-Brooke Page, Julian Parker, Miah Bernadetto, Camelia Grey, Eet Alvey-LeBlanc, & Isaac Kidd-

Anyone else would've found this little ritual strange, but Brooke only smiled as her second cousin clung to her. It felt nice~ "Sky~" chimed the girl, beginning to chat up mindlessly about how great it was to come to school without Erika. However that little victory, plus the fact that the teacher wasn't here yet, was interrupted by the principal. As luck would have it, she decided to home in on her. The girl flinched lightly at the book on her head, not that it really hurt, but it was uncomfortable. She glanced up at Judith with confused eyes, for just a second for that eternal glare Judith had made anyone squirm. "...I-I... Chinese?" She was only eight! How was she supposed to know any of THAT anyways!? "...I....I don't know..."

Miah usually had no problem listening to Mimi, except when it was to get her in trouble with Romane. Right now, well she was still bummed, so she didn't pay the little girl much attention. Especially not now that Cunningham showed up. Uh oh... As stupid as their teacher was, Miah would take her over this one any day. Luckily for her though, Miah was not the object of her demise, the other girl was. Boy was she doomed. Now while that one was going to suffer a bit, Miah leaned back on her seat and continued to chew her gum, causing a very badly timed 'Pop!' from her mouth. Dammit...

---

Leave it to Judith to come in just when she was about to get to work... It wouldn't be her if she didn't have that crucial timing. It wasn't like she had a second to reply since the woman was already taking over the other classroom. Something useful she says... Camelia shook her head slightly and glanced at her roll book. Same old... except two or three new faces, one kid moving from the other student, for some miracle Catrina wasn't here... It looked like all was in order-of course. "Good morning everyone. As you all well should know I am your higher education teacher, Camelia Grey, Ms. Grey. Emphasis on higher, not whatever babble your previous teacher has given you. That goes specifically to you" started off the woman taking a moment to look at Julian. "We will continue where we left off last year, European-" Her eyes shifted to Lilia for a moment before taking a few steps away from her desk. "You. You're not mine. Go over to the kids. Now. I have a class to give." That headache was Gemma's alone. As well that thing's siblings. "The rest of you, get your books" she told them before carrying on with instructions and the chapter assignments, quite obviously ignoring Lilia until she was done. "You're still here? You do know where your class is? Or did you forget?" asked Camelia, in a not so amused tone. These kids had her for the following 5 grades, formalities were only for HER first day. And that was nine years ago, now it was expected of them to be ready to head into class on their first day.

Well someone had an attitude problem. Granted he did too, but Julian wasn't about to snap at the first kid that bumped-All right maybe if said kid behaved like the one in front of him. What was his problem!? He said he was sorry! Sheesh! Julian's brow furrowed and stuck his hands in his pocket, if only because Judith passed right behind him. Oh how he would've snapped at him back... It was the first day, in a new class! He didn't care but dammit that didn't mean he had to deal with a moody kid. Before he could get further thoughts and silly rage on it his new teacher spoke up. Thank you making him the new kid. The blond frowned visibly and sulked to his chair, kicking his backpack to pent out his frustration. Well this sucked...

While their new teacher spoke up Isaac's mind was wondering what was going on. That kid in the back, Eet, was creeping the hell out of him. Why wasn't he moving and just staring at them? Weirdo... Well, she seemed strict, but less than the one who appeared.... He could handle that... Then the tone shifted from class to someone else. And he was lost again... Was that girl a part of their class? First days weren't much good. He felt completely lost.

- In the Older Kids Room… -

When he saw his grandmother entering the classroom, Wilhelm, unlike all the other kids in the class room, didn’t panic. This was probbaly due to the fact that he was spending more time with her than anyone else currently in school, being family and all. She was even tutoring him every now and then, only reason that his grades were above average when, really, he was just an average student. Still, he knew better than to displease her. She could be quite… severe in her punishments. He knew, oh, he knew. He turned around in order to sit straight in his chair (which really meant that he was sitting on top of it tailor style or had his kneed up to his chin, or one left under or all at the same time in some weird impossible speed) and waited for Miss Grey to start her lecture. Urgh. European History? Noooooooooooooooooooooooooo. That was BORING. Not only was it boring, he knew all about it already! Not by choice, but when your grandmother’s , who’s the school principal AND your tutor, principal interest IS European history, you end up knowing more about it than you’d even want too! So, instead of listening to Camelia like he should, he decided to do the next best thing, and look around him.

