Hel’s voice was a bit high pitched as she stared up at Shun who peered over the wall.
“But Shun…” She squeaked. “…We have not even gone to town today!” Clearly the valkyrie had high expectations. She really thought they were going to go to town today! But…she probably needed to be reminded that she really needed to work on the basics first…and then once she had a proficient use of those…then they’d go into town.

The Reaper raised an eyebrow.
"We can still go into town. By walking," Shun said plainly. It was apparent he had no intention of letting her trying to freerun through the streets just yet. She had just started the basics today. Most likely she would seriously injure herself is she tried to take the next level at this point in time.

From the bushes, Hel let out a groan of annoyance. “Just walking!?” She echoed, batting some dead leaves away from her face. Another loud and long groan.
Hel was quiet for a long moment now, since Shun’s tone indicated that they wouldn’t be doing any ‘training’ in town today…so what was the point of going then…?
The valkyrie got a thought…
That was never a good thing, and suddenly she was less annoyed as a light seemed to shine in her eyes. “Say there, friend…” The ghoul started after clearing her throat. “…Have you…ah…thought about rings yet?” For Mitsu, obviously.

"You aren't ready to do otherwise," Shun said plainly while hopping down from the wall. He placed his hands into his pockets, then glanced down at the Valkyrie, raising an eyebrow at the question.
"To some extent. I suppose I should get an engagement ring for her," he stated.

Hel just glared back at Shun, watching as he hopped down from the wall, and finally rolled out of the bushes herself.
The valkyrie stretched with a groan, shaking off the foliage that clung to her and then rested her hands on her hips. A small grin came to her lips. “Engagement ring?” She echoed. “Ya! I think you should to! Let us go into town and look, okay!?”

"I suppose it couldn't hurt to scout out the options," he said. Shun wasn't planning on buying anything today. Most likely he didn't have enough cash on him for that sort of thing.
"Though, you better not try anything rash while we're there. Feel free to balance on curbs but that's it."

“No, not at all!” Hel seemed raring and ready to go now. Any frustration from the past ten minutes was gone in favor of the excitement of looking at rings for Shun and Mitsu. At Shun’s warning, Hel thought he was lecturing her about getting too excited about the rings, but she waved a fair hand at him dismissively.
“Ya, ya…I got it.” Maybe. It was very questionable with Hel. “Let us go now, okay?”

Shun eyed her critically, then turned towards the gate. He was trying to recall where he had spotted some jewelers in town. They weren't really things he thought of visiting often at all so it took a bit of thought. The Reaper did vaguely recall where one seemed to be.
"If you know of any places we could visit, do not hesitate to mention it," he said while staring out at the town ahead. This was.. a strange thing he was about to do.
Shopping for rings?
It just wasn't done.

Hel yeah she knew of places.
How?
It was best not to ask.
“Ya!” The reaper cried, immediately latching onto one of Shun’s jacket sleeves tightly as she started to pull him towards town now. The ghoul practically dragged him as much as she could the entire way there, only stopping when she arrived at one jewelry shop she liked. After having her face pressed against the glass window display for 30 seconds, she decided that this kind of jewelry did not fit Shun and Mitsu, and thus dragged the grim off to another shop.
This one she did like, and thus held the door open for him. “I think we shall find very promising things here, friend!”

Shun supposed he should have known she would have places in mind. Furrowing his brow, he found himself practically getting dragged through town until they were outside such a store. Well. It was a brief moment because he was soon getting dragged off again.
"Dare I ask how many places you know of?" he asked flatly.

“Enough.” Hel replied with a grin, and ushered the grim inside the jewelry store.
She herded him right over to where the rings were and immediately leaned to peer down at the wide selection. Hel was quiet for a long moment before she quickly started to point some out. “I think silver fits Mitsu’s appearance rather well, but you are more of a gold, ya? Well, how about a set of rings that has both? It would be like…compliments! Ya…”

"I am fine with silver, though a mix would be fine as well," Shun said as they entered one of the places. He didn't look particularly amused as Hel was ushering him around all over the place. Finally they had found some rings, and so he was looking them over. Some of them were far too much for his tastes for certain. Simplicity was best.

Hel kept looking over the rings, himming and hawing and displaying more than enough enthusiasm for both Shun and herself. Her dual toned eyes did happened to land on the set that almost had her pounding her fist excitedly on the display…luckily she remembered it was glass, and did not want to pay for it. Instead, she whapped her hand repeatedly in excitement against Shun’s arm and smooshed her finger against the glass to point at these rings. “ What do you think of those!?” He did want ‘simple’ after all, Hel had a feeling.

Shun had just been looking things over idly when Hel began to smack his arm excitedly. Furrowing his brow, he turned to see what one she was looking at exactly.
"That would do, actually," he murmured quietly while examining the rings.
One of the shop attendants wandered on by and went on to address the Valkyrie. After all, given the levels of excitement, she thought that Hel was the one doing the shopping.
"See something you like, miss?"

The reaper was just all sorts of proud as Shun murmured his approval more or less.
Hel blinked and looked up as a shop attendant came on over though. “Uh…” She paused for a moment and looked back at Shun.
…Boil didn’t really seem to know what he was doing, so Hel went ahead and took charge. “Ya!” She exclaimed, grinning now as she looked back at the shop keep. “My companion here is looking to secure engagement rings for himself and his ghoul…so I suppose I shall inquire about putting these on ah…layaway?”
