Cetalese nodded at the reiteration. The plan was a sound one. She only hoped they had enough riders and dragons for the job.
Korico moved off to take charge of the hatchlings as the riders scattered, and she ran back to Halith at full tilt. The Green, sensing her coming and not wanting to cause a mess in the air by gliding over while others were taking off, stayed put and was ready for when Cetalese nimbly vaulted on to her back.
The pair didn't need the offered image, but they did wait until Plexith left before they followed him between.

Kindra grimmaced at N'mol's reply. Only two Benden dragons had returned to Trine... this wasn't good.... not at all. Her shoulders slumped a little and she sighed but she looked up as he continued. "Trine's Gold right..." she mumbled, turning towards her for a moment, until N'mol turned to her. She listened to him and her heart sank. She clasped his hand and leaned up and gave him the slightest kiss on the cheek before releasing his hand again. "I'm sorry N'mol but i would be a pretty poor excuse for a Weyrwoman if i didn't at least TRY and help Trine right now" she sighed "I can't just sit back and wait.... i've done NOTHING but wait since Suunath hatched, the time for action is now N'mol" she said, her expression regretful but full of pride and anger at the injustice.
She turned to the other's gathered, straightening her shoulders and standing proud. "Riders of Trine, I, Kindra, rider of Gold Suunath am ready to help fight for your home. We will teach these wretched creatures what it means to cross the Dragonriders" Then she turned to the Goldrider "Whatever it is you plan to do Narisa of Trine, i will help any way i can" she added, giving her fellow Goldrider a small nod before glancing at N'mol again and her gut twisted, she knew he wanted to keep her and Suunath safe but neither she nor Suunath were about to just sit quietly and wait for stragglers to reach them.
"Greetings to you as well Cepheith, i am Suunath, Mine is Kindra" she replied politely though her eyes still flashed red with rage at the fact these creatures...... Whers had taken over her home. "We will help you regain your home as we were unable to Ours" she said with solid conviction behind her words, no way was she going to be left behind, especially when Trine's Gold was willing to fight.

Her tail whipped to and fro behind her, though never seemed to smack into any of the dragons around her. Red eyes focused on the new bronze that spoke to her and Cepheith couldn't help but snort. Tyeth of Benden. Be welcome here. As to what I shall be doing, I will not hide on the sidelines! My Weyr is under attack and I will protect it. I will be honored and grateful to have you fly with us. Cepheith dipped her head towards Tyeth before turning towards Plexith and awaiting the decision.
Narisa nodded her head as well, agreeing that the plan was sound. A small flicker of a smile flashed across her features as Kindra spoke. She was beyond grateful and glad to see Benden's gold pair ready to fight and protect a home that wasn't even theirs. "Thank you." She said sincerely to Kindra.
I am grateful for that. Mine and I will be sure to stay in contact with you and yours. Cepheith rumbled appreciatively to the other gold, a hint of warmth entering her words.
At D'lin's final words, Narisa took in a deep breath and turned towards her dragon. Cepheith was already lowering herself enough for Narisa to mount. Her hands shook a little as she tightened the riding straps and placed her hand against the gold hide beneath her.
Faranth, give us the strength we need.
Cepheith's wings snapped open and the Queen lunged into the air, following after Plexith to flash between.

