How it happened: Terry's family raises ninja wolves. Through careful breeding and hardcore training over many generations, The Kaim family had created the most perfect animals for any shinobi who used an animal partner in battle. Terry was given a young wolf pup, named Fang, as a present when he was inducted into the academy. They were best friends. Fang was intended to be able to use any techniques that Terry taught him. However, during a brief training session with some elder members of teh family, Terry became trapped in a powerful genjutsu that would scar him for the rest of his life. Ever since, he's been inept when it came to genjutsu and is much more susceptible.
Denied. There are multiple animal using clans, and there is even an animal using profession that we just need to finish working on. This talent looks to simply make you an Inuzuka, so unless you were hoping to gain Inuzuka abilities while joining another bloodline/clan, just go for Inuzuka.

Electromagnet - Laxus is overly powered with Raiton chakra, thus his electromagnetic field is far more powerful than nearly any other user who doesn't specialize in wielding the Satetsu. This gives Laxus a +1 rank to Satetsu jutsu, and expands his effective area by twice the distance. He also gains the ability to charge the Satetsu with a C rank amount of chakra, making any contact confer a D rank amount for 3 posts after the ability is used.
1 - Laxus gains a +1 in rank to Satetsu
2 - Laxus can spend a C rank amount of chakra to charge his satetsu with enough lightning chakra to deal D rank shocks for 3 posts, so jumping into a cloud of Satetsu will damage an opponent, instead of just scratching them.
Talent Sacrifice:
Laxus is unable to wield simple ninja tools, much less larger weapons such as a sword. This means that Laxus is unable to use anything made of metal as a weapon, excluding Satetsu Jutsu, not weapons created from Satetsu. This means that Laxus is completely unable to utilize Kenjutsu.
Laxus attracts any metal object aside from headbands ( Just to avoid him accidentally stealing people's headbands. ) that is around him not created by a specific Satetsu Jutsu. So any metal object in the air, or even planted in the ground and not in a building is attracted to him. If the object is overly large and rooted to the ground, Laxus will himself be drawn directly to it. The area of attraction and the strength of attraction is equal to Laxus's Satetsu strength. The range increases by 25 feet for every rank.
Laxus also suffers a -.5 rank to his Doton techniques because of his overwhelming raiton capabilities.
1 - Laxus can't learn Kenjutsu styles
2 - Laxus is attracted to metal/ metal is attracted to Laxus. which it is is dependent on the size of the object.
3 - Laxus suffers a -.5 rank for his Doton techniques because of his Lightning capabilities.
How it happened:
Laxus has always been coursing with raiton chakra, and so once his bloodline awakened within him, he discovered that by not paying attention to the limits most users have, he can utilize his extreme amounts of raiton chakra to expand his power over his iron sand.

Talent Description: Vice of the Devil Meat!: Due to Death "The Monkey Man" Spank's unending, and unwavering love for Bacon (yes, with a capital B!) when he consumes the delicious meat he gains a +1 to his physical attributes.
Talent Sacrifice: The problem with this is when he goes more than ten posts with out eating any Bacon (again with the capital B!) he suffers withdraws, taking a -1 from all his physical attributes. He also becomes cranky, and more irritable when he does not get his fix in time.
How it happened: Through out his life Death "The Monkey Man" Spank had many meals that involved Bacon... Okay, they all did, after having it once he could not help but have it with any meal he ever had. They joy from the Bacon always fueled him, making him feel more alive, and more powerful than he was before. Learning this he about himself he went even further, and many times kept Bacon on his person for those bad situations that ninjas tend to get themselves in.
The meat of all meats even tended to get Death "The Monkey Man" Spank into fights, mostly with animal activists, vegetarians, or vegans, because when they saw him eating his BLT, Bacon cheeseburger, Bacon jerky, fried Bacon, teryiaky Bacon, Bacon dipped in various things like honey mustard, BBQ sauce, chocolate, ranch, that sauce that one restaurant serves with chicken strips, steak sauce, or ice cream (Just some of his favorites dips.) Bacon wrapped hot dogs, Bacon wrapped asparagus, fully loaded potato with extra Bacon and sour cream, or any of his other Bacon based meals they would try to convert him to there ways, and the thought of no more Bacon enraged him cause him to slash out violently and scream "I WILL NEVER STOP EATING BACON!" (All caps that time!). This some times got him in trouble with his Kage, or restaurant owners, but for some reason those none meat eating bastards always piss him off.

Tim: A couple notes, one, you should reconsider any contact deliver 3 D-rank autohits on the target. I can't not bring that up. First of all, any contact includes tapping someone on the shoulder, brushing a sleeve against someone else, using any jutsu etc. Second, that is 3 autohits if you so much as touch them.
Second, just want to make sure you understand he attracts metal to himself, meaning kunai and shuriken don't even need to be aimed anymore. It's certainly a strong weakness, but you should know what it entails.
Third, just curiosity here, but what would happen to technologies such as the Kumo team microphone (which allows team communication). Would it not work, be disrupted, or unaffected?