First, he started look outside, but it was still the same old outside as usual, with the exception of Maxine sitting on top of the tree (who knew how she had gotten there…) , but it wasn’t like he had actually noticed the girl being there, or cared much for her. Then, he started to look at John, and by look, I mean start at him and start picture him without his shirt… pants… underwear…. Commingout of a pool.. yeeeep. That was a good way to pass time! Not that he was gay, mind you, but John was attractive enough even for straight guys! Or something…. Maybe it was better to look somewhere else. Somewhere like Peter! At least Peter never was naked in his head when he stared at him. He was just curious about what the boy was doing… which was…EXANGING NOTES WITH THE NEW KID? No. No way. Why? Why were they… why were they excluding him in the note exchange! Peter never exanged notes with him before! Why was he doing it with Benji? Was Benji better than Wilhelm? Peter was going to stop being his friend and exange him for Benji. No…. that was.. Horrible. He had to do something! Something like… LIKE EXANGING NOTES WITH PETER. YEAH. He had to get up to date with the new trends if he didn’t want to loose Peter as a friend. He quickly grabbed a piece of paper and scribbled on it before passing it to Peter. There! FRIENDSHIP SAVED.
Hey Peter ;D
What’s up? Wanna hang after school?
Bakery
Yeah? Yeah!

– Meanwhile, in the elementary room… -

Judith’s stares stayed on Brooke, waiting for her to answer her question. She didn’t care if the other two girls in the class knew the answer; she wanted to know if Brooke did. What use was it to let kids who knew the answer say it? This would just encourage laziness for those who didn’t. ”And might I ask why you don’t know? You think it’s not important to learn about China? You do realize that they are becoming first nation of the world, don’t you? The USA are destroying themselves, Canada is too lazy to do anything, No one knows that south America or Africa even exist and the European contries are too busy fighting among each other to do anything right. China is where the future lies. A future that you obviously wont have. I suppose ever the bar need some strippers.” Yup. Even at only eight year old, Brooke was now a stripper in becoming in Juith’s mind. Not like she could do anything other than that if she remained so stupid. Kids should do an effort to learn what was assigned for them to read. If the book was in the program, it should be expected that they read it all before school actually begane. They could be asked a question anytime and then punish for not knowing the answer. Punish like how Brooke was about to be, when Judith was distracted by a loud pop.
She quickly moved her eyes in Miah’s direction, staring at her the same way she had done to Brooke before. Without saying a word, she walk toward the girl, shoved her fingers in her mouth and took the gum out. She looked at it for a second, letting it stretch between her fingers. ”Miss Lee?”, she asked Chun Fei without even bothering to look at her. Let’s say you are a highly respected professor, a position you are rightfully proud off, and you have to teach a class because one of your employee didn’t see fit to show up that day. You ask a student a question that she should know if she had done her summer readings, but she is a complete idiot in front of the question. When you are about to give the answer, you are interrupter by a girl chewing gum. In this situation, you stuck with two girls irritating you, and a sticky gum between your fingers. If you were to punish one of them by placing the gum back in one’s hair, would you punish the one who wasted your time by not doing her homeworks, or the one who so rudely interrupted the whole class?”

- Outside the school, up in the trees… -

Maxine was sitting on top of a tree. Three minutes ago, she was in a corner of her class room. How had she gotten there? Ah…. It was something to ponder about and Maxine was good at pondering things, so, she pondered about it….

Styde was sitting nice and quiet at his seat. True, normally he would have gave some effort to make some kind of friend on his first day... But, things weren't as easy here as they were at the other schools hes been too. One, he was used to being with tons of students his age. This room was filled with kids years younger than him. And secondly, they were all quite intimidating. They all had very... Distinct presences. Ones that someone so plain like Styde, couldn't match up with. The boy shrank in his seat until a voice brought him out of his funk. He looked up to see a young girl, Lilia, one probably around his sister's age. She was addressing him right? Wait, why was she even here? His eyes followed his fingers to see the white haired boy she was addressing. Did he know him? "Ah- Well..." Of course he didn't, but the boy didn't get a chance to tell the blonde. Before he could finish what seemed like an answer, their teacher walked in, shooing the girl away. He sighed, mostly in his mind. That girl was another intense one... And so was the teacher. This school was a little to much...

