Finally she had broke free. Just in time to to dodge the attack from her opponent. Once more her body temperature rose as she heated the water in herself before shooting it at her opponent.

Spinel hurriedly dropped to the ground, barely missing the rush of heated water. Ha! It actually missed for once!
Lyle though his pokemon had been knocked down at first, and was surprised when the Sableye got back up. Well, alright then. "Try another Ice Punch!" It seemed like their only shot now.
Spinel chilled his fist once more and rushed at his foe.

Once more the horsea dodged. Though once more she countered with a stream of scalding hot water. One way to keep from freezing, keep the water boiling.

Finally, Spinel was unable to keep dodging. He was blasted to the ground by another stream of hit water, and this time he just lay there, steaming slightly.
Lyle waited a moment to see if his pokemon would get up. When Spinel just stayed there, he rushed forward to pick up his (still rather hot) pokemon. "Good battle! I got to get him healed now," he hurriedly said to his opponent before rushing off the field.

"Good Job Flora you won!" He excitedly called out to his pokemon. It was her first single battle and he was proud of her.
Zak nodded towards Lyle's statement. He knew how it was having lost several battles himself with Zue.
