Without much effort he reached down and struck at the creature just to make it go away. The creature snarled weakly and pawed at him.

He struck down on it once more a lot more firmly than he meant to but still there was something satisfying about that lingering crunch sound that the creatures made sometimes when they dissipated from view. Ariane was actually seated at one of the tables in the canteen when she received the text, a cup of hot tea in one hand. Due to the limited supplies, there really wasn't much to add to the tea to make it taste better; the only thing she could add to it was sugar, since it lasted longer. Lots and lots of sugar. So much sugar that what she was drinking... Really no longer tasted like sugar-flavored tea. It tasted more like tea-flavored sugar.
While the text was obviously incomplete, the first part of it already told her that Jude was in trouble, and that he needed back-up. Ever since that day spent talking and what-not in Killzone's meditation room, Ariane had thought that Jude would be too embarrassed to ask her for help since:
1. She did end up napping on his lap.
2. He told her that he had great stamina - better than hers - and even agreed to a contest after they were done getting the island back.
She came to the conclusion that he really must be desperate and thus, instead of leaving the tea behind, decided to grab the cup before making her way out of the underground camp, heading straight for the dorms while sipping her drink; she needed her sugar and energy anyway.
While he did not specify which part of the dorms he was at, she was lucky enough to spot him after some walking around... Playing what looked like tug-of-war with a group of the nasty creatures. Frowning, she walked right up to him, weapon slung over her shoulders like a scarf, "Hey." One of the creatures decided to headbutt her ankle, however, causing her to almost spill her tea. This prompted her to sigh, place her cup of tea on a ledge, and took hold of her weapon.
"Come at me, bro.... S."

Had the situation been different then maybe Jude would have considered acting all flustered and embarrassed but the situation having turned out the way it did, well, things were not at the point where Jude could afford to play coy about anything that had happened in the recent past between them.
In fact she should feel honored that he even called for her help.
After a few moments he yanked the phone out of the grasp of the offending creatures and had rewarded them for their efforts by giving them a blade to the face.

"All's well," She replied, swinging one end of the weapon at the group, scattering the creatures; she did feel Kintama hit something though, as brief as it was, "So, why the sudden urge to become Jude Solo, hm?"

"I like taking risks, I just gambled a little bit too much just now, that's all," Jude said simply with a bit of a shrug. "I took this situation on earlier but I kind of wasted a lot of my energy taking it down on my own and I doubted I could pull it off again so....I asked it for help this time?"

"I guess that means you're not stupid or foolish," She laughed, giving his butt a pat like the pervert she is, before striking out at the group of creatures. However, they managed to scatter before she could land a hit, "I'll be your Chewbacca then, for the day."

Jude let out a bit of a sound at the fact that she was patting his butt but otherwise he didn't react. It wasn't a happy sound but it wasn't pissed off. It was more of a 'Kind of in the middle of something!' sort of sound that he made. He was in the middle of trying not to get his a** kicked.
He glanced over at her, "..Alright then, Chewie," he said with a small smirk and then moved to attack again striking at the figures around.

Ariane replied by saying 'no homo' and then attempting to make a sound like Chewbacca; sadly, that seemed to have failed rather badly, as it sounded more like a normal 'rawr' than anything.
Not that it stopped her from knocking a few creatures away using her weapon while making rather convincing 'pew pew pew' sounds.

Jude's response was pretty much, 'No you' and then he focused his efforts on whittling down the forces of evil before them with no real sounds other than just the couple of cracking sounds he made from hitting a couple of them a little too hard.

"Ye-WHAT?" Jude did a quick doubletake which allowed for an opportunity for the monsters to strike at him and tear him down just a little bit more. He was too busy blushing and being flustered now. He turned and focused his attention back on them.

"Ohhhhhh?" Her grin widened as she whacked a creature with Kintama and then swiftly turned around to sling an arm around his shoulder, noticing the blush on his cheeks and how flustered he was. Wriggling her eyebrows at him, she chuckled, "Was that a yes I almost heard? Oh you~"
