Looks good, the xp though is it I lvl every 1000 or is it curved where i need 1k to get the lvl2 then an additional 2k to lvl to 3, then 3k more to get to 4 ect.?

I really like the point buy system.
And how will leveling affect chakra gain? Is it universally 2 per? cause wouldn't some classes or something gain bonuses per level?

need a speed stat breakdown on how many moves i get per post, also need to see costs on jutsus cuz atm the chakra pool looks a bit small, although that could be because i keep forgetting lvl 50 exsists

-WEAPON PROFICIENCY-

Every ninja start the game proficient with:
Kunai
Shurekin
Smoke bombs
Explosive tags

They are then permitted one unique proficiency.
This can be anything under the sun, but be specific, don't go to broad saying "Blunt" or "Swords". Take the time to say "Katana" or "Scimitar" or "Mace" or "flail".

You do not however instantly now this unique proficiency. Every proficiency you gain save the first basic weapons you must train. The training is dependent on how many weapons you already know how to use.

you will gain a new proficiency every 10 levels, and may chose any weapon, but must train this one just like all before it.

you need your current level x1000 exp to gain the next level.
So for 1 to get to 2 you need 1k.
For 2 to get to 3 you need 2k.
For 3 to get to 4 you need 3k.
ext.

or in a total exp gained chart:

0-1k= level 1
1k-3k= level 2
3k-5k= level 3
5k-8k= level 4

These rules are the base rules that all ninja follow. Now your class may affect things, such as the Ninjutsu class giving you bonus chakra, though this will probably be in the form of increasing your Intelligence rather than affecting your raw level stat.

Though some things that grant retarded amounts of chakra such as the 9 tails may change it to giving you 4 or 5 chakra/level.

Right I forgot to post that, this should work.

E Ranked Jutsu cost 1 Point.
D Ranked Jutsu cost 2 Point.
C Ranked Jutsu cost 4 Point.
B Ranked Jutsu cost 8 Point.
A Ranked Jutsu cost 15 Point.
S Ranked Jutsu cost 30 Point.

And for speed it will prob be 1 jutsu/5 points, +1, so with 5 points you can do 2.

But thats prob to many idk.

that seams a bit much for speed mabey drop the plus one and add a (Minimum 1) to the text

-Garotte (piano wire, thin choaking wepons)
-light ax (Hattchet, throwing axes)

-Dubble weapons (Dubble sword, dubble ax,quarter staff)

Patched the Chakra pool equation.
It was:
Chakra Pool=(lvl*2)+(Int*2)+(wis/2)

to:
Chakra Pool=(lvl/2)+(Int*3)+(wis/2)
