Two things: Can I submit a sequel to an existing fic, and may I post it to my AO3 and submit it as a link to it on AO3 and not FF? If I can submit that I'd post the whole thing (which would be multi-chaptered) to my AO3, and then post it on a schedule later on my FFnet.

But it has to be rated between K-T, or else it violates Gaia's ToS.

Not sure if there's one already around here somewhere or not but I think it would be really cool to have a Beta request and acception forum section here? I think it could be really helpful sweatdrop
If you considerd it, I would be happy to organize it, I have a few Ideas, that is to say you decided to do that though so.. sweatdrop

Also, in the Resources thread, there are links to two shops in the Services Forum for Beta Readers.

I don't generally make my own topics, but if I wanted to make one talking about problems I'm having about a certain fic, where would that go? In the main forum, the chatterbox, or type subforum(book)?
Essentially, a "should I even bother" thread.
(This is one of the reasons I don't usually make threads.)

I miss the contests... They gave me inspiration to write. Will there be any more, or did the person quit? It would be awesome if there was a 'best OC'S contest, so I can try and write the best fic using the OC(s) I'm developing!

It would be awesome if there was a 'best OC'S contest, so I can try and write the best fic using the OC(s) I'm developing! As far as an official contest goes, I don't think they're going to continue. Isammi was mainly running the contests and she's been MIA for the past two months. I think there was even a complaint that one of the winners didn't get their winnings from the last contest. Honestly, I don't really know what's going on.
But if its just plain inspiration you want, I can start posting a monthly prompt. Not a contest with a prize or anything, just something to get those juices flowing.

I saw the announcement that the guild would be opened to include all fanfiction writers and no longer just ff.net (woo, think it's awesome!). But does this mean that we can also include RPFs now? I know that ff.net didn't allow it, but will the guild, now that we're not exclusive to that site?

Just remember that if you are going to post it in the guild (or post a direct link to it in the guild) that it must also adhere to GaiaOnline's rules and guidelines. Nothing sexually explicit, racially offensive, or abusive. Keep it clean(ish).
