"If we did that then this place might get swamped with people. I hate crowds." Otto grumbled, splashing water back at her. The less people that knew about this place, the better. That's how he saw it.
"Parties also suck. Unless they got food." Otto commented haughtily. He huffed and went under again, swimming about and re surfacing when he needed air again. "Could just call this our secret trainin' grounds."

"I'm not very good with crowds either," she admitted, seeing his logic. "And I suppose we can bring our own food..."
She sort of wanted to make friends. It was one of those dirty little secrets that she tried to keep to herself. But she didn't remember having ANY friends at all before this new life. And while Otto seemed like a bit of a jerk--and he'd called her leftovers and complained as they were searching and--
He was still willing to swim with her, right?
She sighed, looking at the setting sun and thinking. "I think you're right," she admitted quietly. "I wouldn't know what to do at a party, even if there was one."
Then she dove under the water, intent on forgetting that idea.

Good. She saw the light.
Speaking of light, they were beginning to lose theirs. Otto did not like to be out after sunset, so as soon as that light began to wane, he got out from the water.
"C'mon, chicky. Gettn' dark." He called back to the girl.
The walk back was short, compared to all of the journeying they'd done prior. However, now he had a place to go to be alone. Ish.
