Adi, Attacking Bade
The kick to her gut knocked the wind out of her, and sent her staggering back a step. She didn't want this, she didn't want to fight! It was only a surge of worry from Mazamath that finally spurred her to try to strike again. She had to get through this, she had to survive. For him! But the fact remained that she didn't really know what she was doing, and her attempt failed.

The ends do not justify the means. There is nothing but shame in this! He rolled in the air to avoid her claws, and struck out with his own at her exposed underside.

Bade sidestepped the girl's ineffective swing and thrust her elbow at Adi's side. "All you had to do was say Yes!" She had misjudged her distance, ending up too far away for an effective strike.

Opth hissed with surprise as his claws tore into her sensitive stomach. She dropped down on top of him, her jaws open wide and her eyes whirling red. ~ You are blind! You will never understand! ~

"I won't hurt my friends!" Adi cried, and something finally seemed to click for the girl. She couldn't wish this away, she couldn't close her eyes and hope that everything would be normal again when she opened. Nothing would be okay until they fixed this. "And I won't let you hurt them, either!"
She swung again, but apparently no amount of determination could make up for complete lack of training.

It is you who does not understand what you have done! Clearly, the crimson would never understand, had no concept of how wrong it was to bring this pain upon others. You did not gain respect by taking lives, only fear. How could she not see that, at least?
Reflexively, he caught at her as she dropped towards him, and as he lost altitude, rather than right himself, he tried to twist and bear her to the ground.

Opth: Defending against Mazamath
Opth struggled against Mazamath, flaring her wings as wide as they'd go to try and slow their descent. It did little good though as she couldn't break free and soon enough their combined weight slammed them into the ground, her heavier body breaking his fall.

The sight of her dragon plummeting out of the sky sent Bade's heart into her throat. She saw the blue on top of her and it sent her into a renewed rage. "I'll kill you..." She growled, lunging for Adi's neck with both hands.

Doing this to another dragon twisted his heart and turned his stomach, but she had given him no choice. The revolution had taken their home and their happiness, and they had to take it back! He would see His safe and happy again, even if he had to fight his upstart kin.
Even so, as he tried to both disentangle himself and claw at the crimson, his eyes whirled not only with the colors of battle, but of pain, and his physical injuries were only part of the reason for it. I wish you had not done this.

Kill her? Renewed fear shot through her heart, giving her the speed she needed to avoid the other woman's grasp. Twisting away, she tried to trip up the crimsonrider, but failed even at that simple trick, distracted by the fallen dragons. Even though Mazamath hadn't taken the brunt of the fall, her heart pounded in her throat at the sight.

She snarled and heaved her body upwards, trying to throw Mazamath off of her. He'd given her a beating, maybe she shouldn't have tried to toy and talk so long. She couldn't get purchase on the ground beneath her with his weight holding her down though. ~ For such a small dragon you are entirely too heavy... ~
