Amanda Temes (The New Alice) As Kris entered the room, Amanda blushed wildly. Amanda had seen him and his brother before, but something about Kris, maybe his looks, attracted her to him. Despite her small crush, Kris's demeanor was enough to keep any woman at bay. Or at least any woman like Amanda. She quickly realized her blushing and hid her face until it would subside. She didn't feel like talking, especially to him. Part of the reason why, was her quiet demeanor. She just generally disliked talking. The other part was, she was sure she'd say something stupid if she did open her mouth. And thusly she didn't make a sound.
[Ooc: I actually did find your character cute, so I decided to add a crush in. wink ]

〈〈 мαϰιм αяƨσʌ 〉〉 ☢ ♈ ☢ Maxim's eye twitched almost imperceptibly, his patience with Kris growing increasingly thin. It was one thing for them to show up at his house without a warning in advance. For Kris to walk into his home uninvited was almost too much. Doing his best to ignore Kris, he turned to Klaus, placing a thin-lipped smile on his face. "Yes, I finished it just this morning. If you'll excuse me for a moment, I'll go and fetch it. I trust that you'll keep an eye on your brother," he said, a hint of warning in his words. Although he didn't say it, what he really meant with his last words was 'if Kris touches anything then you are both as good as dead'. He left the front door swinging as he went to retrieve the dress, emerging a minute later with the garment draped over his arm. "You know, I haven't spoken with Her Majesty in quite some time. Do you think she would be opposed to me bringing her the dress myself? It's not that I don't trust you, but... I don't trust Kris," he said, casting a warning glance towards the dark haired twin. He failed to notice the color creeping across Amanda's cheeks.

Kris & Klaus Zwillinge xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Due to Amanda's unexpected silence, Kris was left standing there expectantly like a fool for a long moment. Finally realizing she wasn't going to answer him anytime soon, he crossed his arms and sighed dramatically. "Whatsamatter? Cat got your tongue?" he said with a wink. He tried to remember if she was usually this quiet, but then gave up after realizing that he didn't usually remember past the previous day or two.
In reply to Maxim's subtle warning about his twin, Klaus held up his hands innocently in surrender, a small smile on his face. "He will not leave my sight." Klaus waited patiently while Maxim went to get the dress.
Maxim returned shortly after, with a pure white garment draped over his arm. Even though it was folded, Klaus could see the thought and detail put into the dress; it truly was a piece of genius.
Before Klaus could say anything, Kris came striding back, after a quick parting wink to Amanda. He raised an arm to slap Maxim's back, but thought better of it and sheepishly put it back down.
"That the dress?" he said cheerfully. "Great job, Maxim, m'boy! It's beautiful, exquisite. Pulchritudinous!"
Klaus gave his brother a withering look. "You got that word from a book, didn't you?"
"Nonsense. You know I don't read books."
Turning back to Maxim, Klaus glanced at the dress briefly before setting his gaze on the tailor. "I don't think the dress is urgent. At least, I don't recall Queen Lyno saying so. It would probably be alright." Then, glancing pointedly at his brother, "We'll take our leave, then."
Kris pouted. "Aw, so soon? Thought we could stay for a bit and chat it up."
"No, it's back to the castle with us, brother." Klaus turned and started to head back down the walkway. Kris slipped past Maxim, pausing to give him a cheeky grin, and caught up with his brother.
"I think he was glad t'see us."
"Yes, I'm sure he had a nice time envisioning ripping your head off."
"Naww. He loves me." As they strode down the dirt road, Kris moved in front of his brother and walked backwards to face him. "You weren't really serious about headin' straight to the castle, right?"
"Of course not. I know you by now."
[[ooc: D'awwwww, we're honored. wink Though it's strange Amanda was only attracted to Kris, seeing how he and Klaus are twins. xD ]]

Amanda Temes (The New Alice) Amanda kept her pose as Kris questioned her. As he left, her blush subsided just enough to catch him wink to her as he left. Her blush returned but a split second while his back was turned. Why him? Of all people? She decided she had sat for too long and got up onto her feet. realizing she had only one sock, she removed her shoe, removed the sock, then replaced her shoe. She then limped to the door way with little difficulty. " Something the matter?" Amanda asked, noticing Maxim's look of consternation. She knew Kris and Klaus were not Maxim's favorite people, but he seemed especially peeved at the moment. (OoC: Twins they may be, but they still look somewhat different.)

