Titus had a job? Riyo's eyes narrowed at the very thought of such a lazy boil not just landing, but keeping anything that required marginal effort. What the hell did he do? Push a pencil across a desk all day? Of course, the ghoul was used to office work, so something laborious and... Dangerous hadn't even crossed her mind.
The feline said nothing about Titus's constant poking at her slow-paced character creation. Only when she finished and his off-color comment crossed her ears did the ghoul open her mouth. "Hey! I didn't make him like that because I'm attracted to big, shaggy unshaven men. I was trying to make him look... badass." Yes, badass. "This son of a b***h looks like he could eat bullets and poop diamonds.
For a moment, the ghoul cleared her throat and put on an angry face. "listen here you little s**t. I'm gonna tear open your a** and make myself a new drink coaster." She used the deepest voice she had in her, moving the little beefcake dude with her joystick as if to try and emphasize he was talking. Not a bad man voice, though she couldn't help but cough afterwards.
Watching Titus move through the menus almost made her head spin with how fast the deed was done. And just like that, they were loaded onto a map. "... How come you get a name and I don't?" A lame name at that. Good grief.
For a moment, Riyo just watched Titus move, her brow furrowing when he took down some other guy with little to no effort. "What.. Why did you do that to his corpse? Do you need to do that for like... Points or something?"
Finally putting her thumbs on the joysticks, the feline tried to move, finding the motion very awkward at first. She looked left, looked right, looked up, then straight again... Only to see someone charging after her. "AH! OH s**t!" Her eyes looked over the controller. WHICH ONE WAS THE X BUTTON? So, Riyo did what she had done before. She button mashed.
... And somehow ended up killing the guy.
Damn!

"Or like an inmate with a steroid addiction." Titus corrected. Was that really what she thought passed as badass? A man who was so overly muscled he couldn't even put his hands down at his sides. Though that being said Titus hardly focused on a character with strength but instead focused on speed and skill. Strength only got you so far, you had to get close to use it to its full potential.
"Nice..." Was the only comment Riyo got in regards to her gruff manly voice.
"What? Do you want a name?" Titus quickly flipped the menu back up and went to the player edit screen and selected 'Guest Name'. In a matter of seconds he flipped back and instead of 'Guest' Riyo would find her name changed to 'Princess Boil'. "There, fixed."
Her questioning the motives of him tea bagging only had Titus chuckling as he made his way through the building. "No, you don't get any points. Its for the pure satisfaction."
He turned to her when she made a startled noise, seeing that she had run across an enemy. Never had one button mashed so hard as she but at least she got the job done. Finally she was the victor and the downed solider soon dissipated from sight to respawn elsewhere.
"Nice, though try to use a little more tact and a little less button mashing next time." Titus continued to lead the way up to the top of the building and out a random side door that was mostly out of view. The small area he entered lead out to a balcony that had a pretty good view of the city and the people running around below them. "Ah here we are." Titus equipped his sniper rifle and positioned himself to snipe people from where he was. Aiming he found a target and let a single bullet fly taking out the target in one hit. "BOOM HEADSHOT!"

... Why had she said anything about the name? Riyo regretted it as soon as she saw the boil open the menu screen again.
Princess boil? Really?
The feline elbowed Titus in the side as soon as he confirmed the damn screen name. "I wish you'd stop calling me both of those things." Riyo wasn't a boil, and she certainly wasn't a princess. Which was probably why Titus had chosen to meld the two together...
And while she didn't understand the satisfaction, the ghoul took Titus's word for it. Maybe she'd learn the significance eventually.
"Tact. Right. A little hard to use tact when you don't know what half the buttons do." Riyo looked down at her fingers with narrow eyes, mentally scolding them for not being as sharp as they were when playing the violin.
While she followed behind Titus like a little puppy dog, the ghoul aimed herself towards the floor and started pushing more buttons to try and figure out what they did. Oh, look! There was a button for knifing people! That was cool. And a button to make explody things appear, and a button for jumping. Interesting.
So while the nightmare demon was busy doing his thing, Riyo's burly man started looking around the area. In reality, she jumped when he started shouting about headshots. In the game, she'd managed to find a... Sub-machine gun. oOoooo. This one shot a lot of bullets.
"Princess Boil? What the hell kind of name is that?" Came a static voice from over the Skelevision, which caused the feline's ears to perk. "Who let a ghoul into the game? Hey, you button mashing b***h, get back in the kitchen." It looked like someone was butthurt at getting killed by a ghoul.
"Kitchen? I can't cook. What the ******** is he talking about?" Which was about the time Riyo got a knife to the back and her very own customary tea bagging.
"Dumb b***h! Take that!" He almost sounded like a kid, really, which made the feline angrier. "Sonofa... Fine. It's on now." Time to put on the srs business hat.

A small grunt left him as Riyo elbowed his side. "What? I find them rather suiting and amusing. Mostly because you don't." Ah, that was the real secret there.
Titus continued his assault from the rooftop, nailing people in the head one after one. It wasn't long before he ranked up, a different set of stats showing below his name. He only pulled his focus away when he heard the voices from the tv.
"Sounds like you've made some friends. How quaint." And like the true demon he was he didn't lift a finger (or push a button) to help. He just turned around and watched the assault and the tea bagging before he finally stepped up and meleed the guy in the head.
"Son of a b***h!" Came the voice from the tv.
"Ah, its good to be me." Titus mused. "Give it a second and you'll respawn." The name calling and bad mouthing was all in good fun for Titus.

