Izy, could you PLEASE take this seriously? Sydney demanded. There's a good chance we're going somewhere like the North Pole! I had to get a special coat for this, and I've brought my goggles and extra gloves and a few heat packs, and--did I forget anything? she asked, her mind going over the checklist she had come up with for the fiftieth time that morning.
I AM taking everything! she snapped at him. Would you quit singing already! This is an important mission!
he asked, stopping.
A faint flush crossed her face and she went back to going over her checklist without replying.

Candace was quiet for once, but that was because she was giving all I THR information she'd collected one last review and memorization. She'd managed to get information from Gale, Marcus and Jordan with no trouble, but it was expectedly with Robert she had to offer to take over his duties for a week for his damn info. No big, she could use a distraction right now. This was a lot of information for such short notice. She was glad she had Cass to assist.
She was so absorbed in the files she was reading she missed quite a few of the trainees entering, only looking up when Cass spoke to Aria. Oh wow! Everyone was arriving quickly! Candace smiled at the mists collecting in the room. "Our Mist boy gets a small harem~." Candace said quietly with a soft chuckle, closing her folder and tucking it under her arm; it was harder to do when she was dressed for the North ******** Pole.

At the sight of Rep, Clerise rolled her eyes, flipping him the bird with a metal clad finger. "Hello, Willy," she replied coolly, chomping into the snack with little grace. She turned away from him deliberately, waving at Candace's familiar face instead, keeping quiet for once in her life. God. Waiting around was the worst.

Rep felt the slight called for another mint projectile, fishing them out of the pocket before tossing one in Clerise's direction with no small degree of force. "The name's REP. I know women are thick but seriously."
Tracey snapped at him in a very rare show of agitation Not yet it wasn't, as far as Rep was concerned.

Sasha looked mortified that there a few hunters that were talking when the rules specifically said not to talk. Sasha had been warned about those types, the rule-breakers, her entire life. It was one of the reasons that her papa had kept her so close to home. She couldn't help but feel a strange sort of admiration for the redheaded hunters who were being so incredibly rude to one another. Sasha had never had a bold personality, let alone been forward enough to flip someone off.

When she spotted Molly out of the corner of her eye, Sasha gave a shy little wave before returning her rapt attention back to the redheads. Well, the other redheads. The naughty ones.

Clerise heaved a long sigh at the mint assault, rolling her red eyes a second time-- and when she'd turned away, she saw a girl giving her the most peculiar expression. She blinked a few times and offered her two fingered salute in greeting, eyes dropping (past the boobs, Clerise, come on-- pull yourself together) down to the hem of her coat.
Ohhhh. So this was Sasha, the other Lifer on the list. She deliberately lifted her bag from the ground and moved to a seat closer to her, flinging her arm over the back of the other gal's chair.
"Life," was all the explanation she gave for the move, pointing at the branches on the hems of both their coats. And then Clerise just peered at the other girl, trying to get a read on her.
This would be so much easier if they didn't have to be so damned quiet.

Sasha's eyes widened as the red-headed girl moved closer, nearly popping out of her head when an arm was slung over the back of her chair. Sasha cleared her throat in a petite, polite way as she moved her gaze towards the vacated seat and the young man that had been left behind. Then she checked the whiteboard at the front of the room.
This was obviously Clerise.
After blinking stupidly for a few awkward moments, Sasha decided that she was going to be a badass. She was going to be a rebel. She leaned closer to Clerise before whispering in a mousy voice, "Hi." Bam. Yeah. That just happened.
<Oh, my little bird. So daring.>

Cass laughed a bit at the idea of Before having a harem, stifling it barely before stretching out and taking another glance over who all was assembling. It was turning out to be quite a crew, taking a head count of the mists she'd never been on a mission with before. There was quite a haul of them - would she and Candace be enough to wrangle all of these guys? She certainly thought so.

Rep’s wink didn’t go unnoticed, and once again, the young woman could only smile nervously in his direction. She did beam even more at Clerise though, always happy to help out a fellow hunter. As Bix entered though, Molly couldn’t help but wave back and grin as well, though chose to try and keep as quest as possible, like the sign in sheet had instructed. Last recipient of a smile for now was Sasha, whose picture Molly recognized from Twitter. So many friendly people!

Rin flinched as something pinged off the back of her hood. Turning in her seat and lowering it she peered over her shoulder accusingly at Rep.
"Just what was that for?" She eyed him over lazily. Face twisted up into a mock-scowl. Mentally scolding him for being an obnoxious pissant.
Yeah... I'm slowly starting to agree.
Only slowly? Really? You have to be the most forgiving weapon ever, Byr.
She did however notice a few familiar faces out of her peripheral. First Gale and then the ones she met via her phone... others.. ehh.. kinda familiar but she hasn't met them at all, in person or otherwise.

Rep gave Rin a smug smirk, pleased his little ploy had indeed gotten her attention as intended. He practically radiated delight at getting a bit of a rise out of her no matter how small. "It was for trying to ignore me. Playing hard to get and s**t won't make me think you are less of a butch lady, though nice try."
He shrugged "Those many MANY layers at least make you a bit easier on the eyes."

"I'm sorry. Should I know you?" She smirked, ear to ear even. Just because he was a childish d**k didn't mean she couldn't be a childish b***h right back.
Oh come on, don't sink to his level now.
Why not? It's so much fun.

Rep narrowed his eyes coldly as she seemed to strike some sensitive nerve. "No you shouldn't I guess, I don't really keep company with complete bitches."
And with that he turned his attention completely away from her, giving her as much of the cold shoulder as he could while wrapped up head to toe in cold weather gear. He didn't have to take attitude from idiotic women he told himself, they were all out to get him on this island. He threatened their security in power.

"Oh, don't be so seriousss~" She cooed at Rep before turning her gaze around from person to person.
After a bit of a pause as she did so she turned her gaze back on him.
"Done acting like a snake just slithered up your backside now?" She waggled her brows at him.

As Cass commented on the new blood, Aria merely nodded her head slightly and said nothing. The division leader had fallen silent as the trainees began to pour in. She devoted time to each one, memorizing their faces to the stylish emblems on their coats. It was a shame that so many had arrived in winter gear, Aria realized. She would have preferred to see the trainees in what would pass as their "normal" uniform before covering it up in layers.
But as the last one filed in, Aria turned her attention towards the intermediate trainees near her. "Bring me the list," she said quietly, turning her attention once again to the trainees gathered.
