Alex rolled her eyes a bit as Sapphire turned towards C.J. She gave him a small smile to let him know it was okay.

C.J. smiled back, still a little red. He went for it and kissed her, still slightly nervous, but warmed up to the idea.
Arell on the other hand, was getting quite the kick out of it.

Sapphire smiled a bit and leaned towards him to make the kiss a bit easier.
Alex rolled her eyes again. If the first dare was a kiss, then this really was going to be a fun night.

C.J. kissed her . . . it felt like fireworks going off in his mind. Arell, like Alex put two and two together about it being one hell of a night.
C.J. pulled away from the kiss briefly, a smile on his face a mile wide. "I like this dare!" he said.

Sapphire was also smiling as the kiss was broken. "I'll admit...It's a nice way to start a game." she added.
"Alright, alright...your turn to pick someone, dude." Alex said, looking at C.J.

C.J. smiled, blushing redder than a boiled crawfish. "Got that right." he said with a smile. Arell on the other hand was cackling like a maniac.
"Hey, hyena! Truth or dare?" C.J. asked, getting the big Cajun's attention.
"Awright, dare me!" Arell growled.
"Dare ya to eat some of them Sardines over there." C.J. said with a smirk. "Hey, I had to think of something." he said as Arell walked over to the snack counter, picking up some of the fish.
"Easy dare." Arell said as he ate a few of the sardines.

Artemis snickered as C.J. kissed the girl. and then stopped smiling at the boy's dare.
The cat shivered when Arell picked up the fish. "eww..." He placed a paw over his eyes and made a gagging face.

Suddenly, there was a tapping, as of someone gently rapping, rapping upon the front door.

Arell perked up. "You ordered de pizza already?" he asked.
"Naw dude, I totally forgot about that. Must be a crow who thinks he's a raven or something." C.J. replied as he relaxed on the couch.

"Might be someone else finally arriving." Alex said, standing to go open up the door.
As she walked away, Sapphire glanced over at C.C., who'd been...unusually quiet the entire time. His attention had been devoted to the other talking cat in the room. But now he was staring at the door with an even more puzzled expression.
"What's wrong?" she asked.
"I don't know...." he replied, staring at the door. "I have a feeling this is rather....ominous. But she won't tell me who it is...."
Just like she had for C.J. and his friend, Alex cracked open the door just far enough for her to see who was on the other end.

Arell and C.J. looked at each other, then at the door. "Wonder who's at the door." C.J. said.
"Go find out, che'! What's de worst dat could happen? Vincent Price wantin' in?" Arell asked.
"Hey, he's cool . . . I'd party with that dead guy." C.J. replied.

Artemis sat up straight and looked at the door as well. His nose wiggled once it was open a crack, taking in a nice whiff of any scent that might make it's way in the house.
He then tilted his head and mewed softly.

There was a man and a young girl, and both of them were dressed as the Joker. The man was dressed a little TOO convincingly.

C.J. looked at the two Jokers. "Man, those costumes are somethin' else." he said, feeling a little bad that he and Arell were the only two humans in the room without a costume.
"Huh, I thought de Joker looked a li'l mo' like Jack Nicholson." Arell said. The Cajun remembered seeing all the Batman movies in the Drive-in in his hometown.
