Goo Jun Pyo Standing at the door, a red head was nearly bouncing with excitement to enter the building and start socializing. The table seemed like they were slowly getting fun, something that was surprising to her. Catarina wasn't sure what would make her sign up for a blind date. It always seemed really cliche and silly, but at the same time she never knew if she would meet someone fun and entertaining threw it. She wasn't really expecting to meet the love of her life, who really would, but a new friend wouldn't be a bad thing either! And, Catarina loved dates so she was happy as a camper now that she was signed up and ready to do this!
Adjusting her jacket in the mirror, her outfit seemed practical for this event. She loved her leather jackets too much, since her father always bought them for her back in Brazil. Who wants to mess with someone dressed in leather? Not many people. That didn't matter to her since she wore them with crazy dresses and high heels. Well, what cute black dress didn't look better with leather?
Entering the building, Catarina was excited to notice a table with her partner and her own name written on it. It was off to the right side of the room, not in the center sadly enough but it would work. Walking to the table, well more like skipping over to it, she wore a bright smile as she took a seat away from the wall. Now the waiting game would began and she would get to meet another feisty red head like herself. She couldn't wait!
Skye was two things, one a slut and the other a b***h. In all honesty she tended to avoid these civilian things especially around valentines day. She hated the lovey dovey stuff and she hated blind dates but she thought she might as well do it, after all could come in useful right? She needed another friend with benefits! So as she got there and was shown to her table to find a girl sitting there she couldn't help but groan a little. Typical! She looked at the name as she sat down and then smiled in her not overly nice way. She wasn't exactly the friendliest of people but she was here now and well she was stuck so it seemed she might as well talk to this girl. At least they didn't know each other, she had recognised some people here. "So... hi."

While waiting for Harmony to come over, Arian had taken the chance to pick up the card sitting in the middle of the table and have a brief look at the set of twenty questions printed on it – he felt a bit of relief that on the whole they didn’t seem too bad, although there were some he probably wouldn’t want to answer – like the one asking the questionee to describe something embarrassing. “Evening Harmony, it’s nice to see you again.” Although he hadn’t been expecting the mint-haired teen to peck him on the cheek taking him, the dark-haired teen’s voice was sincere as he added. “You look nice.” Even to Arian’s eyes it was obvious that Harmony had made an effort and the brown made a nice contrast against her hair. The blond behind her was given a curious look, the picture on the postcard enough for the dark-haired teen to recognise him as likely the third person assigned to the table. About to greet the other, Arian instead ended up looking awkwardly from one to the other at the blond’s comments towards the mint-haired teen.

Staring didn't sit well with Presley, but she was used to it. She reached one hand out, shook Kathryn's hand despite Kathryn's hesitation. "Do you think I'm contagious, or something?" she asked. In her own head, she joked T-Virus or Rage Virus? It was relatively clear, rather immediately, that Kat was not particularly interested; that made Presley pretty uncomfortable. Why couldn't she be at home, in her hammock, watching old movies with lots of cheesy gore?
Right, Valentine's day. She hadn't realized that signing up for either gender meant her match might seem to dislike her so fast. It might have been the piercings, or a mistake, or her dress-- Presley didn't know what it was that turned Kat off, but something obviously did.
However, Presley wouldn't let it show. She hadn't trained so long in Crystal to be a petty loser, after all. So she flashed her "pearls" smile, the one she had named for its classy sweetness, and tried not to choke when her "date"-- who seemed more like an uncomfortable friend, than a date-- asked her what she thought about the weather.
"Oh, the weather is always nice, for someone," she replied; another smile. She kept her hands folded neatly in her lap, and refrained from chewing at her lip piercing. "What kind of job do you have, Kathryn? You seem familiar." A lie. The forgivable kind.

Kaori_luv Soooo sorry this is late. I got eaten by school and Mary's muse wouldn't come out to play. Mary wasn't wearing anything special. She was in a simple beige dress with little Mary Jane shoes, her blond hair tucked behind her ears with pins. Yet somehow it had taken far too long to get ready, her grandmother continually fussing over her. So she was rather late and hoped her date wasn't go to be too mad with her.
She followed the number she was giving to a very brightly colored girl her own age that she recognized.
"Eliza?" she said softly, lilac eyes wide with surprise for a moment. She giggled a little and settled down into the chair. "Fancy meeting you here."

"Hey Mary," Eliza said with a big smile. "I can't believe we got paired up, what a coincidence, huh?"
"I wonder if anyone else signed up," she said softly, something quite uncharacteristic of the energetic girl. She didn't need to say what she meant she figured Mary would understand she meant anyone else from the team.
She looked over Mary's dress and gave a grin, "you look nice, not much for color though are you. I like color, probably a bit to much." Eliza gave a laugh.
She plucked the little 20's questions thing and held it out to Mary, "Let give it a try huh, I mean what else is there to do right now."

