"Phyrexy-what?" Bunnie had a look of confusion on her face, having no idea as to what he was talking about. She would've had the impression that this man might've been working for Robotnik if it weren't for all that stuff he said. Phyrexian? Mirroden? Though if it was one thing for certain, he had the intention of harming her. "What are ya talkin' about? I'm not a whatchamacallit. I'm a Freedom Fighter."

Fooji Mountains

Stepping out of a portal that mysteriously opened up on top of the mountain was a man with long brown hair, wearing a military uniform. He took a moment to look around his surroundings only to find that this was a region he didn't recognize at all. He had been everywhere in Auldrant during his travels with his companions, though he didn't recall having been to these lands before. Not only that, he didn't see any familiar faces. "My, this is troublesome." He said, pushing his glasses up the bridge of his nose. "I suppose that I'll be on my own for now." He made a smile, which showed that he didn't seemed to be worried too much about the situation. At least the mountains gave him a good view of the area.

"Phyrexian?..." Regal positioned himself between the pair. "I have never heard of anything by that name, and this young lady does not appear to pose a threat capable of ravaging worlds. I would not have been able to push a world-destroying being aside that easily."
He shook his head. "Perhaps if you explain the nature of these 'Phyrexians', we will be able to resolve this peacefully. This is likely a misunderstanding."

"Phyrexians are monsters of metal and life, desecrators of entire planes. They take the most unassuming form they can until the moment of their assault. This vile beast is tainted with their oil and their mark, I can feel it." The man glared at Regal, "And you've never heard of them because you're a sheltered mortal, living out your life on this plane. I am a Planeswalker, and it is my duty to destroy Phyrexia's horrors." He stood erect and pointed his hammer at Regal, his scowl deepening. His mission was his life, and he would not fail.

((Incomiiiiiiiing~! *pchooooo* Team Azura's intro is going to be split into two. User Image))

Azura Cantarella, Chartreuse Verdantine, and Kratos Aurion

At a great distance from the planet of Aselia, what appeared to be a white tear in space glowed, and with a blinding flash expanded into a portal. Out of it shot a peculiar-looking spacecraft with three people seated in it. Up front, a couple of women piloting the vehicle. The one at the steering controls was Azura, a Dark Elf of the blue-skinned variety, donning what appeared to be male Victorian fashion at first glance. The one at the controls of other various functions was Chartreuse, a green-haired Human with apparently a most unorthodox laboratory uniform and goggles that looked more for show than functional atop her head.

In the back seat was Kratos Aurion, staring intently at the view ahead. What he managed to catch sight of made him feel a hint of shock---the dimensional walls that divided the regions of Sylvarant and Tethe'alla were reinstated. Additionally, there was a black, ominous-looking comet where Derris-Kharlan was once suspended.

"...This can't be right," the seraph remarked, as the craft slowed down to a drift.

"Hm? What makes you say that, Sir Kratos?" the Dark Elf questioned back, though still staring ahead.

"As I've told you, the worlds had combined into one before I departed. I am quite sure there is nothing that can reverse that. But what I am observing here is that the barriers that keep the worlds from seeing each other are up."

O_o "These coordinates were traced aaaaaaaallll the way through the path yah comet came through," the green-haired Human piped up, "I highly doubt this's the wrong place, Mistah K."

The blue girl silently took a moment to stare thoughtfully at the spectacle, stroking her chin. "...I may not know the specifics on the way things between these two worlds work, but I have a couple of theories."

"Well spill 'em, sistah, maybe yah thinkin' what I'm thinkin'." O:

"Okay, one, it has to do with that black thingy right there, somehow. Two---and this is really stretching it---maybe we've ended up in an earlier point of time where the worlds were still separated."

"Huh, one fah one. I was thinkin' the first. Hmmmmmmm."

There was a pause of silence in which all three gave those theories some thought. It was Kratos who broke it, some seconds later.

"I am not sure what to believe. It took the Eternal Sword to separate the worlds, and I do not know what else could hold a similar power. On the other hand, if this were an earlier point of time, a Derris-Kharlan from the same timeframe would still be here."

"Huh, riiiiiight! When ya put it that way, the first theory holds more weight. Methinks we should run with that."

