Serafina care? No, that was hers you were holding!
This possessiveness also extends to people, though it isn't quite as bad... for the most part, anyway. She is willing to let her friends socialize to others, but ultimately, she would prefer they socialize with her and others. If her friends start hanging out with her too little, and too little might be a few days at best, she will start to become agitated and attempt to drag them back to her. On the other hand, any significant others she gains would have to be willing to deal with the fact that she will barely let them see anyone else. A significant other is treated much like a physical object, much to the misfortune of the significant other...
"But where's the excitement?" Part of the reason why she joined up with Amityville Academy was because she thought the surrounding area was getting old. In general, Serafina grows bored with the same old routine rather quickly, and is the type that prefers spontaneity to a stable, solid schedule. There are some days where she will get up and decide that she is going to dress totally different that day, and there are other days where she gets up and decides that she is going to do something completely unexpected. Serafina is one of those types who will, eventually, end up skipping class on a fairly regular basis, but she thinks she's intelligent enough to keep up anyway.
Besides, she would much rather go tromp through the Scarefari's new areas today than sit around in class. How old.
Why are they enrolled in Amityville Academy? Serafina, like many ghosts, is rather baffled with her new life and new existance, and wishes to come to Amityville Academy to help herself adjust and learn about her new abilities.
Or so she says, anyway.
Serafina's real reasoning involves the variety of peoples she has seen come in and out of the halls of Amityville Academy over the past few years, while she watches wistfully from the sidelines. She wants to be part of that. She wants to be part of a social group and gain ground amoungst her peers. Besides, honestly, this whole milling around as a ghost is getting rather old.
Lots of denizens in one location? That meant that things would never get old!
FEAR: Snip Snip...~ Kuchisake-onna tend to prefer to inflict death on others the same way it was inflicted on them in life--with sharp objects to the face. Serafina is no exception, and her FEAR abilities manifest in such a way. Briefly, for durations that increase as her grade in Amityville does, her fingers become razor sharp, ready to cut across like scissors or slash like knives and draw blood--or ectoplasm, or FEAR, or whatever an enemy may possess--in the most efficient way possible.

Physical Description:
Eye Colour: Being her defining facial feature, with most else covered by her surgical mask, Serafina is determined to make sure her eyes stand out. Usually lined with dark eye liner and blue eyeshadow, her eyes are a midnight blue, nearly black in color.
Hair Colour/Style: Her hair is kept medium-length and fashionable, echoing her own love for beauty. In general, she crimps or waves it a little, and ends up with hair that waves along the sides of her face. Her bangs are side-brushed, with a triangle slit upwards into her hairline over one eye and hanging low, over her brows, on the other. Similar to this?
Skin Colour: Serafina's skin takes on a pale, ghastly shade in her new life as a Kuchisake-onna. Like all ghosts, her skin has a light glow to it, amplified by her pale skin.
Clothing Style/Colours: Kuchisake-onna are vain creatures, and Serafina comes as no exception. Despite being rather dead, Serafina wishes to look as beautiful as she ever was, taking particular care of her clothing, hair, and make-up. To help bring out some of her other features, Serafina tends towards darker colors, with dark blues, dark purples, and blacks finding the most frequent appearances in her wardrobe.
Chances are, whatever currently finds itself in Halloween dark fashion, she is finding a way to wear. Dresses? Sure! Corsets? Gotcha! High heels? Mmhm~ Flowing pants? Okay! Tattered scarves? Sure, why not!
There is one particular garment she never removes. Over her mouth an nose she wears a Surgical Mask, hiding the mutilation that declares her particularly as a Kuchisake-onna. As she never takes it off, she is rather creative with her surgical mask, and makes efforts to wear a new one every day that matches her particular outfit.

