Eliza hands fumbled across the table for a bit before she came across a thin piece of wood. She wasn't really sure what it was as it was under a pool of wax, but she hoped it would be a match. It was apparent that the candles had been used before, so their had to be a way to light them.
She pulled at the piece of wood, attempting to free it so that she could examine it really hoping for a match. Otherwise, well she wasn't really sure at the moment what the otherwise was, but she would figure it out.

Guine Take some careful steps into the darkness straight ahead, and try to find something else in the room. Following the length of the table leads you to the end of the room, and a tiny, dim source of light casting a couple spots of illumination on the floor. Judging by the soft and crumbled nature of the light, you can deduce that you are looking at the dying embers of a very large FIREPLACE. It must have failed to catch your eye before due to being obscured by the table. A grimy poker and shovel are leaning against the mantel. Blue Eyed Melloon Lean against the table and stretch out as far as you can across it. The table is just about as uncomfortable as the chair. Also, sprawling over it like a mannerless child makes you feel extremely silly. Kaori_luv Attempt to free the piece of wood; examine it to determine whether it is a match. You have obtained a MATCH.
A couple tries of striking it against the underside of the table allow it to ignite, and with some careful guesswork in the darkness you earn a LIT CANDLE for your efforts. The tiny flame is able to cast its fluttering light a few feet in any direction. However, this illumination is completely devoid of color -- your immediate surroundings are depicted in a wispy, ghostly gray.
You may notice a few other candles being lit at other places around the table, each accompanied by another person. Some of them may have familiar faces, and they all seem to be wearing the same simple garb that you are. Even though they appear to not be powered up, you can recognize the ones you know as fellow Knights.
What do you do?

Wait, and light will find you. Finn breathed a sigh of relief as the first candle fluttered to life, followed by several others. His master's lessons had not been meritless. The boy reached for his own candle and lit it, then rose once more from his chair now that he could see. Light would, at the very least, keep him from further injuring himself. Crossing the room carefully as to not accidentally extinguish his flame, he made his way towards the tall man by the fireplace. There was something about the face that was vaguely familiar, but Finn couldn't perfectly place him. The surrounding, perhaps? He had more than a passing resemblance to Chris Gallo (also present - unfortunately), but Finn didn't want to asume anything at this point. The evening was just too weird. He knelt by the hearth. The embers indicated there'd been a fire here recently, but it was just cinders now. Camping experience meant that if he had wood, he could build a fire and properly light the room. "Do you see any firewood?" he asked the man who looked vaguely like a Gallo, rising to his feet. Candle extended, he began to look around for a woodpile - or anything that could possibly be used as kindling.

Tony looked around the gloomy room, surprised once the light was lit. It wasn't much, but others would follow in turn and light their candles as well. He eventually figured out what to do, though not without having recapping what he had learned and seen and putting it together in an 'oh,right' moment.
Once he could see a bit better, he looked down at himself and took stock of his clothing. Interesting. But better than coming to a strange place half naked, so he couldn't fault the simple attire despite the lack of shoes.
He looked around to see a few familiar faces, and that immediately made him feel better. There were a few Knights of Destiny present, as well as those he had met in and out of battle. He did note that he didn't see any of the senshi he knew, but at the moment did not assume that meant they were not there. There were faces he didn't recognize, as well, after all. It was curious to him that as he looked at Kyndall he did not think her civilian identity, but rather Shalott. That was something he would remember.
"Well, this is pleasant," he said, though he wasn't actually sure he could be heard, clearing his throat and taking another look around. At the moment his concern wasn't how they had come to be there or how they were going to get out: it was what had brought them there in the first place. "Is everyone alright?"
Taking his candle, the decided to take a look around the room under the glow of the tiny fire. He was drawn toward the people he recognized, wanting to see if they were alright, physically and mentally, following the strange happening, so his circle around the room took him toward the faces he knew.

Ah! So it wasn't a classroom at all! Instead, it seemed to be more like a formal dinning room. Odd... very odd... But the discovery of the hearth with the dying embers was enough for Michael. He was at least now able to keep his feet a little warmer. He just needed to step closer to the embers. He picked up the poker to try and stoke the fire back to life, but that didn't seem like it would do much good if there was no fuel.
There should be some kind of basket that kept wood, right? Michael looked around the fireplace for more wood. Over his shoulder, he noticed a few lights flickering to life, but he didn't pay it too much attention. After all, he'd been the one to find the fireplace, so he was going to worry about that first, rather than the candles.
Although, the voice over his shoulder soon caught his attention. A mousey looking boy with lots of freckles seemed to be approaching him. "Hmm, well, I was looking, but if you'd rather take care of it, then be my guest," he said with a sweep of his hand, but held onto the poker he'd found.
That way, if firewood was found, then he'd hopefully be able to stoke the fire to life. ——————————————————————————— Glad that the match was enough, Chris lit the candle he was holding onto, before looking around the room to those nearby. He only recognized Tony... no... Camelot... so far, but he supposed that was enough for now. He wasn't really searching to see if he knew every person in the room, especially when it was still rather dark.
Well, Babylon was there as well, but he didn't count.
"What do you think all this means?" he wondered out loud. It felt too real to be a dream, too surreal to be reality... There were people he knew. Knights. There was a girl there he'd met while getting presents together just a couple months ago, but everyone else looked... maybe a bit familiar, but no one he'd really talked to stood out other than Camelot and Babylon. "Where are we?" he asked, not only to the others, but perhaps to the room itself.
Ha... as if a room could answer.