King Alexander Red ❝ "I'm the New Red King" is directly proportional to "I am Awesome." ❞ Alexander woke up with a red puppy's arse on his face.
"Oh bloody---"
He pushed off the little pup's butt away and naturally, the dog fell to the floor. letting out an audible whimper, Alexander got up from bed and swam through the piles of papers, garments, and bedsheets scattered around his room. True, he was a messy and disorganized man, but a possible theory would be that it was because he was extremely the opposite in his governance.
After managing to reach the door, he rang his little gold bell to call his servants. By the moment they arrived, he was barely capable to keep the door open enough so that he could poke his head through, and closed enough to keep his mountain of mess from spilling into the hallway. The servants rushed to help him, and he kept swearing at every single hard thing he stepped on, which were scattered everywhere. When he finally managed to get out, he straightened his velvet robe and stood straight in front of his servants, "Right." He started, " You will be dealing with the excavation of my quarters. You must find me some clothes, a pair of shoes, and a hat to compliment it. Then, you must find me my pet scarlet--- I pushed him off the bed for conveniently sitting on my face." He grinned at the unfortunate lot, "Let the hunt begin!"
After much epic digging, the king was finally dressed, with his little pup under his arm. He pointed to the hallway, like leading a cavalry and marched off while saying triumphantly, "Come my champions! We shall eat breakfast!" And they marched off, happily even, because they were able to survive their king's room yet again to live for another day.
At the breakfast table he took out the kingdom's daily newspaper, "The Red Quill" and immediately headed to the "Lifestyle" section. (He had to be fashion-forward because images in wonderland were important, and a frivolous outfit commanded power.) He read one of the headlines: "Hatter expanding business--- reputation for fashionable garments!" he thought for a moment "What a dreadful headline," he turned to the nearest servant, and whispered darkly :"Tell the publications' office to get this journalist fired,"
"Hmm, maybe I should give the hatter a visit. It has been a while. And I think I should ask someone to just build me a new room, the old one is too... full of surprises" There was a huge sigh of relief from the servants at his back when they heard what he had said, because finally, finally the king had given up on his room.
He finished his meaty breakfast and called for his chauffeur to take him to the hatter's place.
Oh I do love visits. ((I think I overdid this a bit o-o ))

〈〈 мαϰιм αяƨσʌ 〉〉 ☢ ♈ ☢ Maxim watched the twins until they were out of sight and turned to Amanda. "No, I just really can't stand Kris. His brashness rubs me the wrong way," he mumbled, swiping a hand over his face quickly. "Why don't you go sit down again? Making you a new pair of socks should only take a few minutes. I'll go get some fabric samples so you can pick what you like." He carefully lay the Queen's dress along the back of the chair he had sat in earlier, patting it a few times to make sure it lay flat and would not wrinkle. Without another word, he hurried back into his work room, surveying the cluttered space quickly. Random tidbits of cloth lay all over the floor, and half-finished suits for himself sat on mannequins scattered throughout the room. He ignored it all, instead stepping over piles of forgotten projects in order to get to a small door next to his sewing station. Through the door sat his many rolls of fabric. Opening the door, he reached up and grabbed the piles of fabric swatches that lay on a shelf, tucking them into the crook of his arm before hurrying back to his sitting room. "Here we go. This is what you have to choose from," he said to Amanda, dumping all the swatches onto the floor. He fell to his knees and began sorting them based on their colors and patterns, biting his lip as he tried to decide whether a swatch he held was pink or red. ((You didn't overdo it. I LOVE your character.))