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Back in the other classroom, Icis was doing the complete opposite of her brother. She was enjoying herself talking to the beautiful blue twin tail haired girl, Lyra, but of course something had to interrupt her again. This time it was a teacher though. And like a proper lady, the brunette followed her instructors orders and sat down in her seat. She watched as the older woman picked on one of the cuties, Brooke, in the front of the classroom, which, she would be fine with. Sometimes it wasn't worth it to defend them all. But when she, and her teacher, heard a pop, both their heads turned to a little blonde beauty, Miah, towards the back. Icis stared her down, not able to take her eyes off her. That face, that small frame, and that attitude! What a perfect little thing! Though, the teacher couldn't appreciate that. And when she threaten to harm either one of their long silky hair, the girl couldn't sit back anymore. She instantly rose from her seat and growled at the woman. Losing that ladylike behavior for just a second. "Why don't you punish the old hag who would dare even speak of such a thing!" She said with a huff, crossing her arms and pouting her cheeks, "You... You enemy of beauty!" What a disgusting... Thing! She gritted her teeth and sent a mean glare towards the woman. A woman she had yet to figure out was her principle.

Little Skyla was perfectly content with listening to Brooke go on and on about the joys of Erika not being around. She loved Erika. But, Brooke was more important. Which is why when Judith walked into the class, the tiny blonde whimpered at the thought of having to go back to her desk. However, the lady would have yelled at her if she didn't. So she scurried off back to her seat and sat quietly. And when the teacher picked on her best friend she could feel a her stomach tense up. If only she could protect her! But, instead she just sunk into her seat and whimper some more. Up until a certain brunette made a scene in the back of the class. This caused Skyla to look back and watch as the events unfolded. She nodded to the girls words. Though not truly understanding what was happening.

~ ~ ~ ~ ~

European history..? John frowned as he heard what their subject would be about – unfortunately, it was his worst subject. Then again, every subject was his worst subject. He didn't have any good subjects! How was he supposed to make the teacher happy if he didn't?! He couldn't even help others with their studies this way! He vaguely recalled allowing other kids back in third grade copy his homework and the horrible memories of everyone failing as a result still struck a cord in him. School only further reminded him of this horrific failure and he was certain everyone was still waking up each morning, looking through all their past homework, and wondering why John had let them fail! He would be dishonoring their loss by not doing the same to himself. He swallowed a lump in his throat as he took out his textbook from his.. oh, right, no backpack. He forgot. He put his hands on his notebook instead of the air he was grasping at, flipping it open to get ready to copy down everything the teacher had to say since Conor had sold his school-issued textbooks. It was fine, though; John would pay it off later when the newspaper gave him the money to cover it.

But, the teacher had put her attention elsewhere and John too had taken this chance to look at his friends – or people he really wanted to be his friends even if they probably didn't want the same back. Yeah. Anyway, John looked over to them and his face fell. Wilhelm was passing Peter a note, Benji was giving Peter a note, and.. John Wayne, John hadn't given a note to Peter yet! Why were they doing it?! He didn't understand, but he wasn't going to mess up by not following suit! He took his paper and hurriedly scribbled out a panicked note of,

Happy Birthday, Peter!
Happy Holidays!
Did your hamster die? I'm sorry.
I'm sorry; I don't know what else to write – is it not your birthday?? Do you own a hamster? Is there a holiday today?? I'm sorry.
Please don't copy my homework, I don't want you to fail.
If you do copy it.
You can if you want.
I'm being selfish, aren't I?
I'm sorry.

Then he handed it as subtly as he could over to Peter and went back to paying attention to the teacher; he had covered all the bases, right? ..Oh, John, he hoped so..

~ ~ ~ ~ ~

Of course. Ugly women like Ms. Grey could never let Lilia be. She gave a long, drawn out sigh as she mused on how her beauty would always cause problems for her. It was such a problem being so perfect! She would have to call Alanis later – she was sure Alanis understood at least some small bit of the woes she had to face. She twirled a lock of golden hair and stuck her nose up in the air as Camelia addressed her again, completely unamused by this situation. “No. This is my classroom, Ms. Grey – I think you're too stupid and gross to understand.” She replied with a small huff of annoyance, “Ms. Cunningham understood – she'll probably fire you if you don't understand too.” It was the truth! Or, well, as far as Lilia saw it, anyway. Lilia was going to be the next mayor in a few years and that meant she was basically the mayor now, which really meant that she owned everything on the island including the schoolhouse. If she said this was her classroom, then, yes, it was and Camelia would have to suck it up and deal.

