It was obvious, at least to Tulip, whose side of the bathroom was whose. It was a pretty standard bathroom, so she didn't have a whole lot to say. She did turn so Sasha couldn't see her face, but Lexi could. The Ivysaur gave the Ralts girl a look that seemed to convey exactly what she was thinking, "Wow, what a mess she's made." She smiled afterward and turned back. "Your room next, Sasha?"

Lexi nodded in agreement at Tulip. She had no difficulty in understanding what her friend’s look was getting out. She had oftentimes felt the same way. It also probably didn’t hurt that she was the Psychic Type.

“Yep!” Sasha exclaimed in excitement, “My room is next!” She couldn’t wait to hear what Tulip thought of her room; her room was awesome! At least she thought it was awesome. Heading through the opposite door, she leapt into the room and spread her arms, as if to go ‘Ta Da.’ Whereas Alexis’ room was neat and organized, Sasha’s room was chaos. The two rooms did share something in common, though. The walls and ceiling of both were painted to look like an outdoors scene. The walls of Sasha’s room were painted to look like a mountain forest, with high peaks in every direction and, on the front wall, there was even a waterfall painted on. The carpet was a bright blue; it seemed to match the blueness of Sasha, herself. On the ceiling, there was a painted scene of tree branches, a cloudless sky, and the sun. However, the ceiling and the wall opposite of the bathroom were both slightly obscured. Both that wall and the ceiling had, directly attached on the wall and dangling about 2 feet below the ceiling, thick netting. As if to show the purpose, Sasha leapt up and grabbed the netting overhead with both hands. She swung lightly, back and forth, a wide smile on her face. In the far corner sat Sasha’s bed. It had a dark blue comforter and bright blue sheets and pillowcases, all which lay in a crumpled pile in the center of the bed. Next to the bed there sat a night stand. It looked like it had been broken and repaired several times, with a combination of glue and duct tape. On top of it was a lamp, devoid of a shade, and three cups, one empty and the other two half full of liquid. In front of her bed there sat a large wooden trunk, latched shut. Along the front wall, next to the main door, her dresser sat. It looked very hand painted, in different shades of blue. The drawers were half open with garments sticking out and dangling. In front of the dresser, there was a small pile of clothing that had either been tossed there or had fallen out of the drawers. Much like in Lexi’s room, there was another door, on the same wall that the restroom door was, but on the opposite end. It sat, half open, with more clothing sticking out. Against that wall there sat a small wooden desk, with a desk chair that was missing its back. Scattered atop the desk, as well as lying on the ground surrounding it, were what seemed like several boxes worth of half used crayons and papers, some lying in a loose stack, but most crumpled. Throughout the room, scattered on the carpet, were large blocks, of various colors, with pegs on them. Still swinging in place, Sasha, asked, “So what do you think?”

Tulip stared. The whole room was a mess, so much so that she was at a loss for words as she looked around the room. When her eyes fell on the grinning face of the swinging Sasha, Tulip somehow managed a smile. "It's... uh.... very..." her brain fumbled to find something, anything that wasn't a synonym with dirty. After a few seconds she continued, hoping it would be sufficient. "...lively." She laughed uneasily.

Sasha’s eyes widened in delight at Tulip’s comment. She did not sense, in any way, that the other girl has to struggle to think of something positive to say about her room. “You like it?!” she exclaimed as she released from the netting and landed back on the floor. “I’m so glad you like it!”

Lexi couldn’t help but giggle, she was able to sense how Tulip really felt about the room; Lexi felt the same way about it. “So now that you have seen our rooms, what do you want to do? Want us to teach you how to play hide and seek?”

“Yeah!” Sasha exclaimed before Tulip had a chance to reply, “we should play!” Sasha imagined that it would be way more fun with 3 people playing!

"Uh... okay?" Tulip replied tentatively. She figured that she might as well learn how to play, though she was unsure as to how often she'd actually get to. She wondered if they'd still want to play when they grew. Shrugging, she smiled. Eh, why not? "Okay, so how do we play this 'hide and seek'?" She did air quotes with her fingers and giggled.

“Well, actually,” Sasha began, “It is pretty simple. One person is ‘It’ and they try and seek out the other people that are hiding…. Though, when Lexi and I play, there is only one person hiding…. And when she is ‘It’ she cheats…”

“I do not!” Lexi interrupted, “I’m not the one that hides on the roof! That is so out of bounds!”

“So! You can still find me! You use your psychic mind powers!” Sasha retorted.

“Hah! Shows what you know! You don’t even show up half the time!” Lexi remarked, sticking her tongue out. Turning to Tulip, Lexi continued where Sasha had begun, before the other girl could say something back. “And well, when the person that is ‘It’ finds someone, then it starts over with the person that the “It’ person found being ‘It’ and everyone else hiding. Though, when Sasha and I play, we just go back and forth. With you though, who knows who will be ‘It’next! So do you want to try?”