King Alexander Red ❝ "I'm the New Red King" is directly proportional to "I am Awesome." ❞ Alexander stood underneath the cool shade his servant's red umbrella offered. It was a sunny morning, and although the king enjoyed the sun most of the time, he didn't seem to now. "That's how I roll" He would usually say when somebody would ask him. Though, he wouldn't really roll, he just read it from somewhere and thought it was cool.
He walked a few more paces until they reached a funny looking house in the middle of the woods. From the deep recesses of his coat, he pulled out a big red map, and asked it, "Is this it?" The map, being used to the oftentimes absent-minded questions of the king responded, "Of course you fool. You've been here before." The king drew back his hand, and swung it across the map, as if slapping it. "Somebody's cranky today." he mumbled as he asked a servant to keep the rude map away. He then thumped his brown cane on the door and waited for a response.
And as usual, waiting wasn't how he "rolled"
He billowed in front of the door, "Maxim! It is I," he turned to tell his servants to flutter his cloak dramatically, "...King Alexander of the Red Kingdom! Open the door so that I may grace your humble abode with my presence!"
He stood there like a fool with a fluttering cloak, with his head held high and his hands on his hips.
that's just how he rolled. ((I like your character too. xD ))

Kris & Klaus Zwillinge xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx "Klaus, I'm bored."
"That's wonderful, Kris."
"I told ya it was too early. Nobody's even awake yet!"
"Of course they're awake. They just don't want to deal with you."
"'Course they do. Everybody loves me."
Klaus looked up to give his brother a withering look. Kris, from his spot up in a random tree in a random section of the forest, grinned back down at him innocently. Klaus shook his head and leaned against the trunk. "Whatever you say, Kris."
"D'you think somebody's gonna be passing by real soon?"
"Most likely."
"Good! Let's chat a bit with them when they come!" Kris declared excitedly. They'd seen someone pass by a bit earlier on. It looked like a big red parade. People dressed in red surrounding a person dressed even more extravagantly in red. Kris and Klaus recognized them even when they were still a mile away. King Alexander, and a number of servants to be at his beck and call. They've scouted around his castle a fair number of times, to quell Queen Lyno's worries of a possible uprising. It felt like they were scouting a castle covered in blood, with the amount of red items the King kept inside. An intimidating sight, really, if not frightening.

〈〈 мαϰιм αяƨσʌ 〉〉 ☢ ♈ ☢ Just as he finished categorizing his fabric samples, yet another knock came at his door. Oh God no, he thought, letting out an audible groan. He did not want to have to deal with King Alexander right after Kris. Might as well get it over with quickly... He stood quickly and headed towards the front door, careful not to mess up his perfectly organized swatches. "Please, Amanda, go sit down. You're going to make your leg worse," he said, gently nudging the girl towards the sitting room as he passed, not adding that he wanted her out of the way when he opened the door to the king. He placed his hand on the doorknob and twisted slowly, pasting a fake smile on his face before opening the door completely. "Hello, King Alexander. What a pleasure it is to see you. I would invite you in so you can, ah... grace my humble abode with your presence, but I already have company and must be heading out soon," he said, his grip on the doorknob so tight it was making his knuckles turn white. King Alexander and his posse, all of them decked out in red, made his walkway look like a bloody battle had taken place and they were the survivors. "You see, I am supposed to drop off a dress for the White Queen. I really must be going, unless you're here to place an order."

King Alexander Red ❝ "I'm the New Red King" is directly proportional to "I am Awesome." ❞ Alexander strode into the room with his servants lined up behind him in two straight rows. When they were all inside, the last servant closed the door behind him. It was pretty cramped, but the king was persistent, and squeezed through to get to the front. He noticed Alice sitting near, so he nodded towards her, "hello" and proceeded to squeeze past her. When he finally got out, he smoothed his brown hair and regained his composure in front of Maxim.
"Now, I am here to—"
Alexander was struck dumb for a while.
He forgot what he had visited for.
He turned to a servant and whispered, "Why did I visit again?" the servant whispered back, "clothes, your highness." Alexander stood straight again and smiled at Maxim "Yes, that's right. I am here for clothes. So um.. yes..uh... how does this work naturally?"
The king didn't like feeling ignorant, so he decided to change the topic of conversation. He remembered him saying that he was to drop off a dress to the White Queen, so he started with that. "Oh! You're visiting the lovely white Queen are you? Well, I should bring it upon myself to help you, and escort you to her kingdom. I am quite bored, and we could talk about clothes later, yes?"
Despite the conflicting relationship the two kingdoms had before, Alexander quite enjoyed the company of the White Queen. He found her very interesting, because he found her quite dull. No matter how contradicting that sounds, he loved playing with the white queen— it's better to paint on a white canvas than on one with a painting, correct? Because Alexander always believed that Red becomes Redder when put next to white.
He sat on one of the chairs, waiting for the obviously annoyed Hatter to give a response. ((shall I quote you guys too? I find it easier when I'm quoted— feel the ease.~ ))

