Zar didn't take long to polish off the food, he didn't eat much but when he did he could put it away with suprising efficiency, careful never to actually touch the thing with anything that wasn't his claws, the horror of greasy fingermarks on paper utterly unfathomable. When he was done he even lazily licked each individual claw clean before giving Nuru a look over his glasses.
"Agreed. Much better than bat jerky. Especially since unlike bat jerky these are actually warm food. I miss cooked food. Thank you for the treat." Which meant even more to him knowing how little Nuru actually had to part with.

Nuru's smile broadened a bit, sticking two straws in the shake. Turning one to lean towards Zar and snapping up the other in his mouth to sip. His tail properly thumping against the seat now as he leaned into his sipping. Big red eyes fixed on Zar as he waited for him to take the subtle invitation.

Zar inclined a brow at Nuru with an unspoken "really?" gesture, glancing around warily, only to notice that no one could really see them here and relaxing slightly. It couldn't really hurt, and he figured the milkshake did look delicious, so he leaned forward to take a sip of it.
It was good enough he didn't actually stop sipping.

Nuru slurped a little more loudly with an audible humming noise. It was soooo goooood. His eyes fluttered back. It's been soooo looooong since he had a milkshake. SO long. He almost forgot how good it was.

Zar was having fun himself. It was a good chance to get a close look at Nuru all the while enjoying the milkshake as an excuse, smiling fondly at the dog boil's reaction to it. He always wore his heart on his sleeve. He lazily sipped on the straw, closing his own eyes distantly. Was so easy to just zone out like this.

The sound of no more liquids being slurped up through his straw seemed to startle Nuru.
"Ah-ah need to use t'bathroom." He admitted softly with a small fidget in his seat.
Giving Zar a little smile before he slid off to do just that.

Zar took the oppertunity to finish off what was left of the milkshake right down to the dregs. He couldn't help it, it tasted delightful. And at the very least, a good filling meal had brightened his spirits up, he was no longer feeling as self concious either.
He leaned back in the chair lazily.

Nuru returned smiling ear to ear. Zar looked like he was feeling so much better.
he sat right back down to try and confirm, "How do you feel?"

Zar gave him a reassuring little smile back. "Much, much better. There's no pressure out here. I doubt chaos is going to break loose in a place just for eating. I mean, sure there was the Maul. But this place seems safe enough. And its quiet. Mostly just us."

Nuru nodded, "Exactly. Anything you have in mind for us to do next?"
His ears perked a little, "The whole night is all ours."

Zar leaned on his hand, eyeing the ghost boil for a few long moments. "Well. Would you think ill of me if I asked for a little help cleaning up my room? Its not a date. Its not very interesting, but it might be helpful. We could just spend the night in each other's company, "hang out" as they put it.

"Are you sure?" He asked an edge of disbelieving in his tone.
"Ahm not exactly t'most tidy person for such a task..." He had to admit, there was simply no boasting otherwise.

Zar gave him a very unreadable look. "You could be moral support while I tidy it up?" He flicked his tail lazily. "I can't really concentrate while I'm aware there's a positive mountain of papers back in my dorm that need both filed and sent out".

"Oh fiiiiiine~" Nuru's tone was playful but he still hadn't expected this night to end on cleaning a messy room. Something you couldn't pay him enough to do with his own sty.

Zar practically clapped his hands giddily. "Fantastic. Once things are tidy I can keep things clean properly again. I can avoid it all getting on top of me so much." He got up from his seat and it was his turn to take Nuru's hand as he made to tug the other boil back to school.