AMITYVILLE ACADEMY ENROLLMENT FORM Name: Canon Indy Nicknames: (to be determined through roleplay) Gender: Female Age: 15 Faction: Monster Race: Skark (weird swamp monster) Natural Ability: Mimicry - All Skarks are quite adept at manipulating sound through their breathing holes. When you get a whole bunch of Skarks together, in their natural form, they tend to sound like an orchestra warming up. They use this ability to mimic the sounds of their prey, luring them in, but they'll also mimic any interesting sound, including music. A Skarks' name is actually a string of notes, but they've taken a liking to 'naming' their children after famous musical scores. Canon's name, for instance, is the first four bars of Pachelbel's Canon in D. Personality: Indy may not be a cat, but her curiosity has gotten her just as close to being killed. She considers herself to be a scientist, and eagerly pursues 'research' along topics that interest her, whether it's concocting new poisons, or following someone around to see how they spend their day. However, Indy is terribly naive. Sarcasm tends to fly right over her (as do most thrown objects; she's barely two feet tall in her natural form). She has little sense of personal space, and she can be quite gullible about something she doesn't have personal knowledge. Her curiosity does tend to make her an amiable little companion, if you can stand the questions, not to mention how she says hello. In Skark society, it's polite to attack and narrowly miss the person you're meeting. There's no actual malice in the attack, though if you should take a swing at her in return and hit, that's generally considered an invitation to spar. And when it comes to fighting, Indy always attacks with a joyful ferocity. Canon likes to think she makes friends easily. And from her point of view, she has lots of friends. Even the ones who throw things at her, or try to kick her, cause I mean, come on! Who doesn't like a little rough and tumble now and then? 8D And if they're yelling with rage, that just means they're passionate and have good fighting spirit. Very admirable. There are a few traits Canon finds undesirable. Apathy being one. If you aren't interested, aren't passionate about something, then you're boring. The second being pacifism. Refusing to fight because you don't want to hurt someone just means you're too weak to control yourself. In these cases, Canon would just ignore the person, and find someone more interesting. Why are they enrolled in Amityville Academy? To research poisons, naturally. While she has done a lot of research on her own, her home bog only offers a limited selection of flora and fauna to chose from. She's hoping a true education will open the availability of study material. Also, sparring is a traditional pastime with Skarks, and Indy has heard about the Amityville dueling system. She's extremely excited to have a chance at fighting people who aren't her relatives. FEAR Ability: Apothecary - Skarks are creatures capable of absorbing and replicating poison in their body to use as a weapon. Indy's FEAR ability allows her to combine the poisons in her body to create different effects. She's just started experimenting, however, and in the interest of not killing off her test subjects, she sticks to poisons with mild effects. This doesn't mean they can't be an effective distraction in a fight, however. Indy also makes sure to have an antidote handy if someone has an unexpectedly bad reaction. No hard feelings, after all! Everything has it's place, books should be organized in terms of edition and place in the alphabet, and don't get crumbs on his floor. Add that he's not the hugging sort and likes a nice distance between him and others, and he comes off as a cold. While he is more solitary, he's not antisocial and actually likes company. The fact is he's aware of his tendency to point out how unsanitary something might be or get a tad snappy if someone makes a mess of his desk that he becomes wary that he'll make others raise an eyebrow at him. He might pretend to not care, but he saw that look. Still, that hasn't kept him from making friends, and while he's no live wire, he'll be there to listen and help you out when you need it. Just be mindful that if left in the room of a friend to talk, the owner will no doubt come back after grabbing drinks from the fridge to see him vacuuming. It's not that he wants to insult you, but he believes you (and he) will be better off if things were more in order but probably take it badly if you freak out that he's organized your porn collection. Luckily he hasn't gotten to the red alert area of trying to confine himself into a bubble and hasn't had any sort of extreme OCD attacks since he was a small child. In no way the crazy kid that jumps on the bar counter to dance or plays practical jokes, Melvin likes to watch, listen, and enjoy his drink as he mingles. Dragging him onto the dance floor would result in nothing more than making him uncomfortable, but that doesn't mean he wants to drag down your fun. Here, he'll hold your drink! There are times where he falls into the habit of warning others about possible dangers, especially in regards to matters of food poisoning, hand sanitation, and sharing drinks. It's just his way of looking out for you and sharing his knowledge of potential threats. If you snap at him for giving said advice, he'll make note and just keep it to himself, but silently work to keep you from making your immune system vulnerable if he can help it. Why did your human character choose to become a Hunter?Melvin always believed that seeing the shadows was a result of his OCD trying to take hold, and always associated them as a larger idea of germs and uncleanliness (dripping blood and looking rather unclean as some of the shadows gave indication to do does not make for a spotless floor). This particular bird has red as its main body colour and its tail is four long talons with a golden ring encasing it at the top and in the middle. It likes to sits on Essa's shoulder when summoned and is about the same size of her head and neck. Personality: Friendly, physically affectionate, and cheerful, Mar-Mar is a simple ghoul with a very simple view of the world. She's a little