Amanda Temes (The New Alice) Even though her nudged her, she made no real effort to return to her seat in the other room. She did, at least keep her distance from the door and let Maxim do the talking. It wouldn't do to let anyone know that her recent adventure took her into the Red Kingdom, or that she bled all over one of the King's bushes. While he was tending to the door, she picked the fabric swatch closest to the color and style of the socks she had worn previous and returned her gaze to the door. Lo and behold there was King Alexander being as flamboyant with his redness as possible, even making his servants flare his cape as if there were wind. She couldn't help but stifle a laugh at the servants under this man. She thought that life for them must be an overly red hell, that is, unless they were mindless goons just following orders.

〈〈 мαϰιм αяƨσʌ 〉〉 ☢ ♈ ☢ Once again people were entering his home without permission. If King Alexander wasn't... Well, a king, he would be on his way back to his residence with a black eye and a bloody nose. Now, Maxim isn't usually a violent person, but when his patience is tested, the worst in him does tend to come out. "Yes, we can talk about an order later. It is quite easy, really. I just need a general idea of what you would like," he said, pushing past the king's servants and purposefully treading on a few of their feet. He finally managed to squeeze into his sitting room, moving to stand behind the chair that held aloft the queen's dress. "If you wish to escort me to the White Queen's kingdom, I will not object. I do so enjoy company," he said, lying through his teeth. He was getting quite good at it. Maxim gently picked up the dress and draped it across his arm, smoothing out various folds and wrinkles in the gossamer fabric. Once he was satisfied with how it lay, he looked up at King Alexander and flashed him a dazzling smile as he said, "Shall we go, then?"

King Alexander Red ❝ "I'm the New Red King" is directly proportional to "I am Awesome." ❞ Alexander smiled brightly at Maxim, "Oh Yes. You would enjoy my company immensely. I'm a very fun person, you see." He turned to his servants, "ain't that right boys?" His servants nodded furiously and words of "Yeah!" and "Whoopee!" rung through the litle horde.
Maxim walked across the room to get the White Queen's dress, and Alexander couldn't help but point at it like a 5- year old wanting candy. "That! That! I want something as beautiful as that! I will not accept anything from you if it is not as pretty as that or prettier!" He jumped up and down while clapping his hands excitedly. He loved the intricate designs and tailoring that had been done to the dress, and he fancied wearing something like that on the next Wonderland ball—he would surely stand out!
He patted the Maxim on the back before he could say a thing, "Enough of that. Didn't I say we'll talk clothes later? Silly hatter. Right, let us go!" He pointed out to the doorway and marched off with his servants and the annoyed hatter behind him. Before they had left, he shouted over his shoulder to Amanda." Feel free to tag along, dear! I am a very considerate king!" then without further ado, they marched off to the White Kingdom.
____________________________________
The little troop finally arrived at the pearly white gates of the White Kingdom, and true enough, the sheer whiteness of the place amplified the boldness of Red. The soldiers by the gate opened the gates immediately-on-sight of the Red King—they knew he wasn't one to wait.
Alexander smiled proudly at the White Queen's subjects, and with a booming voice he said to the butler, "We are here to deliver a dress." He nodded to the hatter, "And I wanted to visit." He grinned. The butler nodded and led them into one of the sitting rooms of the White Kingdom, then told them to wait for the White Queen there.
Alexander turned to the Hatter, feeling very clever and important, "all is well, yes?"