“Yeah, do you want to try?” Sasha echoed, before adding, “You can even be ‘It’!”

"Alright, I'll be it," the Ivysaur teen shrugged. She figured being "it" was the best place to start anyway. "Um... how do we start?" Tulip really had no clue how this game was played. Did she need to stay in one place while they hid? If so, how was she to know when they were ready for her to come look for them? If they said something, she'd be able to find them by following their voices.

“Well, first you count, in, the, um,” Lexi began, trying to think of the best spot for her to count, that wouldn’t hinder their possible hiding spots, “in the, um… the bathroom! Yeah, the bathroom! And you count to…”

Lexi couldn’t finish what she was saying, because Sasha interrupted her.
“Count to 500!” she exclaimed with a giggle.

“500?” Lexi questioned, “That is way too high. I only ever count to 10. Have you been counting to 500 this whole time? Is that why it always takes you forever?”

“You only count to 10?! That isn’t nearly long enough! That’s why it always
seems like you start before I am ready!”

“Still, that’s better than 500! Geeze, Sasha! Ok, how is this? We will count to 25.”

“Still doesn’t seem like that much time… but ok, 25 works.” She still liked 500 better, but, it gave her much more time to hide then 10 would. She couldn’t believe Lexi only ever counted to 10. Lexi was the one that was good with numbers, why was she taking such shortcuts.

Turning back to Tulip, Lexi confirmed, “Yes, shut yourself in the bathroom and count to 25. After that, you will come look for us.”

Tulip grinned, amused with the back and forth. Once they had finally decided on a place and a number to count to, she nodded and headed to the bathroom. She closed both doors and began counting, the first few numbers louder than the majority of the rest so that the girls knew she was starting. "24... 25... All right, here I come!" She announced as she opened the door to Lexi's room to begin her search.

As Tulip began counting, Lexi took off like a flash. She seemed to fly out the door and down the stairs. She had the perfect spot to hide; it had fooled Sasha several times and, unlike her, Tulip didn’t even have any experience in hide and seek; she would never find her! Scurrying over to the couch, which was a foldout, she popped up the cushions and, thanks to being a wisp of a thing, she slid inside, between the mattress and the outer wall. Reaching out, she easily pulled the cushions back in place and was ready!

Sasha had quite a plan in store for her hiding spot. She wouldn’t do what Lexi considered to be cheating, hiding on the roof, this time, because she had the perfect spot, or spots rather. She was going to hide twice over! She too took off in a flash, heading downstairs just behind Lexi. She ran into the garage and quickly emptied a large, square box, which had been holding clothing. Thing is, she knew that hiding in a box, among boxes, would be obvious; she would not do that. Quickly, she hurried into the kitchen and, after setting the empty box down, she carefully got in and closed it shut. No one would ever expect to find her in a box that was carefully placed in the kitchen!

A quick once over of Lexi's room left Tulip with a feeling that neither girl was in there. She moved onward, downstairs; she was sure she'd heard Sasha bound down there. With narrowed eyes, the Ivysaur teen scanned the living room. The couch and the rest of the living room looked unchanged to her, so she moved on to the kitchen. As she looked around, the box seemed oddly out of place. Tulip paused at it, hand on her chin. Shrugging, she figured it couldn't hurt to peak inside. She opened the box with her vines, just in case something, or someone, jumped out of the box.

As the box opened up around her, Sasha knew she had been found. She couldn’t help but be a bit disappointed. She was not only the first one found, but she seemed to of been discovered rather quickly. Had her hiding spot not been a good place to hide? When Lexi found her, she always attributed it to her Psychic abilities, but, if Tulip can find her so quickly, maybe she wasn’t as good at hiding as she had thought she was. Sitting up, she asked, “How did you find me so quickly?”

As near as the living room was to the kitchen, Lexi easily heard Sasha’s comment and knew that she had been found. It was then, as she was about to pop out, that she realized she had a problem. The last time she had hid there, it had just been her and Sasha, so, even though it took her a while, Sasha eventually found her and then helped her out. This time… it was up to her to get out and, while hiding, she had slipped down slightly; she was stuck. The only thing to do now was to call out for some help. The cushions muffled the sound and distorted it, not so much that she couldn’t be heard, but enough so that what she was saying couldn’t be made out.

Tulip shrugged and tried to think of a way to answer without sounding rude or mean in any way. "I dunno, the box just kinda looked out of place. The last time I was here, all the boxes were in the garage."

The Ivysaur's ears perked up. "Do you hear that?" She froze and signaled for Sasha to do the same. Quietly she spoke, "What's that noise?"

“Wow, you are really observant Tulip! I bet most wouldn’t notice the sudden appearance of a box! They would just ignore it and move on!” Sasha was certain that Tulip was not just an ordinary poké-person. Not that there was a typical poké-person, at least not that she knew of.

“I do hear it!” Sasha explained. Wide eyed, she looked at Tulip. “I think Lexi is in the couch again!”