WHY. WASN'T. SHE. PICKING. HER?! Mimi flailed her arms harder – yes, arms because both of them were in the air now wildly in an attempt to get the principals attention. She could answer her! She knew what to say! She didn't care what Miah or – ? Miah?! Miah was being talked to?! Oh, GODDESS, Mimi had to save her friend! She had to now! RIGHT NOW! What would happen if she didn't?! Gum! GUM WOULD HAPPEN! She couldn't stand this anymore and wouldn't – no, wait. She would stand this! Because she was climbing ontop her desk to stand ontop of it so she could stand against it! Ah, so much standing was needing to be done! But Mimi never did standing very well, so instead she hopped on the desk hazardously and continued to wave her arms to get Judy's attention, mouthing out the woman's name repeatedly in hopes that this would distract her from Miah. She wasn't sure about Brooke for she hadn't met her and she didn't care about Chun.. whatever, because the girl was weird and quiet, but she knew she had to help her friend! And, plus, she had to take revenge on Judy for not letting her talk. SHE COULD EXPLODE. Didn't Judy know that?!

~ ~ ~ ~ ~

Brian, on his own little spot of the classroom, was pretty much enjoying the entirety of it all. Because alll of the girls were getting so mad and funny! Seriously, Brian normally hated going to school, but today was actually pretty fun. From Miah chewing gum, Brooke not knowing the answer, weird girl screaming about beauty, weirder girl jumping on her desk, and sleeping kid in the background – it really was the perfect example of chaos. He really liked this new teacher – Gemma never had to deal with all the kids acting like this! It was always about learning and not about who got to stick gum in who's hair! He shifted his eyes from the other kids to the one's who were being smart and quiet, wondering if anyone was finding this as funny as he was. In fact, while the teacher was distracted.. He took out a piece of paper and wrote on it~

whose gonna get gum in their hair? I think weird brown-hair girl screaming.

Pass it on. =D

With that done, he slipped the paper over to Skyla and then went on to watching the fun.

~ ~ ~ ~ ~

This.. really wasn't the best of days for anyone, was it? Vi was all ready to learn about things that Ed had already taught her – her brother really could get bored when they were alone at home – when everyone decided to disrupt into.. everything! She glanced at everyone trying to be all mean and loud to her new favorite teacher and made special note not to ever talk to them. Daddy wouldn't like it, Ed wouldn't like it, and the teacher wouldn't like it either, she bet! She kept her hands folded firmly on her desk and kept on looking right ahead, pointedly ignoring the disruption in the classroom like a good student should. She didn't care who got gum in their hair so long as someone did and they could get on with class!

~ ~ ~ ~ ~

Xochiquetzal, who had been almost awaken by all the loud thuds and yelling within the room, was thinking very, VERY hard about being somewhere else. Somewhere.. quiet.. somewhere.. relaxing.. Away from all this noise and loud energy.. She was thinking of being somewhere.. woody.. or leafy.. somewhere so.. outside and high.. Like in a tree. Yes, Xochiquetzal was dreaming that she was in a tree and watching everything happening within the room from the window. She had already drifted deep back into slumber, thinking nothing but sitting outside on the tree in the school's yard~

Yue was quite confident that the principal would call on her. Afterall, this was destiny, this was her chance to move up and get away from these stupid children, and there was no way she was going to let it pass her by! The girl Judith had called on didn't know, of course she didn't know. She was just a stupid little girl! So when Judith called for a 'miss Li', Yue was so excited, she would have leaped from her seat if she had had chance. But when she turned to reply, she saw that Judith meant Chun Fei. NO. This was not how it was supposed to work! She was supposed to impress the teacher, not her stupid little crybaby sister! Ohh, she was going to regret this, when they got home! She shot her sister a glare before raising her arm even more intently. That's when she noticed Mimi, doing the same. She wasn't going to lose to her! Yue lifted her hand in the air so eagerly, she was beginning to lift from her seat.

This was a nightmare. Chun Fei barely liked Gemma enough as it was, but now she had to deal with a woman who was even scarier than Mao. When Judith called on her, she sank down in her seat. She really didn't know what the principal was asking, it was too much for her little seven year old brain to understand. She glanced around the classroom nervously, as if looking for someone to come to her rescue, but she only met eyes with Yue, who looked like she was about to murder her. That was too much for her, and the little girl began to cry. This woman was scary! Her sister was scary! She just wanted to go home!

That was all Jian needed. Although he understood that, yes, Judith was a threat, Chun Fei crying was more important than that. He quickly leaped to his feet and pointed an accusing finger at Judith. "Hey! Don't pick on my sister!" he cried. "Or... or... or Mothra will eat you!" For his birthday, his grandfather had sent him a box set of old Japanese monster movies dubbed into Chinese. Yeah, Mothra seemed like a suitable punishment for bullying Chun Fei.