He took a cursory glance at the other tables, which were now slowly filling up with more attendees, before looking back at Lily. “I think you look fine. If you had showed up in an evening gown I would have been really worried,” Lian remarked. He raised both brows, grimacing. “I don’t either. Someone signed me up for this.” A shake of his head. Clearly, he would rather be somewhere else right about now.
“Thank you.” Lian shifted in his seat, eyebrows furrowed as he secretly cursed whoever decided to play the current song. “Catching up is fine. Yeah, I’ve been busy with things so my time at the gym is erratic.” His cellphone buzzed and he leaned back to slip it out of his pocket. Lian pressed the touchscreen, sifting through his inbox before opening the newest message. It only took him a few seconds before he was already putting the device away. “I don’t know if you got another card, but I did. Yadira isn’t coming.”
--
Realistically, Hayden would have preferred the ‘friends with benefits’ route too, but attempting to find a real relationship couldn’t hurt either. Such endeavors never seemed to end well, however. Maybe she just wasn’t cut out for romance, but there was something amusing about attending these kinds of events that she couldn’t keep away from.
She kept softly humming, tapping her fingers to an unknown beat as she periodically scanned the growing crowd for her blind date. Despite the multiple faces that seemed to blend together, Hayden spotted her date with little problem. In fact, the woman seemed amused with the nervous air present around the brunette. Thin lips curled into a smile as she straightened up and sat poised when Haley arrived at the table. Elbows propped on the table, she folded her hands together and leaned her chin on them. “Hi. I’m Hayden. Pleasure to meet you.” She brought out a hand for a friendly shake, but paused when she caught the whiff of something vaguely familiar. Curiously, Hayden quirked an eyebrow at Haley. Does she…? Actually, if she recalled the card from the mail it had explicitly stated so. Well, Hayden certainly wasn’t against it—she had tried it a couple times herself and even did it still once in a blue moon—but just before going off to a date? Okay then.
Hayden grinned. “I get that a lot.” Her gaze strayed toward the card at the table. “Would you like to play 20 questions or take a shot in the dark?”

Lily laughed at the statement, oh how awkward it would be if she had shown up in a evening gown. She had more sense than that thankfully and Alex probably would have forcibly dragged her pack into the house had she attempted it. she snicked at the thought.
"I do not think I would have like it, if someone signed me up for something without my knowledge, though my sister does it all the time." Lily rolled her eyes slightly, Rose could be like a steam roller at times.
Lily smiled paying no attention to the music, not that she would have frowned at anything, she really loved most music, didn't even matter what language it was in. "I have to say my time in the gym is probably the same, that and I spend much of it in the ballet room, not to mention..."
Lily paused watching him answer his phone and made an oh face when he said Yadira wasn't coming. "Yeah I did get another card, um ..," she turned to her purse that hung on the back of the chair and fished out her phone to see she had a new message as well. The same message probably that Lian had recieved, of course Lily took a minute to send the girl well wishes before turning her attention back to Lian.
"I really though I put my phone on vibrate, but I guess not," she said with a small laugh.
She paused for a second trying to remember what she had been saying, but couldnt remember. "I lost my train of thought," she laughed again.

In all honesty, Michael had almost completely forgotten about the blind date event, ready to hit the bars that night, until one of his nosey students asked him what his plans were for the evening. It wasn't that he wasn't looking forward to meeting Seraphina! He just didn't usually have actual, well, dates. Heading out to the bars usually worked when he was in the mood for whatever.
The reminder of the blind date, though, had rekindled his interest in what could possibly be awaiting him that night.
But he wasn't about to put on a suit and try to look all impressive. Instead, he wore dark denim jeans and a black leather coat. His attempt at "nice" was the button-up white shirt and blue tie that had received compliments in the past for matching the azure color of his eyes.
Besides, he knew he was late, so trying to get a parking spot with a car would be just impossible. Transport by motorcycle offered much better maneuverability and better places to park. So instead of checking his coat at the door, he simply dropped off his helmet and gloves, before making his way into the restaurant. He already knew to look for a red-head, and thanks to the picture provided for him, it didn't take long for him to spot her.
"Ms. Lace?" he asked with a grin and holding his hand out in an offer to shake hers, "Michael Gallo. I believe I've been paired with you for the evening?" She definitely looked like she was ready for an evening of fun. As for him... He was Michael Gallo. What more could he do to impress?