"Only one way to find out. Let's get going now. Make sure your safety belts are secure, folks, we're about to experience some turbulence." User Image Azura firmed her grip on the steering controls again, her right hand placed on a lever and the left on the yoke. Kratos simply leaned back and folded his arms.

"Rawjah that, sistah! Activatin' the heat shields!" User Image Chartreuse flipped a few switches, triggering an orange force field to envelop the vehicle. After which, Azura pulled the lever to kickstart the rocket boosters, then gripped the yoke with both hands to push forward. With a boom, the spacecraft hurtled toward the Tethe'alla region.

Blaze the Cat

Atop one of the peaks of the Fooji Mountains, though not on the same one that uniformed man would be found, a large and bright white flame appeared out of thin air a few feet above the ground. It raged for a few seconds, until what seemed like "shooting stars" of six different colors---blue, green, purple, silver, yellow, and light blue---were ejected from it in all directions. Then, the flame died out and revealed what most would view as a strange creature clad in purple and white. She was dropped onto the dirt face-up.

"Oof!" Immediately, she pushed herself up to a seated position. She swept her head from side to side, looking around with half-open eyes due to grogginess. "Ugh...what happened?" she asked herself in a whisper as she rubbed her pounding head. After fluttering her eyelids, she was able to get them wide open. Getting up to her feet, she lifted her head skyward and looked around some more. "...Where am I? Why did you bring me here?" In a few seconds, her senses were back up to snuff. That's when she began to feel something off. She put a hand over her heart, her expression turning into deep shock. If the fur on her face could turn paler, it would be doing so right now.

Her Sol Emeralds. Her senses told her that all but one of them were no longer in her possession.

Blaze lifted her hand from her heart and held it palm up before her, summoning that Emerald in a burst of flame. It was the red one. With a steadily increasing frustration at her current predicament, she gritted her teeth and began to squeeze the gem tightly until it disappeared in another burst of flame. But she knew where it went; it had been "absorbed" back into her being.

She was about to make a start to descend the peak she was standing upon, but more thoughts interrupted her. One, she had a gut feeling she wasn't at home anymore. Two, It didn't even feel like Sonic's realm. Those together lead to thought number three:

...Where can I even begin...?

Altamira

The man with the hammer seemed serious. He was speaking on a planar scale. Regal had heard tales of different planes of existence, and had even seen space and time being affected by a single weapon. Who was he to immediately disbelieve the existence of different planes?
However, this did not mean that he would let this man kill whomever he pleased. "I see, and her first impressions may well have been false. However, a friend of mine once defeated a man with a machine attached to his arm. This man was born on this world. How can you be so sure that she is not merely another native of this plane?"
He turned his head slightly towards the rabbit lady. "If I may, I would like to hear your side of the story." If at all possible, he wanted to prevent any acts of violence.

((He is referring to Lloyd's defeat of Forcystus. In his thought at the beginning, he is, of course, referring to the Eternal Sword.))

(( Haha. Mistah K. *is totally thinking Harley Quinn just now* rofl ))

Altamira

Bunnie frowned a bit as she heard the man's explanation as to what a Phyrexian was, which had her believe that it was because of her robotic limbs that the man made that assumption that she was a Phyrexian. "Half of my body was roboticized against my will, though it wasn't 'cause of those whatchamacallits." She said as she looked to the man and Regal. "In otha words, those robotic limbs..." She held up her robotic hand. "...were once flesh and blood." She then held up her furry hand.

Fooji Mountains

As he looked at the view of the strange land before him, the Necromancer soon caught a glimpse of what seemed to be a large and bright white flame far out in the distance. Well, this is going to be interesting. He thought to himself. Whether or not if a friend or foe would be nearby, all he knew is that he shouldn't waste any time lingering around. As much as he would want to investigate what he had seen, his first priority is to find out where he is. He was certain that it wasn't either Malkuth or Kimlascan territory. He began to follow a path that would lead him down the mountain with his hands behind his back.

"Against your will?..." Regal seemed concerned by this story, his face taking on a grave expression. The stories could be connected, and he somehow hoped that both were false or incorrect in some way. "By these Phyrexians, perhaps?"
He hoped that this wasn't the case. Alteration and experimentation on unwilling subjects, in his opinion, was one of the worst crimes possible. "Such a terrible crime... If both of you speak the truth, we would all be united by a common foe. If that is the case, then we mustn't fight each other."

((I see what you did there.))