She sighed, pulling back from the table. Her efforts did not go unrewarded though. She held the slick feeling stump of a candle in her hand. She clung to it as if for dear life, feeling her fingers sink into the warming wax slightly. There was a rustle, and a flicker of light came form across the room. Soon there was a second, then third, and shady outlines became highly shadowed faces. Amarilla stifled a scream, holding her free hand to her mouth in surprise. Her heart beat quickly, filling her ears with her own pulse. Just how many people were there?
A familiar voice called out near her and she turned quickly, seeing Camelot! Oh thank goodness! Using the vague light coming from other candles, she scooted over to where he was, saying softly "May I borrow a light?" Once she had her own candle, she was going to find the nearest wall and start looking around for a door or something. Now that she knew she wasn't alone in the room, her curiosity was getting the better of her faint heart.

While Lian had attempted to stay put in his seat and wait—for what he didn’t know—but eventually he noticed small balls of light flicker in the darkness. His expression remained the same when he realized there were others in room and they were lighting candles. He stretched out a hand for a match and after a couple of attempts of striking it under the table, managed to light it and gladly lit the candle in front of him before shaking out the match’s light.
Now that a number of candles were glowing, it was easier to make out faces, but there didn’t seem to be any that Lian recognized. A certain Valhalla—no, it was Chris Gallo—caught his attention, but it seemed his college friend had yet to recognize him. Lian couldn’t blame Chris. Despite the candles and dying fireplace, it was still pretty dim. People were beginning to wander around the room more freely and he chose to do the same. He slid the chair back then stood up. Lian looked down at his plain attire and took a second to stare at his clothes. While not exactly what he would have chosen to wear, he didn’t exactly have a second change of clothes to slip into. It would do for now.
He looked over at Tony. “I’m fine. I think everyone else is too.” Lian began to walk around, one hand on the wall as he searched the walls, looking for some sort of door or entrance. Unless they all just magically teleported here?
“No freaking clue,” he admitted to Chris.

Bellatrix had been clinging to the wall, glad to have some sense...of something in the room, though when the first candle was lit, she drifted over to it, seeming curious. She glanced around the room, giving a small sigh, somewhat glad to see that she wasn't alone in this strange place.
The woman walked to the table and Took a seat in one of the chairs. If there was a table...it seemed a much better idea to sit and wait for there to be more light in the room before deciding to do anything.
She glanced around though, trying to see just how many people were in the room. She noticed two familiar faces and let out a small sigh of relief. It was Camelot and Shalott. They must know what was going on here...so, she shouldn't be too worried.
She watched as people moved, poking at the fireplace, then just waited, for whatever was going to happen to happen.

“Interesting” He murmured glancing around at the other faces, some familiar and some not with his newly lit candle. He would offer his candle to help other’s light their own, and those candles left on the table to further illuminate the room even if it was a small light. The more candles lit the better, right? They could always blow some out later if they needed to save them.
He reached up almost a distracted gesture to run a finger over the bridge of his nose and feel the scar there as though to confirm it was not gone.
“It’s all grey.” He marveled, some people swore that people actually only dreamed in black and white, and filled in color from their memory. It was never a theory he had given much thought to till it surfaced in that moment. Were they dreaming, was HE dreaming?”

Will it and there will be light.
Mary blinked as little pinpricks of light popped up. Wow now that was wicked cool. Did it occur to her they probably lit them with matches? Nope. She was too impressed with her force of will. She glanced around, noticing the few other Knights of Chronos in the room and Camelot. Otherwise, she recognized no one else.
The teen rolled her shoulders in a very 'fluffing' manor and pulled her feet up in the chair. Eyes flicked around and she wondered if there was anything remarkable about the room. There was very little she could see from the light of the candles and fire, but maybe something would stick out to her.