---

European history. Peter wasn't a fan of history, actually. It was too long and complicated. Hard for him to imagine, too. It was just a bunch of dead guys doing things that didn't matter anymore! So he let out a small, disappointed sigh as he reached down to get his books. And when he sat back up again, there wasn't just one note on his desk, but three. For a moment, he could feel himself start to panic. Notes were bad! You weren't supposed to pass notes! That was something people got in trouble for! Not that he had ever experienced it before, but he had seen it on those weird sitcoms his mother watched! So for a long moment, he stared at the notes on his desk, unsure of what to do. Should he hide them? Ignore them, and hope they go away? Tell the teacher some hooligan left notes on his desk? He was being framed? ...But it would be rude to not read them, so he quickly swept them onto his lap (he was so smooth sometimes~) and began, with trembling hands, look at the notes given to him. First was from Benji. His parents were dead? The blonde haired boy gave his new classmate a started look, which then softened into a look of understanding. They had something in common! ...Well, not really, since it was only his dad who was dead, and he didn't know anything about him, and Alt was the only dad he had ever known, and there was Reed, too, but STILL. Quickly, Peter scribbled a word on the back of the note and passed it back.
Okay.

Next was from Wilhelm. Peter smiled to himself. He could have just asked him later! Once more, he wrote a word sloppily at the bottom of the note and handed it back.
Okay.

Last was from... John...? Peter was especially perplexed by this one. Was it his birthday? No, that wasn't until Winter. Was it a holiday? He didn't know either. Had his hamster died? His mother had set his hamster free because she was bored, but last time Peter had checked, it was still alive, living quite happily on the hamster food he put outside every morning. In the evenings, the food was gone, and if the hamster wasn't eating it, then what was? In any case, he appreciated the gesture, he wasn't some sort of ungrateful monster, so he smiled at John before writing his reply.
Okay?

He was so good at this writing notes thing! It would be fun if he could do that all the time!

Oh, this was so quickly going out of control, wasn’t it? There was no way that Judith could control this class of little monsters. She was used to teach young adults! Not little kids! Oh, she should have let Gemma handle all of that! She was getting too old for it! … Not. As if she was thinking any of that. If anything, children were easier to handle that the rest of the school. She stood up as straight as she could and gave the whole class one of those glare that would send shiver down anyone’s back. She slowly closed the book that she was holding and proceeded to deal with the situation. Who had she to deal with first? Well, of course, the biggest delinquent of them all, Brian. ”Mister Romanov , You’ll be in detention for the rest of the week for passing notes in class as well as have twice the ammont of homeworks. Not like you have anything else to do at home anyway, concidering your father is a bum and you’re mother don’t care about you and buys your love with gifts.” Of course Judith knew all about each and every of her student’s home life. As the principal of the school, it was her duty to do so, after all.

Next, do deal with the screaming girl and boy. As for your two, she said as she looked in both Jian and Icis directions. ”You are disrespecting a figure of authority as well as causing trouble in a public place. I believe a night in jail would be appropriate, don’t you think so, Miss Murrow?” She took her PDA in her hand and pressed a couple of buttons. Soon, wall next to the blackboard slide, revealing a secret door, with Romane standing behind it. Turns out that there was a secret underground passage linking both the police station and the school, a little add on that Judith had made sure to be built in the school when she had taken over it. As to how she knew that Romane was watching the class… well, she doubted that any of the kid in the class where addicted to coffee yet, and there was a strong smell of it floating in the air whenever she walked close to the blackbord. It had been simple logical deduction. Having Romane there would also calm Mimi, she was sure, which left only three problems left, that is Miah, Brook and Chun Fei who didn’t know the answer to her question. Pathetic. ”Miss Li, the other one with her hand raised, since your sister seems to be lacking some… mental abilities, would you mind answering the question while officer Romane arrest you fellow students?”

Judith must have had a strong sense of smell for Romane had had that cup of coffee at least an hour ago in a different room, no less! But, then again, Romane drank enough for it to be more likely that coffee spilled from her veins than blood – her smelling of coffee wasn't that much of a leap. She stood behind the blackboard, having been standing there for the last twenty minutes watching her children and wondering why her daughter was acting like a madman with no one to stop her when the doorway leading into the school suddenly opened. The mayor had approved of it to help protect the Sonata children in a moment's notice ever since Gaston had allowed them to go to regular school, but it lately had been used to just give the officers something to watch during breaks. Romane didn't allow televisions in the station.

