Lecila threw up her hands at the weak frozen state of Rohe. This will not work. They need it longer or this will last forever. "Again, Kashti and give it all you got."
Kashti barely had any strength to do much of anything but pant. However, true to his nature to follow Lecila's guidance, Kashti did as he was told and used Ice Beam again.

Once again Rohe freed herself, throwing herself flat against the floor as she did so to avoid Kashti's latest wave of attempted-freezing. When she thought it somewhat safe, she let loose another Ice Beam towards the Dratini.

Lecila watched in a moment of horror as Kashti gave a painful and mournful cry before fainting.
The trainer was quiet for a moment to absorb the defeat before calling Kashti back to his pokeball. "You did very well, Kashti. I will give you an extra special scale treatment when we get home."
Lecila looked up at the other trainer. "That was a great battle. Maybe one day, we can have a rematch to see who gotten stronger."
With that, Lecila picked up her things and left but not before giving a last wave goodbye to the other trainer.
