For a place called "Dragonfell" Enzo had imagined... piles of treasure maybe? Alright he knew it was in the cold part of town and dressed accordingly, but even the snow in the streets he had grown up in would have been warmer than *this*. There was nothing here, and even the extra insulation from the rats that clung to the inside of his jacket and curled about his neck like a fur collar, he was not enjoying the journey and disappointed by what they found.

A bridge. Fabulous. What sort of boondock town was everyone heading to, anyway? There had better be something worthwhile- and valuable- he could pocket for all this effort.

And then came the ominous creak. He glanced at the long line of people up ahead, watching as several suddenly plummeted down to the cavern below. He glanced behind him to the bulky, monstrous, heavy hunchbacked figure behind him with a look of equal horror as the ice groaned under the lumbering creature's boots. Ooooh like hell he was falling.

Leaving a trail of rats and roaches that couldn't hold on behind him, the short reaper leaped forward, shoes slipping and scrambling and sometimes climbing over other students to get to safety.

The Igor didn't know Aymet very well, but it had been a long time since he had left the general vicinity of Amityville. When he found out Amrita and a few others were going on an adventure of some sort, he had offered to go along easily. He Had hoped it would be a good time away to dedicate to the ghoul, but with first years to herd and terrain to cross and honestly it was a good escape but so far not so good on his shy relationship.

He stepped forward onto the bridge behind a greasy looking boil in a black coat. The bridge creaked under his feet.

Christof watched chaos erupt ahead of him on the bridge.

Apparently it's wasn't very strong. The boy ahead gave him a dirty look before leaping to safety of the other side as people fell and screamed and vanished into the deep...

He waited patiently for the madness to pass before making his way carefully across without much to-do... at least until he spotted Amrita suddenly plummeting down ahead of him as her own shard of ice cracked.

With a muffled shout, his hand just missed her, and he made his way more carefully to the other side. How deep was it? Surely she'd be alright, that was a plus of being an undead but how would they get her back out? He wasn't sure he brought enough rope.

Amphitrite on the other hand...had been wandering lost for awhile now. Though she had heard of this...Dragonfell, she wasn't particularly exploratory about it....but fell in line behind the students so she didn't get even more lost....

Wrapped in....for once, Leggings,her boots and a thick sweater under a thick jacket, The mermaid looked like a small ball of poof as she gripped the ropes of the bridge with a panicked expression, her eyes turned towards the sky in attempts to not look down to her doom.

She didn't even realize she had made it to the otherside until she touched snow, it seeping through her leggings.

"Oh..OH." She looked at it excited. This was her first time seeing frozen flakes of water. It was so pretty.

Once the manananggal was certain her boilfriend had made it across (and why wouldn't he, he did have wings after all) she merged back, with little to no complaint from her lower half. She would be warmer this way, fewer exposed body parts and more insulation also the outfit Legs picked out just would not work if she wasn't together with her upper half.

"W-what do you think happened to the others?" she asked with a nervous bite of her lower lip, sticking extra close to Sheridan, "H-how many of us made it across?" The ghoul asked aloud, trying to count their number.

Petro gave the strix and the celestial dragon each a wry smirk, straightening out but still in his real form. "Heh, 'm surprised I made it across." He was going to stay in this form, despite being bulkier and heavier because if he remained in his human form, his human feet were going to catch frost bite. "Anak ng tipaklong ang ginaw," he shuddered, glad that he listened to Amrita in bundling up more. "Anyone got anything to start a fire with?" he asked the group, while looking for something to use to keep a fire going.

Ulmuka twisted his head on his neck and shuffled towards Sibyl, offering a bow against his large wing. "Hello! I'm Ulmuka!" The words sort of issued from him as the toothed beak offered little articulation when it came to speaking. "I find your shifting very curious!"

But suddenly there were eyes everywhere, opening in the darkest corners of the cavern. He stared at the first set he saw, a contest of sorts, but the giggling strix soon found himself outnumbered by sheer numbers.

"Hmmmm!" He high pitched hummed, picking a Masher up in his talon to tuck under his wing for the road. It wasn't his preferred snack but it's what was available. One for the road!

And then there was a thud, a thump and a bit of a shake. "We should go investigate!" He sounded more cheery than he should be at the prospect of danger, and hurried down the stairs.


[MOVING THREADS]

"I don't know, let's hope they had a soft landing."

Sheridan blinked, an uneasiness in the flicking of his tail as he looked around the room. At first it had seemed harmless enough, inconsequential, it was just a stupid potato, right? And yet...it wasn't, it was a lot of potatoes, A LOT of potatoes with eyes that just stared and stared, with every passing moment it seemed as if there were more of them, so many eyes. It was unsettling, it was CREEPY. What the jack were they staring at?! Jack damn it, it was worse than that creepy little fly girl who had stared at him in that way.

STOP STARING AT ME!

A snort, he looked away from the staring eyes, or at least he tried to. But no matter where he turned they were there. HOW MANY OF THOSE THINGS WERE THERE? Wary, he edged closer to Tess, suddenly thinking he never wanted to see, let alone eat, another potato ever again, ever, EVER!

Just when he was at the point of roaring at those stupid potatoes to make them stop staring at him with their creepy eyes, something else had caught his attention, a loud crash coming from below the stairs he had not realized were there. Wait, stairs, maybe they would lead to wherever those who had fallen had landed. Oh jack, he hoped they were okay...

"Let's go."

Grasping Tess' hand, Sheridan ran for the stairs with his ghoul, hoping that sense of foreboding was all in his imagination, that that crash was not nearly so ominous as he thought.

[EXIT]

"JERICHO YOU STINKING WIND BAG YOU COULD HAVE AT LEAST GIVEN SOME OF US A RIDE!" The ghoul stood on the edge of the bridge shouting across to the dragon boil who had flown ahead. She wasn't really mad, the half assed grin on her face made that clear enough, still, a ride would have been nice.

She didn't like the bridge, she watched as people fell from it like flies in a storm. She was in need of a trip an adventure, something to get away from the school and get her mind off of Riley's return.

Still, she was none to pleased with the bridge still. Sighing overly dramatic like she started across the bridge, boots crunching along the ice...

And something started to crack, so she tried to run, that only made it worse as the ice splintered below her boots before her next step found nothing.

"SONOFSKJDFH" her shout was lost as she tumbled downward.

Man Jericho was such a douche.

Jericho glanced back as Sammy shouted at him, but she was already gone by the time he had looked. Well then. Frowning, he turned back to see hundreds of eyes staring. There were... a hell of a lot of mashers here, which made him frown.

This dragon hated vegetables.

Groaning, he looked a little disappointed, but that didn't stop him from snatching one anyway. Maybe he could use it later if he was that desperate. Or maybe he could make a torch of it.

"How flammable do you think this is?" he asked Petro before moving on as he heard a loud thunk.