Agreed, Principal Cunningham.” Romane replied without much hesitance, already being aware of the situation before the door had even opened. She normally would have rejected someone who didn't use the title she was so proud of, but, Romane was more inclined to handcuff the two children giving her own children such a bad influence. Once she secured the cuffs onto both, which only took thirty seconds or so of work, the woman turned to look at Mimi sternly – but the child was already off her desk and sitting like a perfect angel. Well. It was good to know her presence alone worked well enough. “Your supplies will be gathered by your current guardians and delivered to the station after they are informed of your current situation.” She told the little boy and girl as she took them both with one hand, “Come quietly.

xxx"And I wish that plant life would grow all around me..."

Benji was a little nervous as everyone was starting to follow his lead and drop a note on Peter's desk. His mind buzzing about what they could be talking about. Perhaps they were gossiping about what a big loser he was. It was so stressful. Eagerly, Ben took the note Peter gave him and instantly unfolded it. A single word that meant little to nothing to Ben. He sighed. He was a loser.

Resettling hismelf in his seat, Benji stared to take interest in the class. Well, not so much interest as attention. If he were to be hated, he would be hated and smart. It was better than just having nothing to lean upon. In all honesty, the class bored him. Oh well, there were only so many things he could do: one of which was to doodle. He began go create charactures of his classmates. Poor sketches really, only stick figures with a small detail, like hair and clothes. There was nothing else to do when the teacher was so boring.

"...So I won't feel dead anymore."xx

Styde just sat and watch as the blonde, who previously addressed him, said such... Outrageous things to the teacher. Where could someone get the nerve to do such a thing? Create such a commotion? Garner so much attention!? The boys stomach churned at the thought. And as he tried to calm himself down... Well, things only got worse. From the classroom over, he could hear his sisters voice... And more so, he could hear what seemed to be quite a incident starting up. The boy could feel his heart skip a beat. He gulped down some air and tightened his hands, if she did something to screw up on her first day... "E-Excuse me!" The boy called to the teacher before she could answer Lilia back, "I'll return this girl to her classroom!" It took two seconds for him to grab the blonde by the wrist and drag her through the hallway. He had to do it fast before anyone noticed it was him. It would suck to be the center of attention just because of his idiot sister. Outside of the younger kids classroom he let go of the girl and opened the door. Of course, only to see his sister and another boy being handcuffed, and a couple of students obviously freaked out. "P-Principle Cunningham!" He spoke up as if he was going to resolve the issue.

Now, for some reason, in the blink of an eye, Icis was in handcuffs from some lady who appeared from thin air. What kind of... The girl began to squirm, "Let go of me!" How dare they do this! She had done nothing wrong. It was that wrinkly b***h who was causing the trouble! The brunettes teeth clenched together, about to verbally assault her principle. Unfortunately, one other very annoying disturbance got in her way. But, before that annoyance could intervene, the girl lashed out at him harshly. "STYDE!" Her voice screeched as her brother flinched, "What the hell are you doing here!?!" Just seeing his face brought her anger to a new level. She tried to shake off Romane like a rabid dog, stomping and thrashing from side to side. If he embarrassed her here... She would die! All the cute girls, gone because of her stupid brother! Of course, she paid no attention that she was just being arrested in front of the whole class. But hey, somethings are just more important than others. To Icis, the most important thing was keeping her image.

The boys whole body began to shut down as he heard his sisters yell. She was terrifying, like a savage beast ready to tear him apart. However, if he didn't at least try to defuse the situation, there would be an even more terrifying person waiting for him at home to explain what had happened. So Styde took in a deep breath and looked at the principle pleadingly. "Principle Cunningham, I'm sorry to barge in, but isn't it a bit extreme to be handcuffing young children?" He really couldn't understand what they could have done to got to this conclusion, but it must have been bad. He looked over to the police woman and than back at Judith and began to speak once again, "I mean the boy is just a kid." He couldn't even have hit the double digits on age. Icis stomped and growled as she waited for her brother to defend her as well. "If anything, you can just take the girl into custody for his offense to," He wouldn't.

