It was clear that Shadow was just about down, and Bandit knew that if he could just land one more hit then he might have a chance. With all his strength he shot across the arena at the Mew once more, doing his best to ignore the painful chunks of earth biting into him as he went.

"Return, Shadow!" Zinnia called out just as her pokemon's eyes slid closed. She had hoped to save Shadow the pain of being KO'd, but she'd had little choice.
"All right, Zyk! Let's finish this battle up!" she tossed up the zubat's pokeball, and he burst out, ready to take his place on the field. "Leech Life!"
Zyk was ready to show off his prowess in battle! He dove down at Bandit, aiming for the quadruped's flank. His sharp fangs flashed as he prepared to drink the blood of his opponent... Luckily he hadn't eaten before the battle!

"Show that bat what you're made of, Bandit!" Chloe shouted, "Use Spark!"
Bandit bucked his legs high into the air in surprise as the attack hit much harder than he expected, but he did as he was told and covered the entirety of his coat with violent sparks and focused them on Zyk with all his might.

Zyk opened his mouth wide and released an array of star-shaped energy at Bandit. He felt very strong for having defeated an electric-type opponent so quickly! Well, Shadow had helped a little... But this was Zyk's victory!
