Oooh shopping.

How fun.

Not.

“…Heh. I do not envy you.” Hel chuckled. “…She tried to take me shopping some time ago as well.” The reaper shook her head a bit, recalling the experience at the mall as it was apparent that the ghoul was not a fan of shopping. Hel tilted her head as the cowboil suddenly got excited about describing his day with Roch, her lips parting a bit in curiosity as he described a dance he practiced. “Oh? A dance craze? You’ll have to show me some time, friend!” Hel smiled a bit before moving her hands down in front of her.

Yes. Your thing.” Hel made button pressing motions with her thumbs. “And then you have your face pressed against it like this…” She made a rectangular motion with her hands and then pressed them against her face. “And then you GroanSpring and use HIM on it…Please don’t tell me you did that the entire visit!”

"Well, I kind of had to. I was out of good clothes cause of the trip, and Lizzy likes to shop so I thought she'd like it if I let her help." He smiled fondly, scratching his cheek.
And then we went to the pond with the Floreces and went to a cafe and----
No! No. He wouldn't gab about Lizzy.

"What?!" Mot burst into laughter, holding his stomach. "I do not look like that!" He retorted, chuckling and nudging Hel's propped up foot with his own foot.

. . .

"But yeah, basically I did just do that the whole time." He admitted with a cheesy grin. "That and listen to my father talk about science."

Hel propped her elbow on the arm rest and rested her head on it as she listened to Mot describe his day with Lizzy a bit more. Her expression fell again, despite how she tried to not let it. “…Ah…you’re very thoughtful, Mot…that was very nice of you…” The reaper glanced out the window, her lips pulling down. Lizzy spent the entire day with him…and she had no idea. Ugh. Hel was struggling with this. Roch was right. How could they let this keep going? But what could they do about it?

She has no idea…” Hel muttered, letting out an exasperated sound as Mot suddenly burst into laughter. She blinked, and looked back towards him.

Hel seemed a bit amused as he tried denying it, and then admitted that he did. “Yes, you do, Mot, and you did! That is terrible! You need to go on a trip where you do not do that, at all!” The ghoul announced.

"A trip with no eyephone games?" Mot knitted his brows together, pouting like a child. "But why?" What else would he do? Sure he lived in a city but, really? There wasn't anything to do but shop. Color him uninterested in spending his allowance so frivolously. It wasn't like he had anyone to hang out with there.

"What else is there to do?" He asked haughtily, crossing his legs and arms.

Hel gave a long nod of her head. “Yes. A trip with no eyething games. Granted, you hardly used it during the wedding…but you were nearly on it the entire train ride there.” The reaper made a rectangular motion with her hands again and pressed it against her face. She might have stuck her tongue out at him too while doing this.

Why?” Hel reached out with her own boot to nudge one of Mot’s now. “…You miss things when you have your face pressed against a screen.” She smiled, and then seemed thoughtful as he asked what else there was to do. “Well! There is always training, of course!” Just what he wanted to hear, she was sure. “You could of worked on creating your own exercises…I’m working on training my wings as well now. That’s something I do on my own.” Hel gave a nod of her head again. “There’s always something to do…you just have to go looking!”

Ah, training. Actually.. damn. He really should have worked on his shooting. "Aw.. I should have visited the farm." He mused with regret. "It's a few carriage rides away from home, but the one who runs it is an old friend of the family. I could have practiced my sharp shooting in the fields." Mot sighed, slumping in his seat with a pout.

"Darn. That would have been fun."

The reaper perked up as Mot mentioned something about a farm. “Ah…there is always next time, right?” She encouraged. “See? Now you have something in mind for the next time you return home!”

Hel turned her gaze out the window for a moment, thoughtful once more. “…So, Mot.” She started, shifting her gaze back to him now. “When are you going to be ready to battle me?” A smirk tugged at her lips now. All this talk about sharp shooting, and then recalling his dead on precision skills at the wedding, had Hel thinking about a proposed match against the cowboil. “Did you want to get some training in before hand…or…did you just want to gun it?” Haha, see what she did there?
PostPosted: Thu Nov 24, 2011 6:38 pm

A strange thing happened. Hel proposed a battle, and Mot didn't flinch. Maybe he was growing up a bit.
However, the pun? That was met with a flat look from Mot. "Oh, that was bad." Mot sighed, shaking his head. "I'm afraid you'll have to be PUN-ished for that one, my dear." He grinned at his own joke, giggling.

The grim reaper leaned forward, looking Hel dead in the eyes. "You're on." Challenge Accepted.

Mot’s unflinching demeanor was noted…and Hel was surprised. Pleasantly so! The reaper couldn’t help but just give the other reaper a cheesy grin though as he called her out on her terrible pun, but she then choked on her laughter as he tossed one back at her. “And how are you going to pun-ish me, Mot?” Hel echoed, grinning once more until her expression smoothed over as he leaned forward and accepted her challenge.

The valkyrie looked a bit gobsmacked.

She lifted her head from her hand and propped her feet on the floor after a moment, and then leaned forward as well, staring intently back into Mot’s eyes. She seemed to be looking for something, before a grin spread across her lips once more. Hel was obviously pleased. “Alright then.” She started. “…I believe we should start our bets as well, don’t you agree?”
PostPosted: Thu Nov 24, 2011 6:50 pm

Mot flinched then.

"Ah... bets." Mot realized his slip, and steeled his resolve again, narrowing his eyes at the Valkyrie staring him down. "But of course, little lady." He said with CONFIDENCE.

Mot would have to do some pre-battle training away from Hel in order to get the upper hand.

Mot flinched, and Hel just kept on grinning. At least he wasn’t trying to back down, that’s what mattered. When Mot narrowed his eyes, she did as well, just for the effect. “Yes. Bets. Like we agreed on GroanSpring.” Her grin did not waver.

So…Mot. If you happen to…win our first battle…what are your terms?”
PostPosted: Thu Nov 24, 2011 6:58 pm

Mot kept silent, plotting different ways to make a win worth while. His eyes lowered, looking at the envelope of photos in his hand.

He then grinned like a Cheshire cat, looking back up to Hel. "If I win? You have to wear dresses for a whole week."

Lot's and lot's of training.

Hel rose a brow as Mot seemed quiet and thoughtful and she wasn’t sure what to make of him looking at the envelope and then looking at her with that Cheshire grin. Then his terms came out. Hel’s brow twitched and her mouth pulled into a firm, tight line.

A moment of silence went by before she exploded.

What!?” She hissed. “Dresses for an entire week!?” That was…completely mortifying. Especially considering she’d be at the Academy wearing said dresses too. “You’ll have to pick some out if you win, Motty.” Hel sneered, “Because I don’t own any except for the one from the wedding!” She scowled, and then took a moment to sit and stew. What could she bet back that was of equal, mortifying value…

Oh.

She was back to grinning now.

Alright. If I win…” She started, and then jabbed a thumb at her chest. “You have to make a grab. Once a day. For a week.”

No...

xxxNo......

xxxxxxxNo..........

Mot leaned back, in haling sharply. His face went deathly pale, and a shiver ran up his spine. "B....but..."

Hel leaned forward a bit more.

You’re not…chickening out now, are you Mot?” She taunted. “I’ll even be rather considerate, and if I win, it can be done behind closed doors ~” Oh dear, this sounded rather scandalous, didn’t it? Hel didn’t care though…this was about getting under Mot’s skin, which she was doing pretty damn well at the moment.