-Brooke Page, Julian Parker, Miah Bernadetto, Camelia Grey, Eet Alvey-LeBlanc, & Isaac Kidd-

Not a good day. Definitely not a good day. Brooke could normally keep a composed self at this, well as composed as an 8 year old could be, but there were situations that even she couldn't handle very well. This one, by the threat of losing her hair was one of those. Her gaze had simply focused on Judith, trying to rack her brain for an answer or something to save her. She didn't remember Chinese stuff in her books! Oh... this was-Rewind and what? After Brooke stopped that slight panic in her head she glanced around to what had happened. Two kids jumping up and down, the sheriff and two kids being arrested... And another guy coming in... "..." What could she really do except sink slightly in her chair. Did Judith forget about her? Or not... oh dear. Think Brooke think. Chinese province... What was a province!? Oh to heck with it, the girl gave up on that and accepted her fate.. her hair... and gum... Oh gross by her principal too... Of course all this madness was going on in her head, to everyone else there was just a girl with her head on her desk with a small "Grhfnaj" grumbling coming out of her.

What... the... heck... happened just now? Miah had been registering the lack of gum when all hell broke loose. Of course she had taken the counter approach of Brooke who seemed scared at the threat, she was downright mad. How dare she think of taking that into her hair!? Miah had settled into a pretty firm glare which had been broken when another girl started yelling, and other looked like she was vibrating-oh that was Mimi, and another and-Yeah crazy. Romane was here and arresting... people... What a day Julian chose to be in the other class... A raised eyebrow was sent to the girl being arrested... with the other kid coming to the room. Well this wasn't a fun day... Romane was here, which meant this would end badly anyway they put it... Might as well take another piece of gum, and that's just what she did. It would probably piss Judith off even more, but Miah was mad at this whole thing, might as well enjoy chewing the gum before it's in her hair. She had learned tho, this time no bubbles.

---

Oh ho. Lilia Sonata. Camelia was quite close to dragging her out of the room, and she had a taken a step to do so, but another boy, Styde, quickly took care of that for her. However any sign of good news from that was killed when the ruckus next door was heard. Dammit all to hell, Judith was going to blame her if that boy got involved... No use going over there, then she'd definitely get yelled at for leaving these ones unattended. Speaking of them, Camelia zeroed in on those notes and stopped by each desk taking them out of their hands. The teacher gave them a quick scan before stopping at her desk to drop them in her shredder. "No after-school plans Wilhelm, Peter, John. You can spend the time cleaning the school. You know the rules, no notes. And Benji, you can enjoy your first day right there with them cleaning too. Welcome to the Vulture" said the woman with a slight sarcastic smile. "Now back to your text books before whatever is happening over there moves over here. We start in the year..." and with the Camelia began her class, writing a few things in the board and being all, teacher-y.

What the hell was going on in this place!? Isaac had looked over to that blonde girl, who was now dragged outside by the kid in front of him away. The yells from the room made him jump. Was everything all right? He glanced around the room to see everyone all right with it, even that blonde kid, Julian, merely shook his head in irritation, before staring at the board. This... place... wasn't... normal... But the class started... oh this sucked.

Jian didn't like this, not one bit. He didn't like the way Judith was speaking to him, he didn't like the handcuffs that hung from his thin little wrists, he didn't like the brash, loud girl he was stuck with, he didn't like the four-eyed nerd from the other class treating him like... like Chun Fei! Sure, Romane appearing from nowhere was pretty cool, but it didn't make the rest of the situation any better! The only good part about this was that he was going out in style~ He doubted even Xochiquetzal had been to a police station! So although he was grumbling to himself in Chinese while Romane dealt with him, he didn't resist, or put up much of a fight. That is, until that nerd came in.

"What?" Jian cried, looking up at Styde angrily. "I'm not a kid!" That was a huge insult! He was just as grown up as anyone else! He was more of an adult than his sisters combined, at least. Would a kid speak up against his principal like that? Of course not, kids would cry, like Chun Fei was! "You're a kid!" Then again, he was only seven years old, so it was probably best not to raise one's expectations too much.

Yue didn't really care that her sister was crying or that her brother was getting arrested. Well, no, that wasn't true, she wasn't some sort of heartless monster who delighted in the pain of her siblings. But she understood that no matter what happened, her mother would come in and fix everything and SHE would be the one who ended up being scolded, so there was no point in fighting it. Besides, the principal had called on her! Finally! "Yes!" she cried as she leaped to her feet, so relieved to have her chance that she couldn't bear sitting. "Anhui province - Hefei, Fujian province - Fuzhou, Henan province - Zhengzhou, Beijing - Beijing," she beamed when she got to her family's birthplace -- as far as she was concerned, she was from there, too! Even though she had been born in Nirvani. And so she continued, listing the regions and their capitals, until she reached the end. Then she met some trouble. "Uh... uh... Oh, Hainan! Um, um... um... Oh, shoot... Err..." She could never remember the small ones! She could see it on a map, but the capital city... What was it? She couldn't remember! She stared up at Judith with wide, terrified eyes, before turning a bright shade of pink and taking her seat again without another word.

