[Yes, three turns, but you only added the possibility of Ran hurting himself for one turn. ^^;]
[And don't worry about the late post. XD I just figured you were getting me back since I'm so slow all of the time. Either way, I just decided to wait until you had the time to post. XD]
As soon as her attack had hit, Shiran was relieved that Ran no longer had hold of her ear. Giving her head a shake, she vainly tried to make the throbbing cease. Then peering toward Ran's fallen form, her ears drooped slightly. He'd lost. Well, it was because he didn't want to hurt her... So, maybe he could still have potential. She'd have to talk with Hitsu about that later. For now, she slowly padded over to him. A soft lick was given to one side of his snout, before Hitsu withdrew her back into her PokeBall.
"Maybe next time." Hitsu suggested to Poke, as she stepped up to the both of them. She was a bit surprised to discover Poke handing over a badge and TM, but Hitsu took them and smiled. "Thanks, maybe after our next battle, I'll be giving you mine. I trust that you know your way back." With these words, she was quite literally gone. Off to wait for her next challenger.

Cold, dark, damp, it was paradise to the senses of one dark trainer as she and her companion loomed into the entrance of the cavern. Shedding the hood of her cloak and letting the slight, chilling, breeze ruffle through her dark hair as her blood red eyes peered into the ever darkening darkness. Looking back over her shoulder, the steel type that always walked behind her nodded as she nodded as well. into the darkness they advanced and toward another gym match. Bearing a few badges already she didn't think too much of them, as they were just small trinkets to show what she had accomplished
"Another place, another match. Should be fun." She all but giggled to her companion, giggling wasn't her thing being what she was.
"Indeed" Was all that was answered from the looming Scizor as his yellow/red eyes glanced around into the darkness.
As the darkness grew, Sadie seemed less gloomy as her ears twitched upon the top of her head. Stopping to where she could feel a drastic drop in the temperature she looked around at the ice that covered the walls. Reaching out with a hand, she placed it upon the ice and squinted a bit down the tunnels, well this was going to be bothersome. Fishing around in her pack she extracted a pokeball, being that she had been given a silent warning to find light and this seemed the best that she had.
Tossing the ball out and releasing a pokemon into the darkness. The lumbering mass grunted and shook itself off before a blaze of dark red and orange flames erupted from his shoulders lighting up a small portion of the tunnel. The flames themselves reflecting off the ice giving it a sort of ethereal look instead of freeze you to death look. Despite all that, the alarming scent of graveyard soil and decay also spilled out into the tunnel as Sekkou stood awaiting to know what was going on.
"Here we go, a bit of light and a way to find ourselves out of this maze." Sadie said as she stepped forward, Sekkou lumbering just a little before her on all fours.
Taking a bit of time as the light from the typhlosion's flames didn't light up much and finding a couple of dead ends along the way, Sadie and Razor seemed to find themselves upon the right track. Sadie recalled Sekkou as the darkness seemed to fade away into the lights of the arena, as well as the tunnel widened and they both stopped and looked about the place. It was big, very big.

Stepping out of the tunnels, Sadie took her place at one end of the arena, her ears twitching at the silence and to whatever else was about the place. occasionally Razor's wings would flutter, but cease again leaving it silent.Fishing about in her pack again, she pulled out another pokeball, this one of elaborate coloring, of a dark red, blue and purple. With a flick of her wrist the ball was in the air, and soon releasing a long-ish Dragon, one that called out hauntingly upon its release.
"My name's Sadie and I'm Here to Challenge the leader of this place." Sadie called out as her ears twitched, "And I Chose Icy Fury as my Pokemon."
Fury as he was well known to be called instead of his birth name being that he inherited his father's name. His equally dark red eyes looked about the arena as he drifted a little to the side, the fang upon his chest seemed to glow as to show that there was certainly something strange about it. Calling out again in the most haunting of tones, Fury awaiting to see whom he would be challenging, thinking all the while that this was to be fun...