"Those tainted by Phyrexia's oil are bound to serve the praetors. I will not see my mission, Karn's mission fail." The man said, scowling, "Were I at even half my full strength I'd know for certain whether you were of their make, but for now, I have no choice but to assume the worst. As for this, human or elf or what have you that you spoke of, he may have only been the first sign of Phyrexia's contamination of this plane. Who knows how many planeswalkers they may have poisoned with their taint." He withdrew his hammer.
"If this beast makes any signs of being one of the Praetor's ilk, I shall smite it without remorse." He said simply, sheathing his blade and placing his hammer back on his belt. The scourge seemed to dim as he put the weapons away, its twin heads like serpents of light and fire, now faded to a rust colored leather.

Azura, Chartreuse, Kratos

As the spacecraft entered Aselia's atmosphere, it could be seen as an orange streak in the sky. Getting an idea of where it may be going as it was swiftly plummeting and shaking, Kratos asked the pilots, "Tell me, is this vehicle following a path?"

"..." The two glanced at each other, getting the feeling that there may be a little something wrong here.

Turning her sights back straight ahead, Chartreuse replied, "...Yeeeeaaaahhh it's directly followin' yah trail. So we're gonna land riiiiight on the very spot ya left this world!"

"...That does present a problem. I'm quite sure near that place is a tree---a very important tree. It must not be harmed, for it generates an energy that nourishes the world. Now, could you divert this vehicle from the path?"

"We'll see what we can do on short notice." o_o;; Azura frantically looked over her side of the controls. "Let's see now...trajectory override switch...and from here...I'll pull up! That enough, Char?"

"Keep yer eyes ahead, ya may need ta pull up more!"

"Gotcha!" Azura did as she was told, as Chartreuse went on to do the necessary procedure for activating the anti-combustion system. Something told her they were in for a rough landing.

By the time the former pulled up on the yoke as much as she could, the spaceship fortunately curved away from the area where the Great Tree stood...and crashed atop the mountain behind it. The impact made a resounding noise that could be heard over Sybak, Mizuho, Ozette, and the Gaoracchia.

Within, the airbags had billowed out and filled up practically the entire interior. Azura had to pop them with her claws to deflate them and allow herself and the others movement. "Char, Sir Kratos...are you both alright?"

Chartreuse pulled off the part of the airbag that was draped over her. "...pffffttt... I may be a little bruised, but I'm generally in one piece."

Kratos remained rather calm in his place, simply awaiting to exit the spacecraft. "I'm fine."

"Sheesh, Mistah K...does nothin' rattle ya, or what?"

"..."

"Good...great to hear." Azura chuckled a bit while she was now pressing a particular button repeatedly. "...The door is jammed, though."

"Well of course it is, the anti-combustion mechanism involves--- O_o! ...Now why didn't I realize that design flaw before..." sweatdrop

"Complete shutdown, huh? Oh well. At least the beauty of Zurg glass material is that it sticks together even when it shatters. Gimme a second here..." P: She rolled up her sleeves, revealing two icy blue gems attached to the backs of her gloves that began to glow. Dark-colored armored gauntlets materialized around the gems, covering up to near her elbows, and her fingers were covered in claws of ice. Curling them into fists, she drew one back, and with a grunt, punched through the glass in front of her. She pulled back and followed with the other, repeating until she created a hole big enough to climb out of, and once she got out, she proceeded to peel the glass back to make way for the other two.

((Hmm. I think in about a couple of posts, Kratos will pay a visit to the Tethe'alla half of the Great Tree, and then he and Azura will be in positions to run into people. emotion_c8 Chartreuse will stay behind for...reasons...but we'll see her again soon enough.))

Blaze

Certainly realizing that it would do her no good to just idle around merely thinking about where to begin, Blaze began her descent down the mountain in search of any kind of civilization, or at least other people so that she could get an idea of where exactly she ended up. She also began to reflect upon the last time the Sol Emeralds summoned her somewhere. It was into Sonic's dimension, by the magnet-like pull of his Chaos Emeralds. Was that necessarily the case this time? Would she be meeting the hedgehog again soon? She was beginning to think that theory was starting to fall apart because this felt like a different world, but then she remembered the second time she encountered Sonic---it was because the Sol Emeralds pulled him to her world.

