So I guess my advice would be to work out your own insecurities. Bounce them off of your significant other, let them know you're jealous and why but make sure you tell them that you realize it's a problem that exists primarily on your own end (and not their's).

Okay Brittney, I'm just gonna get back with Milton. He hasn't beat me in a year, he's got a stable job and goes to school, and doesn't drink anymore from what I know.

A) Don't think you should get back with one of the people who were instrumental in poisoning you

B) Think you're being an awful big hypocrite for calling out
B1) Me and Milton's relationship and

milton's a little different considering he physically abused you. he could have very easily harmed you enough to kill you. and i mean no offense here, but he literally destroyed you to the point of no return. i'm better now and...are you? please don't be mad at me for saying that i don't know how to word it better. although dee aided in "poisoning me," half of that stemmed from my own mistakes and I was way depressed and ******** up before I even met her (you know that. you know that I was depressed on my own terms.) alexis' problems with amanda are also completely different. amanda christy is one of the shittiest, if not THE shittiest people i have ever met. if you knew half of the things she has done to alexis over the years you'd agree with me that this is nothing like dee and i. half the things she's done to EVERYONE she dates, i mean you know what she's done to alexis. i love you too belf! however as long as dee continues to be good to me, she will be in my life. the moment she steps out of line (and i don't consider this jealousy thing to be her stepping out of line, her talking about another girl is not stepping out of line) believe me when i say i won't be there defending her. she knows she is on VERY thin ice. we've talked about that. i can be happy without dee, we've all seen the progress i've made in my own happiness. i would like to be happy WITH dee, however. and to add one thing, i don't need dee in any way. it's the complete opposite.
