Oh, they would find something. They didn't even have to look. The ominous sound of bells precluded the ancient youma that swam through air as if it were in its deep sea home, pale steel-colored scales catching the light and reflecting spots of light on the walls. It might have been even pretty, but the dead eyes gave it away.
It slammed through a window, impacting...

The battle is begun!
Civs have 10HP, RNG 1-5 for damage vs youma
Senshi/Pages have 15HP, RNG 1-10 for damage vs youma
Supers/Squires have 20HP, RNG 5-15 for damage vs youma
Eternals/Knights have 25HP, RNG 10-20 for damage vs youma.

Camelot's head turned toward the sound. He saw Polaris heading in that direction and, after putting down the candy he had taken and smiling politely, he moved to follow her. He couldn't help but be a little tense. Things in this place were never simple, it seemed, and he had not yet been able to actually aid anyone. Or so he felt.
He was hoping, though, that it wouldn't be necessary.
Grant heard the noise, but his attention was drawn and split by many things. Not least of all the arrival of his friend, and he smiled at Felicia warmly as she took his arm.
"Hello, Felicia!" he said jovially, "how are you feeling? Oh, yes, there is quite a lot. I would have shared mine if there wasn't, of course, but I took a bite and I'm not sure you'd like it half as much as a fresh piece." He smiled and chuckled, though at least the chuckle faded when he heard the noise at last.
Looking toward the door, he saw the senshi and knight moving toward it and imagined they would be just fine. It sounded sweet, really. Maybe it was a kitty, as they often wore collars with bells on them. In any case, he saw and felt Felicia tense, and patted her arm reassuringly.
"I'm sure a box of bells just fell over, or it's a kitty," he shared, and he meant it. He didn't sound like he was nervous, and his smile was genuine. It was easy for him to live in a constant state of optimism, but maybe that was simply because he was naive.
And then that careful optimism was quite literally shattered when something came crashing through a window. Camelot had time to turn before he felt the impact, being sent crashing backwards quite suddenly. All the air was forced from his lungs and he hit the ground hard. He struggled to get back to his feet as quickly as he could, however.

"Behind me! Get behind me!"
Adrenaline made a cold lump in the pit of her stomach as Holi hastily waved to try and shoo the other civilians behind her, planning to flip the table the chocolates were resting on and using it as a feeble shield to try and keep people safe. She could mourn the destruction of her creations later, right now they had plenty of other problems to worry about. "Come on!! LETSGO!" Maybe if she could get them organized they could get to an exit while the powered people kept the monster at bay.
It was almost frustrating that it was lovely, in it's own strange, shark eyed way, and to try and slow it down, to keep the other civilians safe, she flipped one of the trays, scattering the truffles that hadn't been consumed across the floor, and flung it hard at the monster.

Oh no, another monster. This one, at least, was not easy for Grant to justify as a smoke induced hallucination. These weren't those 'special' brownies, were they? He hadn't had a brownie, anyway, it was fudge. Still...
No, he didn't have it in him to suspect anyone of any such thing.
Instead, he saw the monster as it slammed into the knight, spilling the armored older man to the ground. That looked like it had hurt, even with all the metal protecting him. Still, he looked to see that Holi had responded immediately to the threat.
The candy!
She had worked so hard to make them, and to see them now in danger of getting ruined just broke his heart. The table, the trays, everything would end up being used in the fight against this thing, he could see that. Holi made that very clear, in fact.
He would make her some candy to make up for it, even though he had never made any thing like it before. If they all got out of this, of course, but that doubt never managed to penetrate the barrier of optimism and hope that constantly surrounded and cushioned Grant's world.
Grabbing the closest tray, and making sure to take a moment to deposit the candies on it onto a different tray with the slight hope that they might survive the ordeal before the end. He took a breath and followed Holi's example, whipping it at the monster with all his strength and sending it spinning through the air like a rectangular frisbee.

The knight of Earth was dazed, but not terribly damaged. He had to work to refill his lungs, and they burned from the brunt force of the blow. Hopefully his armor had done some damage to the youma in return, but he hadn't been able to really do much after the initial attack.
Too busy getting knocked on his a**.
He had rolled over to get his arms and legs under him, and pushed himself to his feet slowly. His stomach did a flip and he groaned, shaking his head in an effort to clear it and chase of the pain in his body. He had to focus on the fight at hand. Once he had his feet under him, and the world settled in its proper place around him, he lifted his shield and looked at the youma.
It was strange to see, swimming through the air as it was. He moved to attack, swinging his shield at it and wondering if things would go better if they got themselves a barrel to put it in before trying to shoot it down.

