Then Mac handed her a remote. He might as well have handed her a rubix cube. Hel stared at all the buttons before flinging it over her shoulder, where it luckily just bounced around and to the end of the couch. “Naaaaah.” She replied. “I waited this long to see the ship sink ~ I can wait a bit longer!” She’d just…bother him more until then. That sounded like much more fun.
The ghoul chuckled a bit. “Ya, alright. You do smell awesome.” As his arm slid around her shoulder well…Hel took that as an invitation to sidle right up against his side. Hey, she was a naturally affectionate ghoul even when she wasn’t buzzing…and she had been stifled in terms of affection these past few months. Call her…hungry for it now…and it was being so freely given by Mac! She pulled her legs up, resting her knees against the sides of his legs as she turned her head to stare up at him.
Her lips parted a bit at his words. Woah wait…really? Her cheeks may have tinted a bit more red. “…You…really mean it? You…like me for me?”

"Fiiiine~ Brat." He didn't hear shattering, so he didn't really care about the fate of the remote; there were more important things to do now after all! As his arm was around her he didn't think anything of the way she curled up against him. She was warm, which was something he wasn't used to in the slightest; it was nice, really. His hand moved on it's own accord, sliding down appreciatively to settle around her back, his hand resting on the curve of her hip.
"Yeah, I...I mean it. You're a good ghoul, Hel." He informed her seriously, brushing his thumb along the fabric at her side. "You know...I had a, uh, talk with Mot once...I told him to man up before he loses the best thing that'd ever happened to him..." It was a weird thing to admit and he wasn't sure how she'd take it, but he felt it was important nonetheless.

She put the now empty can of cider down…and…didn’t really care if it rolled off or anything. That wasn’t her focus now, nor was the still slow and sappy romance movie playing on the screen (with a distinct lack of ship sinking at the moment). It was Mac. That hand that settled on her hip wasn’t shy, tentative or hesitant. It was there because Mac wanted it to be…and it was such a drastic change from what she was use to.
Her eyes softened. “…Th…thank you, Mac.” It meant a lot…really. “Oh…uh…you did?” Hel’s expression faltered. Wait…Mac…had a talk with Mot about manning up? Wait…is that why Mot seemed to be trying harder after she got back from the Isles? That realization hit her hard. What if…Mac hadn’t talked to him? Would Mot have even tried holding her more? Touching her…? Maybe not…Oh. That sucked. Had he only been trying harder because Mac had been looking out for her? Ouch. “…Heh.” The best thing? She felt like the worst thing to happen to him. “…I do not want to talk about him anymore.” Hel murmured. “…He gave me up.” He stopped fighting for her. Maybe that was some anger speaking through. “…You…you are good. I hope you know that. You say…the nicest things to me…I…I really appreciate it.” She leaned, tilting her head up as a hand reached up to cup the side of his face, and she pressed a kiss to his other cheek.
Her fingers slid down his jaw, brushing over his chin when she paused. “…Hey…” She murmured against his skin. “…Are you trying to grow, chia pet?” Was that some fuzz on his chin?

That was one of the good things about Mac; he was rarely hesitant. "You're Welcome." He said absently, as if it was ridiculous he even needed to acknowledge it; truth was truth, and he was giving it in spades. "Ah, okay, no more, then~" He agreed, feeling a little silly for bringing him up in the first place now that she acted like that. Her compliments made him flush lightly, though it was hard to tell through the alcohol that already coloured his skin. "Err...you're welcome, I guess. but it's true, I'm not just being nice." The simple brush of her lips against his cheek made him shiver slightly, igniting some lazy butterflies in his stomach. It felt so wrong, and yet he couldn't stop himself from moving, turning slightly more towards her.
Black eyes managed to focus down on her though the cider-induced haze, weighing his clouded conscience against the emotions that were already welling up inside him. His hand came up to rest over hers, entwining their fingers gently. The Reaper had no intention of answering her, instead he merely leaned in, brushing his lips against hers.

He shivered against her, and for a moment Hel worried that he was about to pull away from her. Too much, right? She bit her lip, until he turned towards her, and immediately she felt relieved…then…his fingers slid and intertwined with hers and she found herself holding onto his hand firmly in return. She had to…to practically beg for this sort of attention…these simple gestures and movements…she had to wait what felt like forever for them and here they were happening so easily and firmly and…
Oh.
Hel was not thinking of anyone else at the moment. She was solely thinking about herself and the boil in front of her. Nothing, right now, seemed to matter outside of this house. Hel wanted this attention, this affection, and Mac was giving it to her so easily. She wanted more of it. It was that simple. Her stomach fluttered at the brushing of lips, and it only took a moment before she finished closing the small gap to press her lips full against his.
Would he back off now? It was a worry in the back of her mind. Be scared and skittish…?

Oh was Mac ever giving it to her easily; she didn't have to worry, either. When she didn't shy away from him he took that as an invitation to continue, one that he eagerly acted upon. What had started off as a gentle brush of lips pressed into something more sure, more confident. There was still a nagging voice in the back of his head, screaming at him for how wrong this was, how terrible of a person he was; one that tried very hard to remind him about Lizzy and what she meant to him, about his resolve to never hurt her again. That voice was growing quieter now, though not on it's own will; the alcohol permeated, bringing with it a lack of inhibition and the promise of something fun for him to enjoy now.
The hand that held hers moved, pulling on her fingers just enough to pull them over his shoulder again, releasing her hand once it was behind his neck. He continued to kiss her, taking his time for now as his free hand slid down, resting easily against her thigh.

