When other pets began to explode, Melusine quietly prided herself that two out of three wasn't so bad. Maybe not fantastic by any means, but certainly not the worst. So long as this last one didn't blow up, she'd have done pretty well, all things considered! For a moment she opened her mouth to say something, ran a tongue over one of her fangs and took a breath. She closed her mouth and rose from her seat, approached the front desk and picked up two more pets. One skitter and a small scareon. With a tiny squeak she offered the skitter to Acher, her eyes wide as she looked at him. "I don't think I've ever properly introduced myself. We've had a lot of class together, but um... You probably know me." She set the skitter in front of him and took the seat next to him. "I hope its ok to get you another pet to try. And to take this seat. That's alright, right?" If it wasn't, whooo. That wouldn't be fun. OK. Final minipet! Melusine was sure to grab something new, just to shake things up and maybe find a winner. She took a breath and waved her hands... Only to be rewarded with a very loud bang. For a moment she stared at the exploded bits. For a moment longer she stared. Finally, she sat back further on the seat and stared one last little minute more. "I failed for today." Was all she said, a little quietly but lacking any emotion.

The grin faded as Ashly went into one of her coughing fits. Vel knew by know it was just a part of who she was and there wasn't really anything that could be done about them. So she just waited for the zombie to finish, listening carefully as she managed to kind of choke out a few words. The grin returned. "Of course! Before I left, Byrne and Arel were getting up in eachother's grill. I bet a fight has broken out by now. But, Arel probably isn't fighting, himself. No. He's probably chilling in that ice fort he made in the gym," she noted, tapping her claws against the desk. "Maybe I should try sneaking back there. Wouldn't want to miss out on the action," Vel smirked. "Say, how about we head on over? I think I've relaxed enough. The thought of the scuffles is getting me excited!"

Aw sweet sally that sounded amazing! And probably at least a kazillion times better then sitting around listening to minipets explode. Arel and Byrne? An ice fort? This she absolutely had to see for herself. "Yesss." She rasped out, the eagerness in her eyes hard to miss as she gave her healed minipet one last light pat on it's head. She was more then ready to go and check out the action. She nodded towards the door, "Shall we then?" She grinned, and amazingly enough she even made it through the short sentence without coughing a single time. Exiting!

Vel's grin grew wider and within a moment, she was back up onto her feet. "Yes. Let's go," she said happily before leaving with Ashly to head back to the gym. ((Exit!))

[ ENTERING ]
Sitting just behind Ary, Ava was concentrating hard on her fear healing. Healing wasn't something she was particularly good at, but it never stopped her from aiming to improve. Though..she disliked having to work with the minis..one wrong move and..
BANG!
Staring, wide eyed, at where her minipet used to sit, Ava gasped and quickly covered her mouth. She killed it. She made the poor thing explode! She was a monster. Face planting onto her desk, Ava whined against the wood before lifting her head to look at the behemoth in front of her.
"Avery..I killed it again..!"

[ENTERING]
"Damn, that was it's unlucky day." Zeke said over his shoulder, next to Avery.
It looked like it was his minipet's unlucky day too. Zeke tried to contain it with his hands but it blasted everywhere, nevertheless. He stared.. and stared .. and looked away promptly. The event never happened.

ENTERING
Manny was in one of the corners of the classroom, content to observe the other students present. He wasn't exactly Mr. Popular though he could have been more active in pursuing friends, it would make furthering his family's medical practice a lot easier. Connections and all that. But the reaper was fine with the small cluster of friends he had made, even if their future choices would take them down different paths.
Gentle fingers probed and felt the minipet, barely cringing when the HEX applied on it caused the mini to squirt noxious juice at him. He dodged in time as the liquid arced over his shoulder. With a smile, he channeled his FEAR as he had countless times in previous classes and sent it into the pet to undo the HEX. With a series of faint clicks from the skitter's mandibles, the minipet curled up on its side and began to doze off.

GODDAMNIT EVENTS COULD NOT BE LOOKED OVER A SECOND TIME--
Whistling, Zeke decided to wipe up the mess with a napkin. Oh god, what sort of healing hands did he have, it seemed much more like hands that made everything die--- not suitable for a DETH member, oh god.

Zeke cringed, holding out his hands in the case of another explosion.
No lie, he was completely and utterly confident in his ability to now explode minipets. He waited for the splatter, the squelches, the whole dying process..
... There was nothing.
Nothing. Nothing. Whyw as there nothing?
Zeke decided this was fail or nothing. Apparently, he landed on both.

From his corner of the room, Manny watched quietly as a demon boil went through a fair number of minipets. While he felt that the minipets would eventually reform over time, it probably wouldn't do well for his classmate's esteem. Carrying his snoozing skitter, he walked towards the other table and with a friendly smile suggested: "Try taking a deep breath and then focus on what exactly you want your FEAR to do for the pet."

d**k seemed to sigh as the rest of his second splattered Scareon dissipated from his face, dragging one massive hand across his sunglasses to clear them off. "This is stupid. I'm not going to be healing Jackdammed Scareons." he groused.
Why had he taken this class, then?
Because Chicks, that was why. Unfortunately it wasn't exactly working out. With that goal in mind, he got up to actually take his leave. It wasn't like the old bag was there to pay attention to him being there or not.

The loud ring of the bell interrupts any other studying that might have happened as a rather ordinary sounding voice intones through the Ickycom:
"All graduating students are dismissed from the rest of their classes to prepare for tomorrow."
Well, at least they could try to get a good night's rest.
THE CLASS IS OVER THE CLASS IS OVERAfter a night's worth (or so) of rest, it is time for the festival! PROCEED HERE

BANG
The sudden noise behind Avery was enough to make the behemoth jump in his seat, startled by the noise. Apparently Ava was taking this class today. She who was perhaps the one person who was worse at healing than he was.
"Again!?" He slammed his hand down onto the table, more out of frustration from being startled than anger. "How many is that now?" He asked. Not that he had room to speak. He had just killed his own after all, and if it was somehow just miniscule? Well... after slamming his hand down like that, it wasn't among living any longer. He can say that much at least.
His hair bristled when Zeke spoke, looking over his shoulder. "Shhh! There was nothing there to begin with, see?" He pointed to the empty spot on the desk. No exploded Fear particles here. "I haven't started tod---"
BANG
"--ay."
BANG
The third bang caused him to slam his other hand onto the desk. Temper raising. "WOULD YOU GIVE SOME WARNING BEFORE YOU EXPLODE YOUR MINIPETS, PEOPLE!? Jack!" He slumped into his chair again, ignoring any of the looks his classmates might be giving him now. After which, he stared blankly at Manny.
"You better be telling Zeke that and not me." He said, still clinging to the lie that he didn't kill his minipet.