A'in/Troiseth Some how he made it, A'in sighed in relief as he saw Sunnath. He was thankful for the riding straps holding him up on His. It had been horrible being there and he was in shock.
Troiseth flew as close as he could to his Benden gold. Sunnath! Troiseth and Alainmine are here. We followed as best we could. Even nervous, with some minor scratches on his hide, the blue dragon was looking who to tell his pranks to and how they had helped with the escapes. Turning he saw the other gold. Greetings Cepheith. I am Troiseth, mine is Alain, we come from Benden.
S'kiro/Neptanth Neptanth turned to hover over his friends, Dizzian, Courath Hekate, and Devith. Mine will be over shortly. His attention drawn to the bronze, causing his eyes to whirl red with the words spoken. S'kiro listened, saddened by the thoughts of what was about to happen and his family that might have made it out. After the rider spoke, S'kiro moved over to where his dragon was hovering. "You can settle down for a bit, my love. We are not going anytime soon. I think." Spotting the new riders with their young dragons, he took in their conditions. "Do you need anything? For you or your dragons?" He made it a point to look at Devith when mentioning dragons.
F'iar/Solath F'iar moved, looking for Solath as the older blue rider took him away from the Weyr. He was in shock at what had happened. Whers and their handlers attacking, it had been too much. Solath had cried out a warning to him, and they had just made it to Neptanth before he took off himself. Mine, I wont leave you. The gentle touch, the softness in the voice, made F'iar shake with silent sobs. For all he knew, his family was gone, all that was left to him was Solath. Not all. Courath survived. See she calls to us. We are a family. Looking where the young blue was pointing, and Neptanth was taking them, he spotted the green hide. A wave of joy rushed through him, the sight of his fellow Jr weyrlings survived, he wasn't alone. Dropping to the ground as soon as he was able, F'iar rushed over to the girls, holding onto them. "I am so glad to see you."

Hekate Tag S'kiro Hekate glanced up at S'kiro pulling Devith just a little bit closer in her lap, her arms looped protectively around the sleeping silver. Yet she was fairly certain the man didn't mean harm. After all he knew Dizzian and he was a Trine rider perhaps he could help her. From her shoulder little silver Prince cracked an eye open and peeped up at the man from where he napped curled around her neck next to little green Lady. "Is there anyway to get some meat or food? He'll be terribly hungry when he wakes up and I know Courath and the flits will be too or any sort of decent oil?" Hekate asked somewhat tentatively, still wary of trusting anyone who wasn't Devith or Dizzian and her Courath. Still count on Hekate to think to tend Devith's hide at a time like this. It was one of the reasons he so deeply loved her after all.

Dizzian was apparently a heavy sleeper and it took a few proddings from Courath before she finally regained consciousness. "hmm What?" She mumbled, hefting herself into more of an upright position. She startled and struggled when she suddenly felt arms around her. Her blurred vision confusing who it was at first.
Once she saw who it was though she returned his hug just as strongly. "Fiar! Oh Faranth I'm so glad you're alive!" She gripped his forearms, her eyes pleading up at him. "Did anyone else make it?" Finally restored to her senses she noticed S'kiro and Neptanth, a small blush rising to her face. "S'kiro..." Her voice was filled with warmth. She couldn't express how thankful she was to see her dear friend safe.
Courath had lifted herself into a sitting position and looked up at the larger blue. ~I will survive without oil for now...but water. Water is something both I and Mine desperately need. ~

S'kiro smiled as Hekate took the protective hold on the silver. It was a good show of the bond. "I am sure we can get something." Looking around he gave a shrilling whistle, causing four flits to pop in alongside Neptanth. The little gold gave a chirp and waited for him to say what was needed. "Now these guys might not be able to bring a lot at once, but they will work to help get you stuff." He gave Ishbel a clear image of oil, rags and food, with an importance on the food being for the hatchlings.
With the image planted in her mind, the little gold chirped at the males, with a stern look when the food was shown. At once the four blinked out, on the search for the items. Mine, you sure they will find enough? Yes, they will do the best they can. Neptanth turned his snout towards Courath as she spoke. You will still need the oil, but water I can get for you. With that the blue pushed up into the air, towards the water furthest away from the Weyr.