---

In the next room, Peter wasn't having such a great time, either. He was just trying to be polite, that's why he replied to the notes! And he had gotten in trouble for it! Oh, he knew it was a bad idea to leave those on his desk! He should have pretended they were someone else's. But it was too late, Miss Grey had seen them, and she had scolded him. When was the last time he had been scolded for something that wasn't just talking too loudly or walking in front of the TV? He couldn't remember! And so all he could think to do was mutter a quick embarrassed "Sorry," and slump down in his seat, distracting himself with his textbook. How embarrassing!

Iɴ ᴛʜᴇ 8ᴛʜ-12ᴛʜ Cʟᴀssʀᴏᴏᴍ..

~ ~ ~ ~ ~

The world had just crumbled in on John. He had done something wrong?! ..No, wait, this was pretty much what John did every second of the day. No world-crumbling here; he actually felt right at home with that lump in his throat and eyes downcast towards his feet, which twiddled idly together underneath his desk. Not that he liked it or anything, but he couldn't say this was the end of his world; it was just yet another step down Disappointment Lane, which his own imaginary house sat on. Detention.. at least he had it with his friends.. or.. were they friends? Oh, no, no, they probably weren't now that he had gotten them all into such trouble. He could feel the complete utter disdain emanating from them – they hated him and he knew it. John would have to spend his entire detention writing sorry notes so they could maybe someday – years down the road – accept him kinda. Well, at the very least, maybe accept him in a 'back-up not really a friend but good enough filler when someone doesn't show' way? He could at least try. But, for now, he would just focus on being the best student ever so maybe he could make up for making his teacher mad.

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

Like all good children should, Mimi, Vi, Brian, and Xochiquetzal were quiet as mice during this. Although Mimi was doing it more so out of habit, Brian was enjoying it too much to get involved, and Xochiquetzal was asleep.. ..Ah, well, at least Vi was being quiet and patient with the intention of being good! Hopefully, Judith would give her lots of praise for being such a good student! She smiled slightly as she took into that delightful daydreamy world in which everyone she wanted praise from was totally capable of giving it and not.. well, who they really were. Ah, well, she was young; she was allowed to play pretend every so often.

In the part of the room that actually deserved attention, Lilia had just found herself shoved into the middle of it before she could understand what had happened. Either the nerdy glasses kid was secretly a masked wrestler or she had a very random moment of weakness. Lilia was not one to be dragged around without at least some protest and, surely, one of her bodyguards would have stepped out to reprimand the older guy the second she opened her mouth – so how did..? Ah, screw it. Lilia didn't care really; all she knew was that some guy was (practically) holding her hand like he wanted her! Not that it was a surprise – Lilia was beautiful, perfect, and wanted by anything that had any sense. She yanked her arm back from Styde before he had the chance to drop it, scowling at him as he turned his attention from her to.. what? That flat-chested gross tomboy?

You!” She crossed her arms after giving an attention-grabbing kick to Styde's shin. “How dare you manhandle a Sonata?! I should have you hanged!” She paused, stuck her nose up in the air, and stated firmly to everyone within earshot, “I don't deserve this treatment. I'm leaving this classroom and moving onto to better things. Judith,” She looked over to the principal with a huff – she was just another servant as far as she was concerned, after all! “I'm too grown-up for this room. I'm Mrs. Grey's student for now on. Good bye.” With that, she left back to the older kid's classroom. To hell with whatever Camelia thought – she had just told Judith to change her classroom and, as an obedient peasant, she would! Then the teacher would have no room to complain.

Romane hadn't even bothered to stop the next-mayor-to-be from leaving – not out of respect, but more so because she was low on handcuffs. Her third set had already been slapped onto Styde's wrists, after all! How dare he speak against Judith? Not only that, he was interrupting the class and giving Mimi and Julian a very bad example of how an older student should act! At least Lilia had left, thus removing her bad example from her children's eyes. Styde, however, would require physical force to move out, obviously. Which was why, without much more room for protest, Romane had given her nod to Judith and pulled Jian, Icis, and Styde out of the classroom to spend the night in jail. Or at least until their parents arrive.

~And the School Day went on like usual! END DAY.~