scatterbrained, inquisitive, and is naive about the way things work, having only recently risen from the grave. Why are they enrolled in Amityville Academy?Marigold belonged to the lead foreman and was his sweet little bird in a gilded cage. Whenever he let her out of her cage, she would never fly too far away. All it took was a soft whistle for Mar-Mar to return and perch on the foreman's shoulder. He would gently stroke her head while she happily sang for him. Even if she missed the foreman terribly whenever he went into the mines, she knew he would come back eventually. So for all intents and purposes, life was good for Mar-Mar. But one day, the bad thing happened. Something told Mar-Mar she needed to get out of her cage. She needed to go outside, to go to where the mines were, to where the foreman was. She just had to, even if she didn't know why. When the man the foreman left in charge of her feeding came and opened the latch to fill her feeding dish, she took her chance and escaped. Tiny wings beat as hard as they could as she chirped and trilled noisily. The men chasing after her never saw her go into the mines and mistook her singing for the canary the other miners brought with them. The deeper she went, the harder it became to breathe but she continued to cry and call for the foreman. Her eyelids gradually grew heavy and her wings slowed their pace as it became harder and harder for her breathe. She figured taking a rest wouldn't hurt. When she woke, she didn't remember what she was doing there or why she needed to get out now, now, now! Frantically she began to chirp and squawk until a conveniently spelunking reaper heard her panic-stricken cries and helped calm the newly risen undead. "A young undead like you should be in school!" he scolded. Mar-Mar stared and blinked and when began to ask what the reaper was talking about, hands clamped her beak shut. "You definitely need to get an education to manage that morning breath of yours." tl;dr - Mar-Mar wants to learn the ways of being a Halloweener. And maybe figure out why she doesn't like caves or dark, windowless enclosures. FEAR Ability: Wicked Aria ; Tainted Fang. Mar-Mar gets too into singing that she creates so much toxic gas in her lungs not even the mask can filter it out. Physical Description:Eye Colour: White-less and solid black Hair Colour/Style: Completely bald, no brows, probably only eyelashes Skin Colour: Up to the artist Clothing Style/Colours: Up to the artist~ The really important item of clothing is a mask of sorts that covers only her mouth in order to filter out the toxic gas perpetually brewing in her lungs. Extra: Mar-Mar is kind of a waif in terms of body type, slender, maybe even lanky. She also has a "hook" nose so that her profile still has a sort of "beak." References: This is just a suggestion of how she'd look in human form but feel free to play around with her actual skin tone and clothing. It's been several decades since she "took a rest" so have fun with exposed flesh and rotting bits and whatnot 8D the winged form in the suggestion pic is her "real" form only she would be more... decayed with tiny puffs of gas seeping through the rotted bits.

AMITYVILLE ACADEMY ENROLLMENT FORM Name: Discordia Dellafonna Nicknames: Asia (She chose it), Disi or Cord Gender: Female Age: 16 Faction: Demon Race: Kitsune - Youkai fox demon Natural Ability: Illusions - Asia uses here illusions mostly to prank. In year one these illusions could only touch two of the senses, sight and hearing. When she becomes year two, her illusions could suddenly also effect smell. As she gains rank, she should be able to effect sight, hearing, taste, smell and some form of touch. (However, she is not really good at Illusions in general...Like horrible...Just absolutely a failure at them...) (Also this is credit to Lil who also has a Kitsune character) Personality:Rough and Tough - Asia was a born fighter, specializing in hand to hand combat rather then magics. That being said, she doesn't mind getting dirty, grimy and often jumps into the fray of anything. Or challenging whoever she wants.... Failure - With Physical combat prowess, She lacks in the magics. Which is really diminishing for a Kitsune clan member, especially since they are so greatly relied on their magics for distractions and Illusions. She's not sure if its cause she cannot grasp it or if she is just a failure of a Kitsune but it does fuel her to be more accomplished in other things. Like fighting. Hyperactive/Vocal/Temperamental - Asia likes to say things...loudly. Lot's of arm motions. Lots of emotion, LOTS OF FEELING. ALL THE CAPS LOCKS FOR ASIA.Stubborn - Asia is right, even when she is wrong. She sticks to her opinions like a rock stuck in the mud. There's no point in arguing with her because she will tell you over and over and over and over and over again that what she believes and do and does and all the things is right. Tsundere - She says one thing...She totally means the other. Especially when giving compliments. She can turn "Wow you have really nice hair" into "god what is wrong with that fraz on your scalp?"...Body motions as well. She'll do one thing, but mean another. If you touch her, she might flinch away because maybe she likes it, or she might actually let you touch her. She's a odd one. Not dumb, but not smart, kinda of average. Doesn't give two shits about romance and things...eh...Kinda of Spar crazy, doesn't necessarily care about discrimination unless its against the other warring clan... Not a big eater, tends to burn herself out fast...Not really lazy but will do required amounts of sleep. Like pillow bedding rather then actual bedding. Prefers outside conditions as well instead of inside... Likes comic books and easy to read things with pictures. Manga I guess too? Loves her some manga. Its more of a destruction element in her arsenal then it is really a helpful one. Instead of concentrating on distraction magics for her flame, she enforces a lot of FEAR into it and uses it like a bomb, one that can hurt her as well. Until she gets a handle on her FEAR magics, Asia pretty much tries not to use her Fox fire. Faction Demon Race Elver (Link) Quick Forms for an easier reading time: Elver = singular, elvere = multiple elver.