Hekate and Devith Tag S'kiro, F'iar, Dizzian and Courath "Thank you I appreciate it." Hekate replied with a rather proud nod, but a nod of thanks nonetheless as she watched the flit's go. For a moment she thought of sending her own Lady and Prince, but both were almost as exhausted as Devith was. Turning her eyes to F'iar and Dizzian Hekate smiled letting out a relieved sigh to see another weyrling like themselves. She'd been worried that Devith's clutchmates might have been lost and at the mention of water she felt her dragon stir. Water~ Devith moaned out low shifting in his rider's grip as she fussed over him. "Easy there life of mine we'll have water for you soon." Hekate gently shushed him urging the silver to not move. "Rest Devith. Rest." She whispered stroking his eyeridges lovingly the usually vain and unnerving young rider for once appearing vulnerable with the look of love and worry for her lifebond shining in her eyes. Brother. I am~ I am glad you are unharmed Devith crooned low to Solath, his usually booming commanding voice tired and strained, but no less proud.

Velath could think of no place safe to take D'lin save the field in which they had gathered earlier, there she knew were humans who could hopefully help him. Crooning mournfully as she came out of Between the green dragon dropped to the ground gingerly - or at least as gingerly as a dragon could she laid the unconscious D'lin on the ground.
'His dragon still fights and I must go back - the battle is fierce..' The green shared with the hatchlings and dragons still present before launching herself into the sky and blinking between again.

((Assuming a bit of time jump and recuperation))
One of the rider's who'd stayed behind on gaurd duty had thought to return to the Demonstration grounds and retrieve some of their supplies. As such while the battle waged at Trine for the firestone, A rough 'camp' had been set up in the clearing with help from those left behind. A couple small tents were staked to the ground and someone was trying to get a firepit started. No one knew how long the fight to reclaim Trine would take and as injuries started to pour in, they realized the need for a more settled area to care for them.
It would never be called glamorous, healing supplied were limited to a few pots of numbweed and a couple bottles of strong liquor. But there was shelter from the sun, as well as water and food for humans and dragons a like.
Dizzian had tried to help set up, but her fear and worry had sapped all the energy from her and her attempts were feeble at best. In the end she retreated back to the tree line to just sit and stay out of everyone else's way. Courath stayed beside her, offering nothing more than her silent comforting presence.

Sometime after he had been dropped off by Velath, D'lin had been moved to a shaded tent, numbweed had been put on the worst of his injuries and a cold compress on his head. He wasn't sure which of those it was that had brought him around but he cracked his eye's open with a slight groan. He was going to be stiff and with the shortage of numbweed available to them he wasn't likely he was going to get a dosage suitable to waylay all of that soreness either.
It was almost as soon as his eyes open that Plexith blinked back from between, bugling in joy and relief even as he rushed back into his mind. 'D'lin mine! You are awake! I was worried!' The bronze bespoke him and D'lin winced even as he tried to get to his feet. 'Easy on the volume Plex' He responded shading his eyes from the bright sun to watch his dragon land..and then bound...oh yes bound in a completely undignified, unbronzelike fashion straight towards him, plowing furrows in the dirt as he stopped to shove him head at his rider, the shove might have knocked D'lin right off his feet if the man hadn't reached out to cling to and embrace the dragon.
'I am sorry D'lin mine' Plexith responded, his voice quieter and the joy so evident in his mind that he forgot to even admonish the man for saying the hated - but secretly loved - nickname. 'I brought the firestone' The bronze continued proudly.
'So you did' D'lin remarked, noticing the bags 'You did well, I'm sorry I left you behind' He told the dragon, releasing the dragons head and using one of the massive forelegs for support instead.
'We do what we must in trying times' The bronze responded, huffing softly at his rider's hair.

Halith landed and turned her head to watch her rider slide from her back.
I'll get you some numbweed if I can, Cetalese promised the Green.
Halith snorted. Do not worry, Cetalesemine. I will be fine. They are small wounds. Go see the real injured. Velath and I will be all right here and will alert you if anyone not already in our group arrives.
Cetalese shook her head with a smile and patted Halith's leg before moving into the camp area. It wasn't hard to tell where D'lin was-- the half-knocked over tent and the massive Bronze were enough to let her know where to go. Her strides were quick, although her cheek and jaw still burned and ached respectively, and it was only getting worse with time. Her other bruises were making themselves known, but she ignored it. There was still work to be done. They had to push themselves until the last revolutionary was driven off or captured.
"D'lin. I'm glad you're up." Ceta glanced up at Plexith. "We were worried." She returned her eyes to D'lin and stepped under the precariously-balanced tent to move closer. "How do you feel?"
Without even seeming to consider it, she reached out to check the cold compress, making sure whatever water they had used to cool it wasn't already growing warm. Still cool on the outside, at least. She lifted the compress, flipping it over and checking the side that had lain against his forehead. Yes. Warm.
"We'll refresh this soon. The other side is still cool, it will have to do for now."

