Amphi had been less inclined to come to a gathering of all the students in one place. Last time she had been in a large group of students, they had been mercilessly beaten and caught in the strange fight between students and hunters disguised as students.
But she recognized the seceratary and she was trying to be braver now, She wrung her hands together before taking a seat...and then getting right back up to move to a different one.
"Oh...Oh." She kept her hands together as she moved over until she was close to a seat on the outside of the seating arrangement. She could get out quicker and fight quicker if she had too.
As she started to move, she looked up to see a familiar 2nd year demon, one of her only friends she trusted at the moment. Relief instantly poured into her as she saw her before calling out.
"Xiu!" She waved, trying to gain the attention of the little demon. "Would you like to sit with me here?" She waved again, still calling out.

Yin was...more than slightly taken aback. And then the name hit home. Rikki? That...that reaper boil?
Things began fitting into place. How many liberties that boil had taken with Miss Danny. How little she had seemed to mind. Still, the reaction from the boil was not a nice one. Slightly upset he turned on the boil. "You should not be hugging her in such a manner, especially in public, if she belongs to another. All memories of Miss Danny hugging him seemed to have flown out the window at that particular moment. "And you should not insult her. She may have the brain of a child but she is a good ghoul." All acknowledgement that Miss Danny was indeed ditsy must have joined those hugging memories when he had tossed those out.
"It would be an honor to be chosen by her," he defended. By someone else of course.

SPEAK OF THE DEVIL DEMON.
Danny bounced into the gym with her normal chipperness. So many seats. Oh no. Oh no. Which seat did she take?!
Luckily, she found Roch in the crowd nearly instantly (the boil's bright purple hair and shiny trinkets were a tad ... hard to miss) and let out a sigh of relief. Much to her surprise, he was sitting near Yin. Huh. She wasn't aware they were friends. Well that was good! Now she didn't have to worry about who to sit with.
"Hi guys!" she said, bouncing to the little group that had formed, situating herself next right in between Roch and Yin, squishing them both a bit. Her lantern made a dull clang as it smacked against the seat. She wrapped her arms around Roch in a makeshift hug, and smacked Yin on the leg as a hello. "Who's that?" she said, pointing to the odd figure.

Mitsu had been a little late leaving her class trying to finish an assignment up. When she arrived to the assembly her hands were full of papers and things that she tried to balance in a precarious way. At least she didn't have to go far, Shun was thankfully in the back which it seemed he preferred to be so making her way to him she sat down and continued to straighten the things in her hands hoping to not make a mess. She would have rather stayed in class.

Titus had honestly thought about ditching and hanging out somewhere outside while the assembly was going on. No one would no any different. If he missed class they would think he was in the assembly, if he wasn't in the assembly they would probably think he was still in class. Still, he decided it was best to pop in to see what it was about, standing near the back by the door ready to leave when things got boring. He was however more inclined to listen with the demons taking point on stage.

Alex sat quietly in his seat, listening to the conversation going on in front of him between Yin and the Purple haired boil while leaning back in his chair lazily. His head tilted back as his eyes drifted towards the ceiling. He would probably say hi to Yin at some point, but for now he was just...
Wait...
What had Yin just said? It would be an honor to be chosen by...Danny?? He sat forward with a lurch, one hand shooting out as he nearly fell out of his seat and slapping down onto Yins back.
Ooops....
And then speaking of the firey ghoul, here she was, bouncing her way to her seat, her lantern encased flame tail lashing wildly about as though she just didn't care that she was going to HIT HIM IN THE FACE WITH IT OH JACK.
He cringed back in his chair, blocked his face, and whimpered like a little scareling.

He had, of course, seen Roch come in, but all the other reaper had gotten from Sparrow was a calm, cool faced raise of his brow, watching as the other turned away from him. He still had not quite forgiven the other just yet; Roch was an immature little Jacktard, as far as Sparrow was concerned, but for Xiu's sake, Sparrow had already decided not to pursue the matter.
Unless Roch started it, in which case he would have no problem smacking the reaper upside the head with his scythe.
He caught sight of Hel, moving through the crowds to sit next to a zombie boil, and gave her a friendly wave. And then there was Xiu, making her way over to....was that Amphi? Sparrow had not seen the mermaid for several weeks now, and he gave both ghouls a bright smile before leaning back in his seat to wait for Wren.------------------------------------------------------------------------- A familiar boil passed in front of his line of vision, Ren glancing up in time to see Mort giving him a small, uncertain wave. He returned it cheerfully - after all, though their last meeting had been rather...interesting, he didn't really mind the other boil. If anything, he rather liked Mort; he was somewhat awkward, yes, but a good sort of person all the same.
His phone beeped. Ren pulled it out, eying the text flashing on the screen. Scowling, he typed out a reply:OnionGrump Jealous would imply having something worthwhile to be jealous about. You don't exactly fit into that category.

Night yawned as he entered the assembly hall, his nap perpetually disturbed by the excitement of a stranger coming to visit. He was curious, cause what cat wasn't curious after all.
At the same time, he was sure this was going to be just another bland assembly and maybe an attack from some Christmas creatures. Jack damn he was sure tired of getting attacked.
"Tybalt..." Night yawned again as he slid into the seat by the black dog before giving a lazy smirk, "How's it going Pup. Anything exciting happen yet?" He looked from the dog to the halloweeners on stage before raising an eyebrow. My Arel looked positively shadowed by the guest elaborate and over the top outfit.