Natural Ability: The Finer Arts - All elvere have an innate affinity for the finer arts; dancing, singing and the mastering of musical instruments all come entirely too easy for them.. as long as it's something that's been around for a while. Elvere do not have natural hip-hop skills and rock'n'roll is completely outside of their capabilities - a matter of species-wide embarrassment, and something they generally like to skip past in conversation. Atrocious howling last night with a vague resemblance to Top 40 tunes? Really? I slept like a log, didn't hear a thing! Nothing to do with me, certainly. It's been theorized that the natural evolution just quite haven't caught up to recent trends yet, and that elvere will be as proficient in the more modern arts as they are the traditional somewhere within the next 400 years. At which point they will still be horribly behind the current trends of their time, of course, but give it another 400 years or so... Still, it does give them naturally graceful movements, although this counts for little more than light evasion in a battle.
Personality: Jules is an inherent mother hen. She worries about people - strangers, friends and enemies alike; if someone needs help, she'll readily go that extra mile to help them out of their quandary: whether they asked for it or not. Insatiable curiosity and a knack for poking her nose in everything that comes her way means that she often goes off half-cocked and gets herself into situations that, really, weren't all that bad before she came and poked her nose into it.
Since being a chronic fusser has never been particularly cool in the teenage community, she occassionally gets it into her head to try and be a bit more mainstream, with varying degrees of success. If there's a new fashion trend out, you can bet Jules has tried (and discarded) it at least once. Smoking is the only fad she's actually kept at, and ironically the only one she doesn't flaunt. (It's a stress thing, OK?)
Being a bit short-sighted, she has the unconscious motto of 'out of sight, out of mind'. If you don't talk with Jules for a few weeks, she'll probably have forgotten your existance (and it's not even that, you've just gotten relegated to some dusty corner in her mind and put on a shelf). And it's not that she means to ignore you, seriously, it's just that she was going to call but then she had a minipet crisis and then, well, she just sort of forgot. She doesn't mean to be mean or make you feel neglected, really, she just has a bit of a problem with things that aren't here-and-now: two weeks with no interaction or encounters and things just start fading in relevance.
More than that, Jules also has a problem keeping up contact with people. Small-talk with strangers? No problem, but picking up the skellyphone to call you and arrange some time to get-together and have a chat? Yeah, no, not so much. It's not meant to be mean and it's not personal, it just really doesn't occur to her - she'll move heaven and hell for you if you're right here, but otherwise she tends to move on with her life, no sweat. But hey, at least she'll act like the two of you only just saw each other yesterday and launch into her nice, warm self when you do catch her - even if you happen to be a bit pissed about the two Octobers with no contact.
Jules also has, well, a tendency to act a bit quickly. She's not always rash, but when she gets an idea that sounds good, why wait around for everyone to get old and wrinkly? Might as well act now and get it done. Jules tends acts quickly, especially when it comes to other people and their personal problems - if you told her about the boilfriend you think might be cheating on you, she'll probably end up confronting him the next time she sees him. Even if, say, there's a perfectly logical (and obvious) explanation and that girl really is just his cousin.
This is also part of what contributes to her meddling nature - a mix of slightly self-serving good-will, nosiness and a 'it sounded like a good idea at the time!'-mentality. She doesn't throw herself into unnecessary danger, but she might occasionally (occasionally) bite off more than she can chew.
Why are they enrolled in Amityville Academy? She wants to master her FEAR. She wants to master it so, so badly because Jules is essentially an insecure kid with desperate want for peer approval and seriously, her FEAR is useless and wouldn't she be tons more bad-a** if it wasn't? Other than that she's a bit of a drifter - she likes Professor Byrn's classes (how to take care of things? Great!), but she's not particularly outstanding or enthusiastic about any of her classes except for the FEAR related ones.