"I'm up" He assured Ceta, giving her a smile that was tired and perhaps a bit sad but a smile none the less. In reality the bronzerider was a bit embarrassed - he had led everyone into battle only to be carried out of it in shame and while he wasn't the type to be sexist being beat down by two women had hardly helped his pride any. Wounded pride or not however he was still moving and talking and so there were still things to be done.
Turning his gaze from Plexith, satisfied that the bronze had not sustained any terrible injuries himself he looked to Ceta, patiently not complaining when she checked his compress - perhaps it was his history, having grown up with sisters and a doting mother he was used to such actions when he was ill or injured..or perhaps it was the startling sight of the women's face, it was evident that the fight after he had been taken away had left it's mark on her and anger colored his vision briefly as he reached out to tilt her head gently and get a better look. "I'm sorry" He told her with a sigh as he let her chin go.
Sorry for so many things - sorry that this was happening at all, that he had led them to the place where they had been ambushed, that he hadn't been able to stay till the end and help. 'I helped for you' Plexith told his rider, a soft comforting croon issuing from the bronze.
'I know you did Plexith, I know - and I wish we were done with this but we're not. We got the firestone..but not the Weyr yet' Steeling himself he took the compress that Ceta said they would need to replace and set it aside. "I'll be fine" He assured the greenrider before she could argue "It's just a headache, I've had worse. Plexith has told me about the firestone but how did the other's fare?"

Cetalese met his gaze as he turned her chin, trying not to let it show that his actions startled her. The touch was brief, leaving her only a moment to witness the expression on his face. D'lin took everything seriously, most especially his new duties as Wingleader. Ceta guessed that, in some way, he felt responsible for her injuries. Before she had time to reassure him, however, he sat up and set aside the compress, moving on to the business at hand.
She paused at his question, staring back at him as she debated what to do, then her shoulders relaxed and she slipped into seriously considering their situation. They had a great deal to do at this point, and Ceta wasn't about to argue with someone who understood personal pain had to wait until their work was finished.
"The Benden Goldrider had to be taken away after she was knocked out. I'm not sure how she's doing. Someone who came to our assistance-- a Trine wherhandler, I believe-- was... not in good shape. She and her where were brought back here to be treated, but I'm not sure she'll be ready to fight with us again." Although her presence lent the hope that not all the wherhandlers had turned against them. That might be pivotal in their fight later on. "Trine's riders are all accounted for and we aren't too badly beaten up. Some scrapes and bruises. Wingleader N'mol stayed behind to make sure the other injured riders were taken care of before we were to meet back here. I think some of his riders were in bad shape, but he didn't seem too concerned, so I don't know where they stand."
Cetalese paused, not sure if D'lin had been conscious for this part, but Halith had mentioned something about it earlier and she had forgotten. "Some riders have chosen to side with the wherhandlers." Her green eyes were stark as she looked at him again. "A Brown was attempting to kill one of the Bronzes before some of our dragons intervened. We may end up fighting people we know, and that could explain why we haven't seen many of our allies. If they're fighting inside and take our allies unaware, we could be losing friends as we speak."
Cetalese looked up at Plexith, fairly sure now that he had been among the dragons trying to drive off the Brown. "Plexith may be able to tell you more. We're going to have to come up with a strategy for fighting riders as well as whers and their handlers. The Brown didn't sound happy when it looked like his rider was in danger; capturing the riders who have turned on us may be one way to assure their dragon's cooperation, but it has its difficulties, too."