Fortunately, it looked like Xiu didn't have to dwell on the matter for long. The baku immediately brightened up upon seeing Amphi, her lips spreading into a smile. "Hi, Amphi!" She beamed, making her way towards the row that the mermaid was seated in, "And yes! If you don't mind my company, that is."
Sliding into the seat beside her friend, Xiu gestured towards the stage. "Any idea what's going on?" Though from the looks of things, all the students were in the dark. That being said, it wasn't impossible that this was just some casual, boring assembly, right? Maybe she was just worrying for nothing.
She relaxed at the thought, and with a little grin, turned around so that she could kneel on her seat and peer out over the other students. "See any familiar faces, Amphi? I think--hello, Sparrow!" Beaming, she lifted a hand and returned the reaper's smile with one of her own. Amphi knew Sparrow too, didn't she? And there was also...
While they were waiting for the assembly to start, Xiu decided to turn this into a game of "find everyone you know in the giant crowd". There was Danny by Roch, Yin, and Alex, and Riyo, and--"Oh! Mitsu and aniki!" Turning to Amphi, she gestured towards Shun. "That's one of the reapers that I was talking about last time. He's like my big brother!"

Zar gave Nuru an almost offended pout at his statement. How dare he be so reasonable? Zar almost wanted him to react nastily since that's how he personally would have. To be so..passive set the incubus on edge. Still, he wasn't looking forward to after the assembly one bit, perhaps it would be better if the strange rebels DID burn the place down after all.
"The stressed chap in blue is the school secretary. Ar..arel..aron, something like that." his respect for Arel had been thrown into question of late after what he'd seen outside the Maul and in typical Zar fashion, misinterpreted.
"Though the other person..I really don't know."

Oh- she knew a few of them over there. Yin was the boil she'd met with Xiu that day, Roch was the reaper who helped her in her exam, Alex was at the dance machine challenge and- Her eyes narrowed as if conditioned to do so when she saw the wrath demon. This was quickly adjusted to a causal smirk when she remembered he was her student now. Levi did the same to the reaper as Lark did, walking over to take the free seat behind Yin. Coupled with a small smile, Levi's tail curled through the opening in the back of the chair to hug her own seat so the person behind wouldn't have to worry about the lack in space... much. Aye, West. The tip of her tail might have mistakenly whipped at his back from behind. She carried on greetings like it was nothing. Alex, Yin, Roch. A nod went with every name. She watched Lark, making sure she was comfy before mentioning the subject again, whispering so only those around her might hear. She leaned forward toward Alex, Yin and Roch. Last time there was 'an 'announcement from 'im, was 'bunch a' hooey. Her eyes kept on Arel as she spoke while the secretary ran around like a critter with it's head cut off. That was cut short by a sort of slapping sound. Did Alex just-? Whoa, boils. Best take-it outside, eh? Of course, she thought he might be trying to start a friendly ruckus.

Tybalt for once was eager to for his phone to ring. He wanted to see what Ren's response would be. He didn't even care if the results were bad. Nor did he care if it led to making their relationship worse than it already was. Considering their particular case, he wasn't even sure if that was possible.
Another ring from his phone, and he flipped it open. Brow arched as he read the message.kuromeez Text: Oh no? Then I guess you wouldn't mind that LW and I had a date with each other yesterday. She was completely on top
"I'm not a pup, and no, nothing has happened." That much was obvious.

Amphi smiled softly back as the ghoul saw her and visibly relaxed, with Xiu sitting by her, she didn't have to feel so odd and ou casted in the sea of student faces she didn't know. She waved to the stage before shrugging.
"All I know is that we're to learn something while he is here. He wears a lot of bright and elaborate clothing for a Landwalker though." Amphi nodded before she watched Xiu bounce in her seat.
"Oh a Sparrow?" She turned to face the reaper before waving to him, "Hello Little Bird." She nodded to Sparrow before looking around with the girl, her eyes landing on Tybalt, the black pup she knew to the mysterious and unknown boil that Xiu pointed out.
"He looks very upset Xiu." Amphi's eyes widened as she looked at Shun before looking away, a little scared of eye contact, "I don't think he wants to be here." She shied. There wasn't anyone else she knew in the place though, at least not like she knew Xiu...or Lizzy and Mac.

Everyone seemed to be texting, chatting, doing something. Her friends were probably somewhere around... but Taryn was here for the assembly. She sat in a back corner of the front section, her hands laced in her lap.

Lark knew Danny and she knew Roch. She kind of knew West -- he'd beaten her a** at the dancing game where she'd reconnected with Levi after acting class. She wasn't sure about the other boils, but it was always nice to make friends. Seating herself behind Roch and next to Levi, she leaned forward and tapped Roch on the shoulder. "Ain't seen y'in a while," she fussed, arching a brow at the back of his head. She wasn't grumping about it; there was more worry in Lark's voice than anything. Lark pulled out her eyePhone and sent a quick text to Kettil. She hadn't seen him around, so Lark figured she'd shoot off a quick text before she got comfortable. Pales Something going on in the gym. An assembly? If you feel like coming, I'm here. Once finished, she leaned back in her seat and loudly introduced herself to those sitting around her. "'m Lark." Yes you are, Lark. Yes you are.