From there, she began to think of a rather unsettling possibility. At both times, they found they had been brought together as a result of their archenemies'---Dr. Eggman and Eggman Nega---doing. Might they have found a way into this new world and began brewing up something that was drawing herself and perhaps Sonic here? Her brow creased into an irritated expression at the thought, as she continued walking. It was just a relatively short time since she had fought off the two with the help of Sonic. To be dealing with them again so soon just might make her throw a fit.

All of a sudden, she caught a glimpse of an orange streak shooting across the sky, and watch until it disappeared over the horizon. For a moment, she thought it could be a lead, but then realized that if it had anything to do with the Sol Emeralds, she would have sensed it already. Still, it might have been a scene worth checking out, and thus decided she'll go investigate it after she can get her bearings on just where she ended up. Turning her glance away from the sky, she continued on.

"Ah, look. Another one." A smile spread across his face at Lord's questions. The old man then turned his attention towards the not-fox-woman. "My sweet, beauty. You know this guy? Could it be? No it couldn't." He looked away as if disappointed and the turned his attention back to her. At that, he gripped his chest and threw an arm over his eyes as if in agony. "Could this man be.... your lov'r?"

When he was finished with his game, he turned to the fox lady. "You're a magnificent creature, and I love you for knowin' the way out. This forest seems to a maze of trees an' it's damp. Old men an' damp places don't really mix. It does a beatin' to these ole bones." He then suddenly looked around the area. "What was that noise? He referred to the noise of a crash.

"Actually, he was a half-elf." Regal didn't know precisely what these planeswalkers were, but he assumed that they were exactly what they sounded like. He doubted that anyone would invent such a story and go to such lengths to fool him, and both people seemed to be honest.
"In any case, I'm glad to see that you aren't going to attack this woman. Speaking of which, are you also one of these planeswalkers?" He asked the rabbit if she was one of them. If she was... They would be a truly diverse group. Interesting. I wonder if Lloyd and the others know anything about this. These strange events, two strangers appearing at once- Could it have something to do with Zeal?
PostPosted: Mon Mar 12, 2012 5:31 pm

"I should think not. She doesn't even have the faintest trace of the Spark." The white haired man said. An ignited 'walker could tell instantly when they were dealing with a potential, a fellow, or just another planar mortal.
"Likely just another planar mortal displaced by whatever has rent this plane asunder." He added. In his mind he added 'Or phyrexia's ilk.'

Bunnie shook her head in response to Regal's question. "No, I'm not one of those whatchamacallits that fella was talkin' about." She said. "I'm a member of the Freedom Fighters." The cyborg rabbit frowned as she listened to the silver-haired man, placing her hands on her hips. "I do have a name, ya know. I find bein' called a 'beast' quite offensive. Least that fella knows how to treat a lady." She pointed to Regal with her thumb. "Oh, where are my matters! I'm Bunnie." She smiled.

Fooji Mountains

As he was making his descent down the mountain path, Jade had caught a glimpse of an orange streak shooting across the sky. He was unsure on what it could be, but it did catch his interest. Wonder what that could be. He thought to himself. It would've been easier if the Albiore was closeby. Though I suppose it wouldn't hurt to travel by foot for a while. He made a smile as he pushed his glasses up the bridge of his nose, and continued his descent down the mountain.

Gaoracchia Forest

A feeling of embarrassment came over Tear as she heard the old man speak. The way he was talking reminded her of Peony in a way. "No...He's a friend of mine." It was then she heard the resounding noise. Her question was the same as the old man's. "Let's hope that it wasn't a monster." She sure hoped that it wasn't. "However, our first priority is getting out of these woods. We'll worry about investigating the noise later."

Altamira
A portal opened above a beach with a few people on it. Not a lot, but enough. He grabbed onto Gregrai and flapped his wings. They were stiff from the shock and the sudden tightening of the place. He flew forward, aiming for the sand at least, but he was too high and soared right over a blue-haired man and his companion, landing on a market stand of some sort. It didn't break, but the merchandise wasn't so lucky. "Ow....That hurt...." He looked at Gregrai. "Are you okay, Gregrai?" The fox looked at him and yipped, wagging it's tail. "Glad you're comfortable....I think I broke a wing." He sat up and flexed his wings. They weren't broken, but the left one hurt like it had been trampled by a wild boar.

Out Of Clouds: I hope no one minds Devlin's crashing entrance. XD
