Once he becomes a demon, I'm going to tell him one thing, and from then on out, I will stand back and watch as he makes his own choices, either he will embrace the path I laid out for him, or he will continue on the path he chose. Depending on his choice, he will regain his memories or lose them forever." Divine said.

I orchstrated every detail in his life. Every person he met, every battle he fought. I set it up. Every decision he thought he made on his own, was in some way or another influenced by me, just so I can keep the game going. I was the one that sent him on this path, not him." Divine said, looking at Charlotte, "But now, i guess I will have to let him move on his own."

Divine said, as his eyes grew warm and kind, "Besides Atticus, I only have one other bond, and the bond I would die to protect." he said as he was sounding more and more human, "This strange feeling is coming over me again. Why is that?" he asked out loud.

She said as she looked at the leaves then, she walked over to a branch and picked one, looking at it for a moment. She turned then and held out her hand with the leaf in it "Take it, it is alive as long as I am, with that you will know that I am okay." She said cheerfully with a smile, the leaf reflected both of them then and shone slightly in the light.

✥ Demon ✥ Darkness Manipulation ✥ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Divine would look at the leaf, "Bond, eh?" he muttered as he took the leaf, "But I am the leader of the demons, i can not afford to have a bond such as this. It affects my mind and decisions. How can i expect to lead other when I can't even control myself?" he asked he stared at the leaf, "I was originally a human, but turned demon. i was considered the weakest and lowest form of demon, a mere half-demon, and fought my way to the top, to become the leader. Having a bond that makes me human, would be like going back to the bottom. Something that can't happen." Divine would say.

She said with a cheerful smile. "Just remember that it is up to you to decide what you want, you shouldn't make a choice just by how others may think of you, then it technically is not your choice." She told him before standing on her tip toes and kissing him on his cheek before going back to regular height "I will be here for you either way though, even if you think lowly of me, I will still be here smiling for you." She said to him.

Divine would then look up at the tree, "You said that it was common for people to come to this tree and confess their love to another, right?" Divine said as he would look down at Charlotte, "This will probably be the one and only time I ever do such a thing." he said as he leaned in and hugged her, "I truly love you, Charlotte, and I will always be there to protect you. Even if my heart is sealed away and my emotions are gone, I will still love you. You are my Queen, after all." Divine said as he then leaned in and kissed her. Afterwards, Divine would pull away and turn his back. "We will never speak of this again."

It has to be exhausting." Divine then looked up at the tree, "I'm sure that there are other important things that we should be discussing at this time." he said trying to move on from the subject, stepping away from her, Divine's human heart would begin to have less of an affect on him. "We must be prepared for when the kishin appears. I have set up portals all over the human world, if she does come out of hiding, I will be the first one to know. So be prepared to mobilize what little forces you have." Divine said.

Divine said as he sat up looked at Charlotte, with sad and guilt-ridden eyes, "But if everything goes according to plan, this will be the last time we will ever meet. So that I couldn't tell you the truth in the end. Charlotte." he thought as the portal closed.
