When the cold water came back at him, Jericho flinched once again, but he didn't cry out like with the last time. While Riley couldn't see it, perhaps she would sense a bit of mischievousness coming from the dragon as a devious smile curled up onto his lips. There would be some sloshing as he shifted in the tub.
Then, without warning, one of his wings kinda flicked out from the curtains to spray his friend with more water.

WHAT- She truly hadn't expected a wing's worth of water, and she cringed as it soaked her skirt. She stood up, flaring in anger, and cupped both of her hands under the cold water of the sink. Then she turned, opened the curtain fully with her teeth, and dropped a dump of cold water right square in Jericho's middle.
This was acceptable punishment.

Snickering as he heard her cry out, Jericho peeked out briefly to see her. Uh oh. She was angry now. Ducking back behind the curtain, he tried to carry on but then she showed up and dumped more cold water onto him.
"AH!" he shouted before sinking further into the tub, rubbing the chilled area to try and warm it back up.
After a moment or so, he stared up at Riley and lifted a hand to flick some more water at her forehead.

I'm going to drown you. Riley chuckled, as the water flickered at her in the end. You are the one who needs the shower. Not me.
She bent in and took the soap from the holder, then dropped it in the water with a splash.
Oops. You dropped the soap.
Helpful as ever, she closed the curtain and went back to sitting on the sink.

Jericho grinned up at Riley cheekily.
"Never hurts to get a little more clean," he chuckled before watching as she pushed the soap into the water. At the comment, he raised an eyebrow up at her, wondering what she was trying to get at there, but then went to try and fish the soap out from the bottom of the tub.
However, it was a little hard to get a hold onto now, and he found himself struggling to keep it within his grasp.
Furrowing his brow, he tried to grip it, but then the bar of soap slipped out of the tub, landing onto the bathroom floor. His arm could be seen sticking out from the curtain, trying to reach for it.
"Uh,.. Riley?"

Riley saw the soap plop out from under the shower curtain, and slapped her forehead. She had just joked about dropping the soap, but then.. he went and actually did it. She rolled her eyes and stood up, then bent to pick up the soap and opened the shower.
Jericho. She chastised. You look like you could use more cold water. Drop the soap again and I promise I will fulfill that need. She dropped the soap in the tub again, closed the curtain, and picked the little pygmy dragon up to sit on her lap when she sat on the counter again.
Sheesh, Jericho. Did your mother hand bathe you when you lived at home, or something? Ah, no, dragons.. perhaps a tongue bath? Certainly you should not expect that kind of service here. She scritched under the pygmy dragons muzzle. I have no tongue.

Chuckling nervously as the soap was returned, Jericho continued to wash himself. He did not want more cold water, no. Though, at Riley's question, he paused for the moment. Well, he generally did take showers rather than baths. The tongue comment had him laughing though.
"Ah well. Though in my true form, baths usually just involved... jumping into some water or lava and maybe rolling around. Not much scrubbing involved.
He paused for a moment, thinking back on the no-tongue thing.
"Though.. do you ever kinda wish you still had a mouth in your current form? Well.. I guess not since you have a way to eat still and whatnot."

The question made her expression rise in amusement. Well. Technically, you forget I do have experience with a mouth and tongue. In natural form, I have one. I don't miss it very much. I can taste with my tentacles just as well as I did with my tongue.
She reached into the pygmy's mouth even as she spoke of tongues, and tugged on the minipets tongue curiously. Why, do you wish I had a mouth?

The pygmy made a sort of draconic purring before its mouth was opened up to have its tongue pulled. Blinking, it stared up at Riley curiously.
"Well I know that. I just kinda have a hard time imagining what it'd be like. Then again, I can't speak telepathically like you could," he chuckled, "And well.. it's hard to say. I don't really wish either way. It's really just a curiosity."

Her fingers held the tiny tongue, wiggling it, and her face crunched up in amusement. It was almost cute, if she were a good judge of such a thing.
I could cover your mouth for an entire day, and force you to speak to me only through the mind, if you'd like to test it out. She offered jokingly. Though, I think perhaps for you it would be more of a test than it is for me. Most of my life was spent communicating through the mind even when I did have a mouth.. this change was purely cosmetic. For the others, of course. She waved her hand dismissively. Something about being more comfortable. I don't believe my writhing tentacled mouth would let anyone remain at ease for long around me.
She paused, letting the pygmy dragon go. What do you think?

There was a moment of silence as Jericho considered this. It was an interesting notion in the very least. Granted, he supposed it would be different if he was a telepath.
"Well that'd be an interesting experience in the very least. Not entirely sure if I'd last the whole day," he chuckled.
Once the dragon's tongue was let go, the pygmy opened and closed its mouth a few times, moving the little limb around. It was weird to have its tongue held like that for awhile. Whenever it was done with that, it looked back up with a tilt of its head.

You wouldn't. She offered with amusement, before leaving to change out of the clothes that were now wet. Finish up, so I can roll you back to your dorm. She murmured despite being in the other room.

Nodding, Jericho went on and finished getting himself cleaned up. It was refreshing to say in the least. And for a moment, he thought of trying to get out of the tub on his own power. That idea didn't last too long as he realized it'd be pretty hard for him to get up even with his leg out of the tub like this. Not without hurting himself.
"Alright, I'm all set," he said while looking around. Ok, so he might still be thinking about if there's a way he could stand up on his own. Right now that answer was still looking like a no.

Riley returned, towel in hand, holding it out once she'd pulled the curtain - only to realize..
.. I shouldn't have changed yet, should I have. She deadpanned, as she reached down, wrapped the towel around Jericho's middle section, and then wrapped her arms around him to pull him out of the tub.
Effectively soaking her new clothing in the process.
Don't put any stress on it, I've got you. Just get your good leg out of the tub and find your balance, then let me know.

"Ehehe... sorry for getting all your clothes wet?" he chuckled weakly. As she got the towel around him, he shifted to make things a little easier. And then came time to get out of the tub. Taking in a breath, he held onto her while trying to support himself as much as he could.
Feeling around for the floor with his left leg, he soon found relatively sure footing. He was in a slightly awkward position, but he was confident he wouldn't end up falling over with Riley's help.
"Alright, now."