Riyo shot Titus an 'Oh heeeeeeeeelll no.' glance when the boil did nothing to help her. But instead of complaining loudly and declaring what a useless bag of flesh he was, Riyo simply rested back in the comfy couch and waited to respawn.
Once back in the game, the ghoul quickly equipped her knife and went Rambo on her original killer's a**. Which... Wasn't as cool as it sounded, considering it was only because he spawned in seconds after her and the feline got the drop on him.
"Camper! You're just a camper you stupid whore! Go make me a sandwich!" The SkeeV cried as the body hit the ground. This time, Riyo didn't skip the tea bagging. For some reason it seemed to piss them off so why not?
"Camper? b***h, I haven't slept outside since I was little." The demoness mumbled as if the boil on the other side of Halloween could hear her. What did that have to do with playing this game anyways? Was he trying to say she was so poor she had to live in the woods or something? That didn't make much sense.
Not that it mattered. She had bigger fish to fry. Riyo didn't say a word as she directed her little macho man character back to where she had been, nor did she shoot a glance in Titus's general direction.
Slowly, carefully, as stealthily as a big hulking man ape could manage, the ghoul's character tip-toed through the abandoned buildings in an effort to find her way back, and when she finally did, she had to fight a smile that was trying to creep its way out. Raising her knife ready to attack, the feline crept up on the boil until she was right up on him. "Haha, oh man this guy doesn't even know what's coming to him."
And then she stabbed him.
BETRAYAL!
And, as if joyously ready to add some salt to the wounds, she teabagged his corpse. "You're right. This does add an ounce of satisfaction." The ghoul added, finally grinning and laughing. Hey, this WAS fun, wasn't it?

While Riyo had caught a ride on the revenge train, Titus had gotten sucked into the game and was effectively zoned. His train of thought was the movement in front of him because hardly anyone knew about this little spot in the game. All except one.
Betrayal.
The word rang loud and clear as Titus saw the he had been knifed by non other than Princess Boil. "What? What?! You turn my own tactics against me? Hey...Hey wait are you really.....you are...." Titus sat silent for a moment while the footage replayed before his respawn. "This is what it feels like when karma comes knocking."
Having his fill of karma for the day Titus tossed his controller on the couch. "Well, I'm done." And that seemed to be the key phrase for BB, who looked at Titus with wide eyes, little paws stretching toward the demon. He wiggled for a moment before he finally climbed down out of Riyo's lap and disappeared into the room. A moment later the little fluffball came back with a leash and set it down at Titus' feet. He wanted to take a walk.

While Titus seemed utterly shocked, Riyo couldn't stop her giggle fit. It seemed like, through all odds, something good had come of her day. It was just a dumb game, after all.
When the boil threw his controller down, the feline finally looked back up at him. "Aw, c'mon. Don't be such a sore loser. You would've done the same thing to me." This she knew for a fact. "Aren't you going to seek revenge for me seeking revenge or something like that?" Riyo didn't mind vicious cycles or games of one upping. In fact, they could be fun sometimes.
However, her attention was once again torn when the little clump of fur jumped off of her lap. Where was he...? Oh. Yes, that dog was certainly too good for the boil.

"Oh, I'll seek revenge I assure you. It just may not involve a game console." There was a hint of a devious smile before his attention turned to the poof at his feet. "What?"
BB looked at Titus with the most pitiful beady eyes letting out a small yip before turning to look at the door.
Sighing Titus picked the leash up off the floor. "If we must." He clipped the leash to the decorative collar hidden beneath all the fur and stood. "Well, this has been.." He paused searching for the word. Had it been fun? Entertaining at the least. "....different." Is what Titus settled on. How often did people play games with the person that came crashing through their door to slap them in the face.
Now came another awkward moment that Titus wasn't sure how to deal with. Did he ask her along or send her on her way? He certainly didn't want her staying here on her own.
"I'm going to take this little fuzzball on his walk. You can either come with or head back. Its your choice."

The look on Titus's face made Riyo wonder if she really should've said anything. Then again, if every challenge or bet ended with something like this, it couldn't be so bad, right? The boil challenged her. Made her think about things she would usually cast aside. And while he could be annoying as Hell, he wasn't all that bad.
"Yeah... Different." Not that the feline would admit it, as she usually didn't.
Finally standing, the ghoul sat the controller down on the couch and looked down at the beady-eyed BB. Well wasn't he just charming with his fancy collar and leash? But the real question was... Should she join him?
The ghoul pulled out her phone and glanced at the time. Right about now she was supposed to be having a video conference with the VP and a couple of other important people. If she rushed back to her room, she could probably make it...
But...
"I suppose... I'll go with you. If only to make sure you don't try to tie BB to the back of a car." It was a lie. She knew he probably wouldn't, but it was better than saying 'I'm going to ditch my responsibilities to waste time with you.' To Riyo it was, at least.
The ghoul adjusted her jacket and held her head high as she walked to the door and held it open. For the dog, of course. Not for Titus.

"I wouldn't tie BB....." Titus paused as if thinking about it. Maybe that wasn't such a bad idea. The little furball would certainly get his exercise that way. A few more seconds lost in thought and Titus brushed the idea aside entirely. His Uncle would have been furious.
"Alright then, let's go." Titus grumbled, following behind BB as he pranced toward the door happily. The little pooch paused to look up at Riyo before he headed out first, looking toward the end of the hall excitedly.
"I guess we'll take a path around campus. If we stop by the lunch room for a paper bag I can show you another fun and entertaining game that involves flaming excrement." Titus mused before closing the door to his room.
