Kettil just smiled a bit as he fell silent and just walked after her tilting his head a bit to the side as he tried to think of a way to make it up to her. So maybe just maybe he'd stepped a bit too far on his little venture of daring but he couldn't help it. His competitive spirit sometimes ran off with him add to the fact that he liked Freya a lot it didn't help matters any at all.
He seemed to think for a long moment before he just started to sing a song, "It's 3 am and I'm not tired~. I lie awake, I'm so inspired. You gave me just what I needed. I'm not quite sure what we're doing. Don't know what it is but I'm pursuing it~. I've been waiting...Oh, so long for something, someone like you to come along."

Freya opened her eyes and looked up at the sky. She was relatively sure she'd never thoroughly discussed the matter of singing to Kettil, even though they'd touched on the subject. So when he sang, and her heart throbbed painfully, she felt assured that he had no idea how important, and how intimate, singing was to her. It was something she couldn't do, and therefore it was something no one should do to her unless they wanted to see her cry.
She'd already heard Kettil's voice, and it struck a chord with her that first time. Now, it served to remind her of how she fell asleep listening to it that one night, and her lip jutted out slightly in emotional despair.
She shifted Endzela so that the owl remained safely in her arm while she switched the bag over to that same hand. Her now free hand reached out beside her, without looking, and patted his face until she found his mouth. Then she gently put her hand over it.
"Yeh wins." She murmured quietly. Her eyes stayed firmly on the road ahead. They were a minute away from the dorms. She dropped her hand, and left it resting on his shoulder, while one finger lifted to point at the building ahead. With a quick throat clear, her voice sounded as normal as ever. "This is the dorms we stays at. No keys for yeh, so stick with me if yeh wants teh get in or outs until this whole school business is blown over."

He let her put her hand on his mouth and he fell silent for the time being. He wasn't honestly aware of how badly it hurt her. He just knew that for whatever the reason she didn't sing though he wasn't exactly sure on all of the details behind it simply because it was a corner he didn't make her explore with him just yet. Much like the once unexplored old boyfriend corner he didn't force it for now.
Kettil stared over at the building and smiled a little as she gave instructions on how things would work for the time being. He gave a small nod, "Alright, sounds like a plan."
It was almost like their whole awkward flirty moment didn't happen. Huzzah!
He shifted his baggage a bit, "Looks like a snazzy place."
Why yes he did use the word 'snazzy' what ya gonna do about it?

"Snazzy." She was going to make fun of him, that was what she was going to do about it. "Snazzysnazzsnazzy." She repeated, making goofy faces as she turned and opened the door with her rear, bumping into it to get herself through. "Snazzlesnazzysnazz." She stood holding the door open, her grin wide and silly. "Endy, did you know Hooter is a snazzysnazzer? Snazzeriffic."

He watched her with amusement as she made fun of him, "Careful your face might stick that way and then I really will be prettier than you," he said when she made a particularly 'charming' face as she teased at him.
Kettil moved to get through the door though he stood on the inside to hold the door open for Freya in turn.
Endy just let out a giggle, "You should hear the other funny things he says~!"

Freya gasped as she let the door go, and hopped back up to Kettil's side, looking up at him in awe.
"SHOULDS I? Kettil, says more funny things for Freya! Go go go go GO." She poked him, and poked him, and poked him, and oh, she poked him.

Kettil just laughed as she poked at him, "What do I look like? A circus cat?" He pushed her poking and prodding hand away but mostly to no avail, "Endy look at what you started!"
Endy just squinted her eyes happily, "Fun things."
"Traitor!" He laughed lightly as he tried to grasp for more funny things to say and instead said something completely random, "Octopus."

"What-" Freya made a face, clearly not impressed with the word he'd chosen. She'd have to find one to one-up him, if he was going to be so lackluster about it. She took a few long steps to stride forward in front of him, heading up the stairs for her floor. Her head turned around, the braid swishing wildly against her back and shoulder. "Trampoleeeeeeenes." She drawled, before hopping up the steps with both feet together, one by one.

It wasn't that he was being lackluster it was that he apparently couldn't perform under pressure (or poking). Yet he didn't bother to explain it as he moved to follow after her with a small thoughtful look before he announced, "Liver!"

Freya turned to go up another flight of stairs, bending down to glare at him over the edge of the staircase. "HOOTER, yehr not even tryings now!!!" She whined, before going back to hopping up the stairs.

Kettil gazed up at her before resuming his trek, "I am so!"
"Mucus," he said suddenly as he continued on. He apparently wasn't going to give up on this little game they started.

A peal of giggles rushed out of her, echoing the thin and tall halls of the stairwell. She followed it with a high pitched squeal that sounded clearly like-
"EWWWWWWWWW." Then another round of giggles left her, before finally she stood in front of the arch leading into her floor, and waited for him there.
"Okays. That one I thinks yeh gets points for."

"Oh, we're doing points now?" He managed to get up to the floor where she stood with a small chuckle and then thought about it before he said, "Groovy."

Freya turned her head to give Endzela a pointed look, before breaking out into another peal of laughter.
"GROOOOOOOVY." She repeated in an over-exaggerated voice, as she skipped through the halls towards her door.
The door was kind of a mess, with several stickers of horrifically cute things all over it, a drawing board where someone had drawn a p***s, and some foreign language written down near the side. Her door had been properly decorated - and vandalized.
She fished in one of her pouches for her keys, her tongue slipping between her teeth as her face turned super duper serious(ly silly.)

Endzela just stared back and if she could shrug she probably would but she was too busy being held by someone awesome.
Kettil just laughed and shrugged as he followed along with her gazing at the door with mixed amounts of interest and amusement and then suddenly he just stared at her face, "Having problem fishing there, Slick?"