Still, her family expects her to do at least somewhat well in her classes and Jules veers between desperately trying to fulfill their expectations and rebelling against their more traditional Demonic expectations of her. She's a bit split, really - like pretty much every teenager.
FEAR: Jules can dance a person to death - well, okay, not really; but she can dance a person to light fatigue. As long as she's got body contact and hangs onto them long enough. This drains a bit of energy from the target partner and transfers it to Jules, although no more than what amounts to a minute or two (at most) of high adrenaline at her present level of ability. Currently this ability is pretty useless since the target would get fatigued by dancing anyway and they could just, you know, shake her off and get on with their thing. [Headlights]

Rosalyn grew up in the suburbs with nothing to eventful in her life other than the usual a person might grow up with. She was not exclusively locked in side glued to electronics. Rosalyn loved exploring what she deemed the wilderness of her suburban back yard. Her parents both were your average run of the mill parents. Some times she hated them but most of the time she loved them both very much. There was no real tension between the relations. However when the lights went out and sun went down was when things tended to get weird. One night Rosalyn swore she saw a big black shape of a creature eat her entire trashcan. There was no way a bear could also eat metal. Of course her parents just thought she had an over active imagination and actually encouraged her to write her story down. They mock believed her as some parents do. Rosalyn and her friend used to play 'make believe' trash monster together. The games were innocent enough to her parents so they never paid any mind to them. During the games they would see some weird things but of course since Rosalyns parents didn't believe her she summed it up that her imagination was just that good. One night, while taking the garbage out, the mysterious trash can eating thing appeared again. Rosalyn was of course scared so bad that she dropped the bag of trash and to her garage where she watched the creature eat the entire bag and her trashcan. Again. This time she could not sum this up to her imagination and from that point on took a great deal of interest in the paranormal. Later on in life, Rosalyn went on big foot searches and ghost hunting explorations. She did not go to college after high school. She went in to the pits of her curiosity and traveled all across north America until she was approached by some strange people in white coats with a cryptic invitation. Rosalyn accepted. AMITYVILLE ACADEMY ENROLLMENT FORMName: Eldrid Ignatius Ofenhund Nicknames: He's open to some, but doesn't have any at this time. Gender: Male. Age: 16, age that his race allows children to wander.
Faction: Monster Race: Furnace Dog
Natural Ability: Dog Form: Eldrid's natura ability is the ability to revert back to his canine form - which is about as large as an irish wolf-hound, with the texture of a coarse wolf's fur. He feels the most comfortable in this form, but seeing as he feels he would be more vulnerable - and also possibly more dangerous around others, he only stays in this form around his den/dorm, or when needed. This form does actually have thumbs, but not as versitle as humanoid thumbs.
Personality:
To sum Eldrid up, it would easy to say he's a saavy bargainer. He has spent most of his childhood keeping any temper under wraps - and has come out as someone with a calm voice, and calmer head. Everything is said once and thought twice when it comes to the way he acts. He is Passionate, with a capital P when it comes to things he wants and desires. If you have something he wants, he will try his best to get it from you, he'll even try to charm the pants off you.
But it's not like he doesn't have his blow ups, his leash is long, but when it snaps, he can and will jump for throats, his gravelly voice almost taken on the boom of the mountains that he and his family had evolved from. It can take him a while to cool down after an explosion, and usually has to sit out to the side until he's cooled down long enough to smoke out the issues.
He is a little sensative about volcano or fire jokes - he's just kind of heard them all by now. You can call him a sore sport about it, he's used to it. He's also very sensitive about the lava he oozes/seeps/drools, always worried that it will harm another student. He tries to keep his distance, but being such a people person, he's trying to get over himself.
Why are they enrolled in Amityville Academy? The idea of school is exciting to Eldrid, all the prospects of being able to intermingle with all the different races and breeds that go through the halls of Amityville. He wants to know the ins and outs of school, the thoughts of the students and the way to barter the pants on them if he could. Secretly, he'd love to make some friends also, because he's been with his race since he was a whelp, and just wants to meet ghouls and boils that aren't . . . made of lava.
FEAR Ability: Lava Spit: For lack of fancy words, it's exactly what it sounds like - with so much excessive lava in his body, he uses his saliva as a weapon, forcing his system to generate more lava and using it as a projectile. Not having used this much as a youth, his aim is not the greatest, and could use more practice/training in this art, so that he can honestly consider it a brute force.
