With another jab, running the enemy through, it fell. Molly was feeling pretty good about herself! Maybe she was making up for the fact that she summoned that Phoenix earlier. Yes. She still felt terrible about that.

Syd took a running start, kicking the ghost thing hard and sending it flying across the street. She was getting to enjoy this game, and killing them was satisfying. She only wished they'd had something like this when they'd fought the monsters in that one room.

Molly didn't even have to lance it. She just grabbed it off of her sleeve and it dissipated. Oops. She looked around sheepishly before straightening out her coat.

Molly kicked this small creature away, and then impaled it on her lance.
Excellent! She wiped her forehead with the back of her hand, and then settled her lance against her shoulder as she started to look for her bandages. Couldn't let her shield get too low, after all!
