Its strange but God gave him his wish after risking his life to save her. Alex was in her seat and she had her head down then she stared at Justin she saw him and she blinked a little.

Justin was shocked to see his friend staring right at him. He had gotten his wish! A rush of happiness went through him, but he put a finger to his lips and shushed her, motioning for Alex to not freak out. If she did, the people in class would think she was crazy.

Alex nodded and she looked up at the board and she did her work. She was still shocked that she was seeing Justin but she was happy, very happy.

Justin smiled at his friend warmly. He was still invisible, but she was the only person who had to see him. He was so happy to be able to be with his friend again.

Timeskip to the end of the school day
Alex walked outside and she rubbed her hands together and she looked around for Justin. She knew he might just pop out of nowhere cause he is a ghost now.

Justin floated up to Alex with a smile. "Hello." He said, glad that school was finally over. Sure, he was DEAD, but he would spend his time in ghost mode with his friend and crush. At some point, he would tell her how he felt, but he was still nervous, even in death. He knew she liked him, she said so herself, but he had to wait, and make it seem like he wasn't spying on her at the time.

Alex smiled at him and she walked down the sidewalk on the back road they used to walk on after school."I can finally see you...I am so happy to see you again even though you are a ghost."

Justin floated along with her, smiling. "Yeah. It's great to see you, too." He told her. He felt bad that he could never live again, or even hug his friend anymore, but he was so glad that she could see him.

Alex smiled and held back tears and she sighed."So...why are you still on Earth as a ghost are you supposed to be heaven or what?" she smiled and she rubbed her neck.

Justin shrugged. "I have no idea. Perhaps I have something to do before I cross over." He told her. He didn't know how being a ghost worked.

She nodded and smiled."Maybe that's how it usually works." she kept walking with him and she sighed."I wish you were still alive Justin...we would have spent all Christmas break together. I even got a gift for you."

Justin sighed too. "I know. I got you a gift, too. It's really special. I could show you where I hid it, if you want. No use waiting till Christmas, anymore." He told her. He had spent all his money in life getting it for her, so now was as good a time as any to give it to her.

She smiled and she nodded."Sure you can just show the way." she looked at him and sighed."I will you give you mine..or show it to you when I get home."

Justin smiled and led Alex to his house. He floated up to his room, and pointed to a small box sticking out of a drawer. He managed to pick it up for a brief second, letting it fall to her feet. He flew down and managed to open it, revealing a beautiful silver necklace with a diamond charm in the shape of a lotus flower. He knew she loved those flowers.After all, he gave her one when they were little kids. "Merry Christmas." He told her with a smile. He may have been dead, but his feelings for her still burned bright.

Alex blushed and smiled picking up the necklace from the box. She looked at it and she put it on and smiled touching it."Thank you...Merry Christmas to you too." she had one tear go down her cheek looking at him."I would be hugging you like crazy if you were alive right now."