Physical Description:
Eye Colour: Lava; He has no sclera, just reds and oranges flowing around in his eyes, ever flowing. Hair Colour/Style: Slick back black hair, he tries to keep it tame, but all the heat he contains really doesn't help. Skin Colour: Dark skin, like someone who's been sunbathing often. Unlike his dog form, he likes to keep a humane skintone, as so not to deter anyone from any possible bartering possibilities, Clothing Style/Colours: Actually very proper in the way he wears himself. A sleeveless vest, some slick pants and a tie the colour of lava, with a few trinkets here and there. He's not shy about the fact that he produces lava. he wears boots up to his knees, and usually tries to have a satchel on his hip incase someone is willing to barter with him.
Extra: Ears: Long, almost jackal-like black ears, the colour of charcoal, as the rest of his natural body. Furnace Dogs have average hearing for the canid family, but have grown in to their bartering ways, and are easily summoned by promises of riches and trade. Vents: Eldrid has vents that go up his lungs and on his neck, in rows of five and four, and are considered lesser vents than the main one in the middle of his chest. They keep his body temperature in check, and are prone to shrinking and opening as his day goes by. He attempts to keep them as open as he can, as if they over-heat, he himself could over-heat himself. They give a small glow from the lava, and thus, he's a walking nightlight. Chest Vent: Not as visible as the other vents on his body or his ears and tail, El's chest vent is very very important to him, and he will defend it tooth and nail - it's basically a gaping hole to his heart and lifeforce - the lava. There is a wiring mesh that he can pull the hole closer with, but it must stay open just a little, to vent hot air. Tail: His tail is thin and a little wiry, spanning in to a flat, sickle like end, all black, as the rest of his natural form. Nothing spectacular, as they don't use it very often. Lava drool: He does this, he is ashamed. For being basically created out of fur and lava, the latter keeps him going, a steady flow through the vessels and muscles that bind him. This includes his mouth, which doubles as a alternate to saliva . . . which sometimes overpowers his mouth, and came come out as drool, especially when he is excited. Forehead Orb: Not as cared for as his vents, it's more of a visual reference for how healthy or ill the dog is.
Physical Build: Physically, he can hold his own - he's not weak, and has a small interest in physical exercises to keep one's body healthy. It doesn't really help him much in his interests outside of school, but he's definitively got the muscle mass to support him. Not to mention he's basically lava and muscle, there's not much left for him to flab out.

He has a terrible temper and a strong dislike for being ignored, yet a secret fondness for learning. Attention Seeking - He has led a good life; one of decadence and entitlement, not that he'll admit to it. No. That hurts his chances of getting his own way and he won’t allow it. He wants attention and doesn't generally mind lying about himself to try and get it.
Excitable - He often finds amusement in the most mundane of things; be it an unattended cupcake or hearing his weapons voice for the first time, he would respond the same - with sheer delight and a high he has difficulty concealing.
Intense - When push comes to shove he can tend to fall on the side of extreme; be it with the ferocity in which he battles or his eagerness in showing affection for those he likes and looks up to.
Stubborn - He doesn't like to give up on what he wants, call it self-entitled brat if you'd like. He's satisfied with the belief that anything he wants he eventually gets.
Curious - He has a strong curiosity about the world around him and how it ticks, sadly this lends itself more to a sadistic streak than scientific. Rather than carefully dissect something to see what makes it tick, he prefers to smash it repeatedly. The end result is essentially the same either way.
His Weapon; TBA Why did your human character choose to become a Hunter? Alette had a good life before; a nice big house on the Scottish borders, a kind loving mother who stayed home and tended to his every need and a hard-nosed father who worked to support all of it. They were well off, he had everything he could have ever wanted - or so it seemed. As far back as he could remember he had always been haunted; little moving shadow here, strange glowing red eyes there. It made for such a fearful little boy; his parents couldn't even see them to protect him. As time went on, he learned to protect himself. Any time the shadows crossed his path he would attempt to chase them off and use his toys against them; usually they didn’t stick around long. It was this strange behavior though that worried his parents. He’d oftentimes damage the walls, the floors, and one time even the ceiling fan. The older he got the more damage he’d do and soon they were thinking of sending him off to see a specialist. He wasn’t a kid anymore; he ran away to find his own ‘specialist’, one that told him he was perfectly normal and offered a far better way to fight the shadows.