Measure will be taken in the Rp, from storing some in seals, to randomly pulling out a frying pan, flint, and chopping down a tree while a random student runs to the market while wearing large weight to pick up fresh bacon. Stuff like that.
I am not so much worried that Greg will have a problem with it Bacon in every aspect of the Rpc, but if that is the case I wont be using solder pills, this will only work (as a talent) with Bacon.
I will make something up with his bloodline or something, not sure.
Will strength, speed, and agility work fine for this?

Talent Description: Axel is capable of learning Sword Techiniques at the greatly increased rate of -1posts. For every rank he increases, this raises by one. D - -2 C - -3 B - - A - -4 S - -5
Besides that, he gains .5 rank in damage and there is no limit to the number of styles he can learn.
Talent Sacrifice: Axel is unable to use three jutsu elements [ 2 elements and Universal, leaving the ninja with just one element; wall/water walking is still learnable ] Added to this he also cannot learn any medical or genjutsu. Though he can develop jutsu by himself so long as they are not elementally alinged.
How it happened: Axel was born without the ability to channel most, if not any, form of chakra save for his raiton chakra. Due to this he took his one element and employed it in the best way he could; swordsmanship.

No, they have to touch a technique or run through a cloud of it. Just touching a couple of gains won't do anthing, but running through a cloud would scratch them up, and now it delivers a D rank shock. It isn't 3 D rank shocks all at once, and the electricity only lasts for # posts after the usage. I could write that in and give a post cool down. I know that. That's the main weakness of the ability. Oh, he'd destroy them just by standing too close. He'll never be able to enter the thread that one of these technologies are in, and he'll never be able to utilize a walkie talkie. If you've got one, it wouldn't immediately destroy it, but if you stayed within range for 5 posts, then it would destroy it.

You might want to consider dampening that tech destruction bit. destroying tech by being in the same thread will probably mean Laxus wouldn't be able to participate in many future Kumo missions (since we are kinda focusing on tech now).

Truly, and as expected from Death Spank. Problems: The lack of bacon. As bacon is sadly not among our normal list of acquirable items, it doesn't really work, and allows you to basically say "I eatah dah bakunz" and get your boost. Solution: Add into your weakness a price for bacon based foods, and where you can get them. I'd assume they would mainly be available at a food shop, but also most markets. Being that you're getting a +1 to stats (I'm going to say you can have it for Strength, Speed, and Blood Clotting.), the bacon should cost about... 30 gold a piece. Bacon is valuable you know. Also, add post counts for both how long the Bacon Boost lasts, and how long he can go baconless before going into withdrawal. When in withdrawal, eating bacon should not go straight into the boost, but cure withdrawal, resetting the count for that. Didn't think I'd take it seriously, did you? Well ha. I did.

Not really. As long as people don't jump into a swarm of the sand, they can't get shocked. And again, it isn't 3 hits. the effect can only last for 3 posts. Therefore is someone stands in a cloud of the sand, they only suffer 1 D rank shock, because they drain the charge from the sand around them. I can write that in if you want. He could still help, mainly in building the machine, but when the finer parts are being added, he should leave. We should make the technologies we have in the village immune to magnetism, that would effectively negate Laxus breaking everything, and reduce the chances of us being able to be screwed with by other ninja.

Talent Description: Roatsu isn't much of a shinobi at all and prefers the use of machines over anything else. He constantly researches and creates new machines all the time. So, instead of traditional fighting styles, Roatsu can create an unlimited amount of custom technology. This technology, however, would require construction. Each custom will have its own parameters for creation.
Talent Sacrifice: Roatsu does not have chakra. He cannot learn taijutsu, weapons techniques, ninjutsu, or anything else that normal shinobi can learn. The extent to what Roatsu can do is use types of weapons and technology that he creates. He also cannot have a Shinobi Profession.
How it happened: Roatsu was born without chakra whatsoever, but still could live without it. Being an extremely smart fellow, he took interest in science. Through years and years of dedication, he was able to construct technology and invent things that nobody had done before. He can effectively create anything that he can envision in his head and use it to its fullest extent. All he has to do is build it.

First off, I would like to point out that we start out as genin, not academy students.
This is a very interesting perk, and at a very high cost. However, please be aware that just because you have such extreme limitations, does not mean we would allow you to create overpowered custom technology. That seems to be the vibe I'm getting from this talent: "make absolutely anything I want at the cost of everything else."

Oh, alright. I was just following the profile format that says Academy Student for the basic rank.
Anyways, I understand that I can't get too OP. I wouldn't attempt to go beyond what you would allow. That's why I tried to make it so all my technology would be custom. By doing that, I'd have to run everything through a mod. Also, I don't plan on doing much besides simple thing at first. Maybe some launchers that shoot senbon or something like that. But I have high hopes for my Rpc and do intend on trying to reach my limit of strength. It's up to you mods to decide my limits as far as that. I will always honor your decisions on this matter so don't worry about any fighting coming from me.
P.S. I'm doing a name change on this Rpc to Roatsu Keido. Much more fitting for the idea I have for him.
