Rain pushed herself up and let raw intuition take over her. She ran as fast as she could and when an there was an opening, she used the weight of her body and slide towards the crab. Sometimes it paid off to be into sports.
When she found herself under the crab, she began cutting at his stomach area with her claws, trying to do as much damage as she could. It didn't take long for the giant beast to take notice and kick her away. By the time she had finished rolling, she was sure she had eaten a quart of sand, and was covered head to toe in the stuff as well.

Until the crab actually started attacking, Mitzi just kind of stood there, not paying attention. But even with her thoughts in such disarray, she couldn't miss a crab BIGGER THAN SHE WAS stomping over towards their castle.
As it started to claw away at the side of the castle, Mitzi dodged the giant falling clumps of sand, too startled to think of anything else to do. When had this happened? How was everything else so big now? She looked around wildly for the rest of her team, and missed a (luckily small) sand chunk, which knocked her to the ground.

Imryn had been content to hang back and let the others mingle and talk, not wanting to butt in or be rude. It was a rather bright day out, and all the light was making her feel a bit under the weather, being a shadow elemental and all she liked having things a bit darker and overcast.
... And then there were crabs. Unfortunately all that did was make her have flashbacks to the holiday mall trip she'd made. Why for the love of Jack did giant things seem to end up around her whenever she ventured out of her dorm room? Groaning inwardly, she tried attacking the crab but her attack did nothing more than harmlessly bounce off it's shell.

Natalia watched as the others piled one thing after another onto their castle, packing sand into holes that formed along it's structure in a way to 'help' out the cause. She would have searched the sands for something to throw on top, to really be of some serious aid, but they were doing such a wonderful job; why would she bother ruining it with her own additions?
She may have wandered a bit after a while, looking at the other castles scattering the shore, eyeballing the majority of Amityville students who had arrived wearing their tiny little bathing suits...it was only when she heard commotion from over a shoulder that the monster refocused her attention on Femme Fatal's creation.
And when she saw the crabs rushing to demolish her teams castle...
She raced to fight along side them. "What the hell?! Get out of here you pests!" Natalia stumbled to cross the sand quickly, falling on her face several times before she even managed to come close for a failed swing.

She was excited to find her friends joining the battle but her happiness quickly turned to worry as it seemed they were not doing too well either. The last thing she wanted was for her friends to get hurt.
She could not allow this giant beast of a crab to continue hurting the Fatal Femmes. "YOU DO NOT DO THAT TO MY FRIENDS!," Rain screamed as she charged and slid back under the beast. She started digging into his belly once again from her position on the ground, dead bent on tearing this thing in half. At the very least, maybe she could find the batteries this thing ran on and tear it out instead.

They had worked so hard on this castle. So very hard. Rain especially, seeing how she thrashed against one of their attackers. So again the monster rose up on her toes and ran into the swarm with her claws at the ready. Adrenaline pumped fiercely through the ghouls vein's, all the practice and training she had ever endured surfacing at a slow, but steady rate.
One of the crabs pincers was enveloped in the werelemur's grip, a low cracking sound bringing a smile to Natalia's pale face.

The crab must be busy with another of her team-mates because he kicked her away again with one of this spiky legs. Rain composed herself just in time to see that it was Natalia that had the crabs attention and she had just dealt him a nasty blow. "Yay, way to go! There's no way he's going to stop us now!!"

Despite her efforts to avoid retaliation, the crabs were surprisingly quick and...perhaps just as offended by the whole ordeal and attacks made on their friends. To this thought Natalia growled, "What are you doing outside of your holes anyhow?!" Before her ears twitched to the sound of Rain's voice.
"Wait, what?! OH! YEAH! HELL YE--."
The distraction lasted only a second, but it was long enough for the monster to be shoved and rolled off to the side, left to scramble to her feet and then into another attack. A grin was stapled to her lips all the while, orange eyes darting from the undead ghoul to the crabs and back.

(( OOC moment, but our crab may have 40 total hitpoints instead of 30. In the top part above the crab, it has 40/40, but in the rules below, he says it has 30, so I'm confused. We may have a bigger fight on our hands.))

Mitzi pulled herself back to her feet to see her teammates keeping the crab busy and away from the castle, but it still was trying to get past them. With a scowl - this was so not her day - she ran forward, summoning her weapon. When she tried to attack the crab, though, it just got tangled up in the thing's legs, and the Reaper was barely able to get it free before the crab kicked her out of the way.

Mitzi's movement caught her eye, and in all the chaos she managed to see the Reaper's attempted attack and then the kick she received because of it. Rain's determination to defend her friends inspired Natalia, and with vengeance in mind the monster latched on to the crabs in her way and began to tear her nails into them--doing enough damage to leave a mark, but still ending up scratched and clawed at despite.

Her mother always told her that nothing was too strong to take down. All you had to do was figure out a way to take it down. Unfortunately, Rain never thought to ask her mom how to take down giant crabs. So she did what she did best, run at it and scratch it with her claws. Sure, she was banged up pretty good, even felt like passing out, but her father always said to never give up, never surrender. It's not the zombie way and if it's one thing Rain Rottingham did, it was listen to her parents.

It took the Reaper ghoul a minute to pick herself back up. She really was feeling about ready to call it quits on everything, for the day, nothing was going right. But she couldn't let her teammates down. So she tried running at the crab again, and used her weapon to vault onto it's back.
Which was covered in spikes. This turned out not to be a great idea.
