Lucian Crow Lucian reached into his own pocket and pulled out a significantly more neatly folded timetable sheet. "Let me see. Flying first thing, then Demon and Angel Culture, Mythology, Economics..." He paused a moment. "I only picked that to fill the gap, heh." He said as a brief aside. "Then it's Divination, Magical Theory, Runes and then Treasure Hunting to round things off."He folded the paper back up again and stashed it in his pocket, picking up his tea and taking a quick sip. "I don't fly as much as I should. I'm a little out of practice."

"Huh... trying to be good at everything, eh?" Simon asked, he sipped at his tea, before folding the paper and replacing it into his pocket, "I fly as I like to, I've found it quite fun... at least when Pigeons didn't deign me to be a moving seat... that and theres a surreal humour to be had incurring vengeance upon the pigeon that shat on you whilst its still in flight, little bas**** never sees it coming..." Simon said, recalling the last time it happened, "Anyways, I don't fly everywhere, I like to use it for long journeys though, that way I'm not limited by paths or roads, only by air traffic."

Lucian Crow Lucian laughed, now with a mental image in his head of Simon abusing the hell out of a bird mid-flight. "I usually have to take a lot of stuff with me when I travel, either that or transporting my sister. She doesn't have the wingspan for sustained flight, a double-jump maybe but not much else."He shrugged slightly. "Besides, I often don't feel like I have too, which is kind of a shame really."

"She should probably learn magic then... or something to assist her in flight, at least until she has the neccesary wing span for maintaining it." Simon said, it seemed like the best solution for it all things considered, that and magic was always a useful thing to know, "Anyways, we both have flying tomorrow so you'll get your chance then." Simon said, intrigued to see how Lucian flew, would he be a speed type, dedicated to going as fast as possible but with pitiful stamina, or would he be energy efficient? Not travelling at break neck speeds but able to traverse longer distances? Either way Simon was eager to begin school for one of the first times ever for many resaons, Lucians flying style and ability being one of them.

Lucian Crow Lucian nodded slightly. "I think she is studying magic, as much as one can considering her age. And I doubt she'll be wanting to learn how to through fireballs around, if anything she'll probably try to learn holy magic, you know, healing and the like."Lucian had always leaned more towards using a balanced flight pattern, striking the middle between distance and speed. He always felt it best to avoid over-specialising, if he trained himself in stamina but was then called upon to travel somewhere quickly he would be stuck, so why not simply try and master both?

"Healing is always good..." Simon cleared his throat, tried his best norweigan accent and said "Skyrim could use more healers." cutting the accent off he continued "Anyways, flight assistance spells aren't all that difficult to learn, heck, I think I still have the book I learnt them from if you think she'd like it." he said, recalling that his parents had stuffed that book amongst his clothes to hide it from him during the flight over, he had fond memories of that book, having learnt the spells at the age of 10 he felt that it would be a logical introduction to them for his sister "All that aside what brings you to this Utopia of education? Better prospects for jobs? Or an attempt at indoctrination by fire for your little sister to communicate?" he asked, curious as to why Lucian would be here, he seemed capable enough, and a darn sight more responsible than he was, then again, first impressions had been known to tell fibs about people.

Lucian Crow Lucian laughed slightly at Simon's impression. "To be honest it's a little bit of both. I need money if I'm going to be supporting my sister, and I want her to be able to go out and live her life without needing me to hide behind. She means a lot to me y'know? It's not good for a girl to stay bunched up like that." He stroked his hair back. "Sorry. We only just met and I'm already laying my problems on you." He realised he still had the tea in his hand and took a sip. It had started getting cold. "What about you?"

Simon nodded, absorbing that tid-bit of information "Heh, I'm not all that worried, and heck we'll probably be trading problems with one another as the year goes on." he smiled, thinking "Its best we open up now, rather than be prised open later by circumstance." "I'm here because I've got nothing more intelligent to do, this will probably help me discover what my next move will be." he said looking out of the window not sure about where he was planning to go with things... perhaps he'd set up a magic shop of some sort, blue curtain with glitter on it perhaps a few crystal balls on tables, stand behind a counter with a fancy cloak? It'd be interesting to see the reactions to it at least.

Lucian Crow Lucian raised an eyebrow. "Undecided on your future? I know how you feel. I've been thinking about becoming a researcher. What was that quote..." He paused for a moment. "The intelligent man knows there is always more to learn." He smiled a little. "But I'm not sure yet. There's a lot of choice out there you know?"

Simon nodded again, "There is a lot of choice out there, but another man said..." he also paused sligtly, more for dramatic effect than anything else, "Find a job you love and you'll never work a day in your life." he sipped the remained of his tea, placing the cup on the counter, "But yeah, I want to find out what I want to do, rather than what'll bring me the most money, after all, I'm gonna be spending the greater part of my adult life doing it, I may aswell be having fun." he said, knowing that his lackadaisical days of not doing much and having the choice to not care about politics was going to come crashing down all too soon.

Lucian Crow Lucian thought on that for a moment. He had a good point, no point in subjecting yourself to something you knew full well you would hate. "Yes I suppose so. But that means you have to get in early before some other enterprising individual gets in first." Lucian finished off his tea at well. "But you're right. It's not about the money."

Simon nodded slightly, "Eh, I s'pose... but I think I'll be able to nab the job I want." he said still unsure about where he was going but determined to succeed regardless of its challenges, steppinng out of his own little determined world said to Lucian, "How 'bout we play a game?" he gestured to the console, "I can wire it up reasonably quickly enough, should you want to play."

Lucian Crow Lucian nodded and moved away from the wall, following Simon over to the sofa and sitting down. "I suppose I could spare an hour or two." He picked up one of the controllers and got himself comfortable. "What have you got?"

"Lets see here..." Simon began scanning the games he'd placed there "Well... I've got a variety of games... no multiplayer fantasy ones though..." he laughed sheepishly, "You at all keen on shooters?" scanning the shelf, noting a few shooters they could multi play, "Unless you'd like some fighting games?" he looked again seeing some of his fighting games, he didn't collect them from the shelf yet, as they'd need a genre before they began looking through to see exactly which game they play.

Lucian Crow Lucian got himself comfortable on the sofa and picked up one of the controllers from the shelf. "Not keen on shooters, a fighter sounds fun, what have you got?" Lucian wasn't in the mood for any serious mental challenge or anything like that, he had been travelling all day and right now he just wanted to relax.