Hel was done thinking about actions and consequences now, but she had probably really stopped thinking about actions and consequences when she had popped open that first tab of cider.
The ghoul gave a pleased sigh into the kiss. It lasted longer than a few moments and he was pulling her even closer. It was addicting…amazing even. Her hand left as cheek as he insisted, and once pulled over his shoulder and behind his neck she didn’t waste any time and burying that hand into the curly hair at the nape of his neck. Her other hand hovered uncertainly, never getting this involved with kissing before, even as Mac’s hand slid down to her thigh. After a moment the hand just went to cup his other cheek, her thumb sliding against the skin as her eyes fluttered shut.

Mac's eyes had long since closed, giving himself over to enjoying this little time with Hel. She was responding so well to him, leaving him unable to do anything other than continue. Soon the way they were sitting just wasn't good enough; it was a little awkward, and that wasn't going to work for him. His hands moved to her waist, giving an insistent tug to get her onto his lap and into something easier to work with. He wanted to touch, he wanted to caress, he wanted to enjoy this...and a part of him knew that's what she wanted, too.

In all honesty, she might as well have been a dog at this point, faithfully following on its master’s heels and commands just for more attention.
The reaper shifted under the insistent tug and ended up straddling his lap readily, never once breaking that contact she had with his lips. Oh Sally…he didn’t feel fragile at all. Hel leaned forward, pressing against him as her hands tightened their hold on his hair and his cheek, testing.

Mac didn't mind how eager she was; it was nice, really. Somewhat of a contrast to what he was used to, especially considering this was his first time with this particular ghoul. As she leaned in to him he met her easily; he wasn't breakable by a long shot, and could match pressure for pressure. His tongue slid forward, brushing along her bottom lip before moving to brush against hers. All the while his hands pressed against her waist, thumbs brushing along the fabric of her borrowed shirt. But like everything today that just wasn't enough, and his hands trailed down along her thighs, only to slide back upwards, slipping under the hem of her shirt until his fingers met skin.
The Reaper breathed a sigh against her lips, fingers flexing into her flesh as he brushed and traced her curves, going further upwards with each slow sweep.

Gone. She was just gone. Oh so happily threw herself over the edge of these feelings and affection and was oh so ready for more. The ghoul shivered against him as his tongue brushed against her lip and she eagerly returned the gesture and actions, lips parting readily for him. She shivered again as she felt the warmth of his fingers on her flesh underneath her shirt, and once again, eager to meet him move for move, her hands slid down the front of his chest and reached for the hem of his shirt as well.
The faint sound of screams and the breaking of steel caused her eyes to flutter open briefly, though they didn’t turn back to the screen. Instead she just looked down at the boil underneath her with a lidded gaze. “Mac.” She breathed against the corner of his mouth. “…The ship is sinking…” That was all she cared to say on the matter though before she found his lips again.

Mac's eyes, dark with need, opened and focused on her, suddenly aware of the sounds of carnage behind them. The scream of steel, the shrieking of various halloween denizens as their words were overturned; he became aware of it, but it was fading from his mind again as easily as it had arrived. "So it is." He agreed quietly, his voice gaining an almost rough edge to it; like Hel he said no more than that at first, merely going back to the lovely kisses and the warm, responsive body against him. It was another little while before he said anything at all, his hands pausing at the bottom of her ribs.
"So...what do you want?" To do was left mysteriously unsaid, pausing the kiss to look up at the ghoul. It was up to her if she wanted to watch the carnage; after all, she had whined so hard about it! But truth be told he would certainly prefer otherwise.

As much as she had been whining about the movie earlier, she couldn’t give a care about it now. It was just a stupid movie. Her hands pressed flat against his stomach, where she was internally delighted to find mass underneath the shirt…woah. That turtleneck hid a lot from view…her fingers started to trace the muscles, working her way up as well. Being on that boat was obviously doing something for his physique…
She liked it. A lot.
At his question and his pause, Hel didn’t stop, nor did she skip a beat as she replied: “For you not to stop.”

"Deal." Mac practically growled against her lips, grinning at the thought of not stopping. Good, that was what he wanted to hear! His hands slid upwards to appreciate her curves...
It was the last thing he remembered, aside from vague flashes of memory that told him of heat and passion. Mac woke up slowly to the sound of the TV, his mind groggy and disoriented as he tried to make sense of where he was and what was going on. He knew right away that this wasn't his dorm, and a few moments later he realized exactly where he was.
And then he realized there was a body against his. A warm one. Fuzzy memories that he thought had been dreams suddenly became reality as he looked down, only to see familiar split-toned form as naked as he was.
"...Ooh Jack." He groaned out, raising his untrapped arm to his face, as if trying to will himself to wake up for real.

Thrilling. That growl, that grin, that touch, that…everything.
When she finally started to come around as well that morning, the first thing she was aware of was how warm, cozy and snug she was feeling right now. It was wonderful. She was surrounded but the delightful scent of Mac and felt her face tucked snugly against the crook of his neck and his body freely pressed against hers and—
Oh.
Wait.
A groan and some movement, and Hel’s eyes finally snapped open to see a bare chest. One glance down said she was equally bare and on the couch and…was that towel draped on them like a blanket? Wait… Oh. Dear. Jack. Hel sat up now, a hand still resting on Mac’s chest as she looked around the living room a bit wide eyed and frowning. Mac’s Aunt’s House…Gigantic…Cider and…kissing and…oh.
Oh…there was her underwear in the corner too…
Oh.
She looked down at Mac now, her expression oddly calm but the gravity of what had just transpired was in her eyes. “