The first candle flickered into sight, and Fritz, standing with his hands in his pockets, was able to see at least a bit better. It was still dark, still dim and watery, but it was enough so that he could finally see that he was, in fact, not the only one in the room. In fact, there were several other people in the room with him - some familiar, some unfamiliar. Leaning over to the table, Fritz carefully selected a candle, idly running his fingers up and down the smooth wax.
Faces swam in and out of his view - some, like the older man with the neatly trimmed beard, looked as though he somewhat resembled Camelot, leaving Fritz squinting to make out his face a bit more. However, there were at least two in the room that were quite recognizable, and Fritz, with a small sigh of relief, stepped across the room towards the first, reaching out a hand to gently squeeze the shoulder of a certain blonde.
"What's going on here, then?" he said, leaning over Mary and peering down, his lips pressed together in a thoughtful sort of frown. His longish hair, longer than it had been his last time seeing Mary, hung down over his face, and Fritz pushed it aside as his gaze swept over across the room, narrowing slightly.
His eyes flickered sideways.
"Eliza, darling, is that you? It's difficult to see..."
Fumbling around a bit, Fritz smoothed his hand over the wood of the table, and then glanced aside at another young man, stepping over towards him and holding out his candle.
"Mind if I ask for a light, then?" he asked cheerfully. "It's a bit dim in here."

“Not at all.” Breu replied, or Annwyn as you liked it, though he wasn’t in his proper uniform. At least he did recognize Tony, aka Camelot, but so far he wasn’t sure enough of anyone that he could start to assume that all present were Knights. For all he knew there were senshi and ‘Nega’s’ present. Still, he did wonder fleetingly what would happen if he tried to become Annwyn. “I’m Breu.” He said with a heavy burr to his words.

A light. A glow. She knew she saw it and moved toward it. She focused on that more than anything else. It didn't take long for her to run straight into the table though and she cursed quietly for her stupidity. But as she looked up and her eyes adjusted she started to see others. Her eyes drifted around and some people she recognized. One person she definitely recognized and was happy as hell to see.
"Tony!"
She moved toward him as best she could, hugging him close to her when she reached him. Something about his calm manner generally made her feel better. At least if weird stuff was going to be happening to you then have your boyfriend along for the ride, right? She was fine, physically and he seemed to be as well with her arms around him. His concern in times like this was generally for the welfare of others. Thankfully she counteracted that by being concerned for him.
"Are you ok?"
None of them seemed physically hurt, more confused by their situation. The more the light glowed she could see how they were dressed and feel that she, at least, was barefoot. It was all very bizarre. Did their voices echo? Maybe she could tell how large the room was by its acoustics. She was a theatre teacher, after all, and knew a few things about acoustics.

Eliza grinned excitedly seeing that what she had pulled was indeed a match and after a few tries she managed to get the candled lit. Other lights came to life around her and she saw that she wasn't alone. The not so exciting adventure was beginning to get more exciting.
She hardly recognized anyone, until she was certain she heard Fritz call. She grabbed up her candle, "Fritz, that you right? It is me, um its Eliza."
She wanted to be with her friends now that she was holding the candle out she could see what she thought was Mary. "Is that you Mary?"
She started to make her way over to them candle out in front of her. "I hope we haven't disappeared again," she said, "I don't think my mom would appreciate that experience again, or another school change."
She finally took notice of her barefootedness and her clothes and frowned a bit, not remembering changing her clothes anymore than she remembered coming to this place.
"Are there more candles," she called out, "maybe we could or rather should light them all."

Lithia_Brandon Take a look around the room. From the colorless and scarce lighting present in the room, you're able to deduce that this must be either a MEETING HALL or DINING HALL, or perhaps this place was intended to serve both purposes. The long table and accompanying chairs can probably accomodate several dozen people, though it's a bit difficult to really tell for sure at this stage. A few of the CHAIRS at the end of the table nearest the FIREPLACE look like they might have been a bit more elaborate and grandiose than their counterparts, were it not for the fact that they were in a state of extreme disrepair and probably not even safe to sit in anymore.
You can also make out the outlines of a number of cloth banners hanging from the walls, but can't tell what is actually on them. Silverah Look around for a woodpile - or anything that could possibly be used as kindling. Besides the long dining table and the numerous arrangement of CHAIRS around it, there does not appear to be any spare wood in this room. The worn banners hanging from the walls looks like they might be flammable, but you get a sudden and intense fear of retribution at the very idea of tearing one down. ZaiaFantasy Did their voices echo? Try to tell how large the room was by its acoustics. Your voice has neither echo nor any discernable acoustic quality at all: it slips through the air unaffected by any physical obstacle. The voices of others seem to resonate directly into your mind, instead of through your ears. Syusaki Search the walls, looking for some sort of door or entrance. There's one door tucked away in the corner near the FIREPLACE that presumably leads to a KITCHEN. There are probably other doors leading elsewhere, but the thought of leaving this room unannounced and unexcused strikes you as terribly rude.
What do you do?
