"It certainly doesn't have any issues hitting us," Jude grunted a little as he rocked from a hit at him though it could have been a lot worse if Jude hadn't adequately defended himself just then.
"We need to get ourselves together and hit it hard otherwise we might..." He trailed off as his expression became grim. STATS JUDE'S STATSHP: 42/50 DMG: 0 Charge: 0/3 [1/2] BOSS' STATSHP: 32/55 DMG: 5 [Auto damage]

"It is a giant pain in the a**," She sighed, frowning at the creature that was somehow avoiding all their attacks simply by staying there; she debated maybe just... Walking through it and let it be someone else's problem, but eh - the sooner they clean this up, the faster they can move back in, right?
She swung Kintama at it, but felt only a little resistance; it was almost like she was hitting air, "Ugh, it's impossible to tell a successful hit from an unsuccessful one."

"Y-yeah no kidding. Least it doesn't hit too hard. Just.. gotta actually hit it." he said to the other two. Deryk tried to watch it carefully. Quite frankly, he wasn't really sure where he needed to hit.
The fog beast rounded around once more and came charging right towards him. Gritting his teeth, he just thrust his left hand out to stab it in the face as it went right through him. But it seemed that had actually done a fair amount of damage. Tooley seemed to be able to absorb some fear at the very least.

Jude grinned over at Deryk, "Good hit!" he commended sounding actually happy. It meant they were getting somewhere. He then moved up getting swiped across the face by the incorporeal seeming form before he tried to get a read in on it and landed a return hit of his own. It seemed like it was getting weaker.

"Not bad, Deryk!" She laughed before staring at Jude, one eyebrow raised in a 'Are you challenging me?' manner before she folded her arms across her chest, eyes narrowed - challenge accepted.
As the creature charged at her next, she prepared herself to be hit; if it could hit her, then that must also be when the creature is most vulnerable. As she felt the creature rush past, she quickly swung Kintama at it, grinning when it felt like her weapon was being swung through water; that meant a hit right?
She turned to grin specifically at Jude.

Deryk couldn't help but grin as he realized just how good of a hit he had gotten there. He did good! And it seemed he inspired his teammates in this as well. Moving around, he tried to get in another solid hit. And well, he didn't do too bad.
"I think... Aim at its center! That should do it!" he called to the others. He wasn't too sure if he was right but he had a pretty good gut feeling about it.

OH IT WAS A CHALLENGE ARIANE.
"Not bad," Jude said when she managed to hit it decently. Though it wasn't quite as exuberant as when he had congratulated Deryk for his heavy strike earlier. Maybe he was just trying to get Ariane to work harder through light taunts or he was just being a playful jerk because he was getting far too used to her.
It was probably a combination of all those things.
He went in for his next attack, hitting it where it was suggested to, "C'mon Ari~. Finish it off if ya can." STATS JUDE'S STATSHP: 38/50 DMG: 4 Charge: 2/3 [1/2] BOSS' STATSHP: 4/55 DMG: 5 [Auto damage]

"Will do~" She swung her weapon at the center of the creature as it charged at her, feeling a blow to her shoulder and then... Nothing. It had dissipated with a wordless cry, and they were once again alone in the corridor... With one dead hunter in front of them.
"It's near my room. Let's just grab what we need and go," She stepped over the dead person, "Could always do more cleaning up later on."

With their combined effort, the creature was disposed of. Letting out a breath, Deryk relaxed a little.
"Good job guys," he said before carefully stepping over the body. He wondered if they should do something about him... But it seemed that Ariane was keen on getting in and out more or less. frowning inwardly, he just went to follow her while quietly apologizing to the dead man.
As he moved along with the others, one slow moving fog creature came rolling out towards Jude.

He resumed walking, "Poor Ariane, feeling so naked without her dyes," he tsked softly as he walked around the body. It was a sad sight but he didn't particularly wish to focus on it anymore.
Jude seemed to be ready for it having heard it coming rather than seeing it right away. His punching dagger swung out and stabbed the creature squarely within the upper part of the chest causing the creature to snarl and scream loudly in response, "Oh, hello. Didn't see you there," he said to the creature as he kicked it away off of his blade. STATS JUDE'S STATSHP: 38/50 DMG: 8 Charge: 3/3 [1/2] MOB STATSHP: 4/10 DMG: 3 [Auto damage]

"Is that why you don't dye your hair, Jude? You feel naked that way? You like feeling naked, hm?" She asked, wriggling her eyebrows at him, "Do you see Deryk as being naked too, then? Since he doesn't dye his hair either?" She stopped, turning around to look Deryk up and down, before doing the same to Jude, all the while going "Hmmm" and stroking her chin in a thoughtful manner.
As the creature moved from Jude towards her, she casually swung one end of her weapon on the top of its head, forcing it to dissipate, "At least your taste is pretty good." She laughed, and then turned around and continued on her merry way.

Hearing some sounds of battle behind him, Deryk turned around only to see Jude and Ariane make quick work of one of the beasties. Well then.
"Wait. What. No. Don't see me naked. Please. Either of you for that matter," he frowned before staring at the girl who was looking him up and down. A light blush may have risen to his cheeks right then and there.
"Y-yeah. Right. Um. Anyway. Move on?"
One creature seemed to be hovering right over Ariane's head.

He wasn't sure where the hell that line of thought came from and so Jude just raised an eyebrow over at Ariane instead of being flustered or uneasy, "For one, I don't feel naked at all. I feel just fine, thanks. I like my hair color the way it is," he retorted as his eyes looked up above Ariane's head for the time being spotting something after the latest monster was dissipated.
"For two. I don't want to see Deryk naked. It is already bad enough that we might catch glimpses of each other during the time either of us needs to shower," Jude said dryly, "no offence, Double-Oh-Seven."
With that he just idly flicked one of his punching daggers forward to strike at the monster that appeared above Ariane's head. STATS JUDE'S STATSHP: 38/50 DMG: 8 Charge: 3/3 [1/2] MOB STATSHP: 8/10 DMG: 3 [Auto damage]

"Party poopers," She commented with a sigh, wondering how she could maybe lock them together in the same room while in their birthday suits... Would be more fun with her in there, but eh, "Then again, I guess straight men don't enjoy looking at each other much, huh."
She simply ignored his words... Although she had to admit that a communal females-only shower was awesome. She might not swing that way, but she could sure appreciate a good body- Oh right, creature. She idly swing Kintama over her head, and moved out of the way by taking a step forward.

"None taken," Deryk said a little dryly in response to Jude. Spotting the monster, he stepped in before stabbing up at it and killing the beasty in the process. Most of these creatures really weren't too much of a threat to them at all.
"And no. Not particularly. Usually don't care to see other wangs. You know," he stated. The light blush hadn't quite left him yet.
