Saphir of Nemesis

PostPosted: Mon Dec 05, 2011 3:15 pm

(( Sorry, can you remind me what the promise was? ))

Saphir looked upon Perlita with calm focus. She was the first of the Biyotiks…the living embodiment of an experiment gone right. The others wouldn’t be here right now if it weren’t for the success of this sorceress being transfused with the essence of Sailor Nemesis. Because of this girl, he was one step closer to his goal.

“Of course,” he replied simply to her inquiry. Though it didn’t show on his features, he briefly tossed the thought in the back of his mind on whether or not it would be worth the effort of keeping his end of the deal. No matter. It was something he could decide on once the battle was over.

Saphir took another glance over the remaining members in the room. He could care less how they got along with one another, so long as they didn’t screw anything up. It would be all the better if they continued on like they were, simply willing to fight and remain distant from each other.

The impatient tapping of Perlita’s foot was really starting to grate on his nerves. He narrowed his deep azure eyes at her and said, “You may go.”

There was still so much to do. Saphir walked purposefully out of the throne room and to the space he used as a study. Papers littered the large table that centered the room. These contained a variety of things – research, statistics, battle plans, and the like. It may not have looked like it to any onlookers, but the mess was meticulously organized in his head. The man pressed his palms on the table surface, looking over the information.

He didn’t bother looking up when his daughter entered. Saphir knew her presence like the back of his hand. At her inquiry, he moved some of the papers around, resurfacing the battle plans. “Come Sophie. Take a look.”

(( Should I try to pull together actual battle plans and dump it in a proposal? ))

Sophie nodded with instant compliance to her father's calm and collected order, her exasperation silenced by the shifting of papers on his desk pile. As always, the young woman obediently walked over to her father's side, being sure to stand behind his seat in order to properly observe the plans he had laid out. As her clear eyes scanned the various markings which coated the surface, she mentally kicked herself. 'Of course he would have thought ahead...'

Though the professionalism between them had always deemed Saphir the superior one in her mind, Sophie couldn't help but continually be in awe at his intelligence. Despite the fact that she lacked informal relations with him, she still found her self, in a way, looking up to him. Resisting a sigh, Sophie carefully leaned in over her father's shoulder to take a closer look at the plans, remaining silent in her observations.

[OOC: Go for it, ^^ Or you can just kind of make them up here and now just for the sake of saving time. xD It's up to you though. Sorry for the short post. :s]

SAILOR PEARL

Perlita's cold edge softened a bit as he reassured her that he would keep his end of the deal. She immediately stopped her tapping as his eyes focused on hers. She nodded and kept her head down as he walked away. Glancing at her pocketwatch she stepped outside to the front of the palace where Vincent had said he would wait for her. Being her brother, and not a knight of any sort just yet, he was not allowed in the meetings. She usually let him know what happened anyways. The minute she stepped outside, she felt his cold grip on her arm and he dragged her around the corner of the palace and a bit further away so they couldn't be heard.

Vincent and Perlita liked to keep their conversations private. Inside the castle was not an option, ears were everywhere. Outside the castle was hard too, but it was all they had. "So?" He asked here expectantly. She explained the meeting to him in a hushed voice. By the look in his eyes she knew the only thing he wanted to know was if Saphir was planning to keep his promise. "I don't trust him." He said coldly, by the time she was done.

"It doesn't matter if you trust him or not." She snapped. "He's the only person that can help us find them. We haven't heard from our parents in 15 years Vincent, does that not worry you?" His face showed hurt as he softly said, "Of course it worries me, but you going into war worries me more. This isn't good, it's terrible in fact. You're going to war against innocent people. This isn't right." Perlita sighed. "I know it's not right." That small statement ended their conversation.

As they walked closer to the castle Vincent said softly, "I think I'm going to take up the job of being your knight." Perlita merely nodded and stayed silent as they both thought the idea through.

[[ Oh no problem. c:
It was a promise Saphir made her that he would help her find her parents if she helped him. ]]

Hades had forgotten something and assumed it was back in the meeting room. However he stumbles upon some of them still there. Had Saphir or Sapphire dismissed the group meeting yet? He frowns to himself.

He hates missing appearances of Saphir-sama. It bothers him most often but in the end he tilts his head hearing the voices of Ivory-well Sailor Ivory and that of his own counterpart, Sailor Jet.

Ivory he could live with. She was something o be wary of with her charms and body, but Jet...Jet was a tad bit off in his book. Something was never right with that girl.

However, she doesn't bother his plans, he has no problem with her.

"I suppose training will have to be scheduled again." He mutters to himself.

Well, Shelly had been absolutely no fun. He's so bored now. There was nothing- and no one- to do on this miserable planet!

He ponders for a moment. What could he do? What would be fun?

He grins, "That's it. I'll just go to Earth and see if there's some parties down there. Something fun. Rock out, things like that. "

It sounded like a sound plan. After all, there's millions of things floating around the star system. All he has to do is shadow one or something like that. It'll be great.

Though as he stands there looking around, he frowns a bit noting something else was amiss.

Tilting his head slightly he tries to locate where this feeling came from.

Exactly....?

"Where are the others?" Maybe it had something to do with them?

YOUR CAT DEMON

The night came to a close. As morning approached the Biyotiks tended to personal preparations, and as soon as the sliver of sunlight signaling dawn shined down upon the moon kingdom, many took off on the offensive. Word had spread to the enemy that an attack was approaching, and any time spent hesitating left them vulnerable. They had two different areas to attack. At the moment it seemed most of the senshi had gathered at the Moon Kingdom; yet those who were on the first wave headed for Earth. This wave was led by a handful of Biyotik soldiers and was mainly comprised of minions. Saphir had to be cautious with all strategies, and this would be enough to lure the enemy out. That was to be the setting for this war. As they arrived, they started destroying everything in their path until they found the enemy. By the time any of the senshi at the Moon Kingdom realized they had been fooled it would be too late. They reached their destination, and battle immediately broke out.

(whoever wishes to start battling please move to the Earth thread to do so)