She knew that everyone who arrived at this event wasn't looking for love, and who knows maybe half of them didn't even want to be here. Catarina knew that, but she knew that deep down she wanted at least a happy looking partner. Smiling as friendly as she could, Catarina responded with her natural heavy accent. "Why hello there, Skye right? It's nice to meet you." She gave a bright smile, as she continued with the conversation. "I guess we need to get this going. Since we're each other's blind dates, I guess we should try to have fun at least. One night won't kill us, hopefully." She explained to her partner, looking at the papers on the table. "We could do this 20 question game, it will give us something to pass the time with?" Catarina just didn't want the awkward silence to come over them, everyone else seemed to be having fun so why not join them?

Seraphina wasn't really enjoying the music or sitting alone, even if it had been for just a few moments that she had been there. Needless to say when Micheal showed up she was relieved, at the very least to have someone to talk to. Green eyes met blue when he introduced himself and she took his hand to shake her eyes roaming over her 'dates' outfit.
The card she decided didn't do him enough justice and he was quite easy on the eyes. She smiled a lovely smile, "It's seems that way Mr. Gallo. Call me Seraphina or even just Phina."
She motioned to his chair with her hand, "Will you sit? Maybe tell me about this boat you seem to have?" She gave a small laugh. She was joking, well partially, she really did want to know if he actually had a boat.

Michael grinned, giving her another look over, especially when she turned to sit. She definitely had a nice figure, and since she didn't seem to be disappointed in his lack of care for a nice outfit for their date, he had a feeling that this date would turn out rather well.
He sat when she suggested it, casually leaning on the table with one arm. "My boat?" he laughed, vaguely remembering the comment he'd added. "Sailboat, actually... And call me Michael. It's very nice to meet you, Phina," he said with a small wink. "So, is this an open bar?" he wondered, glancing around to see if they had any service or if he'd have to get up to order their drinks.
"I'd ask about your card, but... It appears there are young children running around," he grinned. "Are you from around here?"

Guen checked her watch, and stood by worriedly as people slowly trickled in. Oh, how she hoped this would go off without a hitch! But it was already apparent that there had been some flaws in the planning... For one, the kids who were showing up with there parents were quite a bit older than the 5 & 6 year olds they'd been prepared for. She glanced at their room, filled with coloring books and crayons, and winced visibly. Second, it looked like a lot of people hadn't turned up...Were they late? She left her charges in the kid's area, hoping to find something more appropriate to entertain them with. On the way out, she kicked the jukebox, forcing it to skip up to the next song. THE GAME THE CUPID CRUSADESrules :: THIS GAME IS A DICE GAME. It is also only open to kid senshi. Ok, ladies and gents, ready your crossbows. Aim... FIRE! But first, you must outwit & escape the evil clutches of Guen (this shouldn't be too hard). Just RP your character grabbing a gun and running off! Once you've made your escape, you're ready to fire.Roll 1d6. 1-4, miss. 5 hits the target, and a 6 hits the target's date. Whoops. Crossfire! Harmony wasn't exactly comforted when Jett said he didn't have a girlfriend. If he didn't who filled out his card with all those girly hobbies? No way he was that feminine. At least, not from what she'd seen. But she didn't really want to think about what she knew as it tended to make her upset and she didn't shell out fifty bucks to be pissed off all night. Some things would simply have to be tolerated so long as he didn't actually try to get back into her good graces. He'd lied once, she didn't trust him not to do it again. Liars tended to stay liars in her experience.
Harm ignored what Jett said entirely, not responding. Fool me once...
"I was glad I got assigned to you Arian, but I guess it's not much in the blind part of blind date."
She blushed at his compliment, stammering a thank you before she sat down. He looked nice as well and she'd comment on it later. At least she wasn't very nervous as she'd met him before and knew a few things they had in common. It was nice having two dates because the one was a dud and she could fall back on the other. The one that hadn't broken her heart. She still did not suspect for a moment that both boys had been assigned eachother as well and leaned in that direction.

Harmony’s ignorance to the situation would be short lived, as Jett had no intention of wasting his evening on a girl who was ignoring him when there was a perfectly fine, albeit male date sitting right in front of him. To Arian, he flashed one of his casually charming smiles—the type one perfected by either practicing in front of a mirror or just getting lucky—and took a seat.
“Apologies for ignoring you—Arian, isn’t it?” Jett inquired rhetorically; he had looked at the male’s card for long enough to memorize the name. It was always best to make a good impression, anyway. Taking a seat at the table, he continued, “I hadn’t meant to be so rude. You’ll have to forgive me, I’m new to this whole thing. Unlike Harmony—” he flashed the girl across from him a sweet smile before returning his attention to the dark haired male “—I don’t seem to know you and I do hope that won’t make this any more awkward than it already is. Jett Draven,” he introduced, displaying none of the awkwardness he spoke of as he extended a hand in greeting.