Grant's smiles were terribly infectious, and Felicia could feel her own growing even brighter in response to his. It could have simply been his jovial nature, but the young man had earned himself a nice place right up at the top of her list of favorite people amongst all the citizens stuck out in space. Life saving and selfless carrying had a way of doing that to a person. "I'm feeling fine, they fixed me right up at Virgo. Thanks again, you know, for everything you did for me."
Compliments and gratitude likely could have carried on for hours, specially with the presence of what seemed like endless amounts of chocolate, but it seemed calm gathering was just not in the line up for those that had gathered. Grant's reassurances that the chime of bells had to be something mundane and harmless was enough to take the sudden tension from the younger girl's shoulders, but her smile never returned.
It wasn't just her that seemed on edge either, a glance around showed the senshi moving towards the door, presumably to investigate the sound.
That was when all hell broke out. Something crashed through the window and right into the older man with all the armor and sent him crashing back into the floor.
Felicia screamed, she couldn't help it. She was already jumpy enough after her last encounter with one of these things, monsters, spirits.. Whatever they weres, and her response to frightening s**t was admittedly sensitive after all that. Could you really blame her?
Grant would find he had a cling on attached to his side when he moved to attack the thing, throwing his tray after the other girl(Holi, not that Felicia knew that.) who'd put all the effort into making the chocolates now littering the floor. She'd offered some to Felicia, but she never got a chance to accept or even ask her name. Either way Licia followed suit. She grabbed the first then she could, a plate, and sent it hurling at the monster.

((Taking a guess here.. sorry if I get it wrong >w<))
The shattering of the window spun Polaris around with a sharp intake of breath, turning in time to see Camelot hit by the... was that really a fish monster swimming through the air? She would actually have admired it's beauty in another situation.. "Camelot!!"
She paused for a moment, seeming to debate whether to go to his aid or not as she regained her breath, but the sign of him being okay enough to try and get up.. Well it was probably more important she try and take out the monster as quickly as possible. Maybe even just keep it's attention on her and away from the civilians.
Eternally grateful for Holiday's quick, and very smart, thinking of trying to get all the civilians together she turned her attention to one of the plates that beautiful sweets rested up. Sorry Holiday....
"Super magnetic field" The particular tray was a beautiful silver, and it gave little indication before simply flying off the table and towards the monster, flinging chocolates as it went.

Eliza frowned when the monster burst in the room and went smack right into one of the knight. She couldn't believe this was happening again. She'd just gotten done with giant spider and now a flying fish.
"Are you okay," she asked Camelot, but she doubted her heard as chaos ensued. A table was flipped and the chocolate chef was calling for everyone to get behind her. She was sure she wanted to really do that, she wanted to help, at the same time she remembered what the spider did to Hawke.
She reluctantly backed up and took cover behind the table. Still she poked her head out from her place on her knees watching as the senshi girl made a tray fly. It was amazing!
Eliza grabbed a fallen tray and scooped up a bunch of scatter chocolates before tossing them into the air. She swung, the chocolates hitting the tray with a couple thunks and soaring at the monster, Eliza falling over and the process.
She shook her head with a slight grin, "I hope its allergic."

Naica had a mouthful of marzipan when it crashed through - and he choked on it.
Then, he screamed like a little girl.
Lovely.
It took for a moment for him to stop shaking, for his brain's cries to do something already to reach his body. And then he moved, aiming for the creature's neck with his crystal, while trying to stop shaking.
He looked just about certain that he was going to die in an horrible way.

The coelacanth slammed itself into the wall in the attempts made to destroy it, roaring something awful. Bits of marble fell, the stone pavers cracked around its scaled body, and it flailed as hard as it could, catching three of its enemies around it...

The youma's flailing brought its sides crashing into Camelot and then Grant, and then into a wall; it sagged to the ground for just a moment, howling terribly...
Then the bells sounded again, one tone repeating three times, very deeply...
Darkness gushed forth from its sides, and where the shadows crashed forward people found themselves slamming into walls and pinned there by a terrifying force...
Roll 1d6 for damage! You may not attack this turn as you cannot move!

Camelot moved to defend Grant, but he couldn't get either of them out of the way fast enough. The flailing resulted in both of them smashing into opposite walls, both crumbling to the floor in individual heaps.

It seemed this little fight was more effective than the last. Everyone seemed to have a cool and know the drill. Eliza wondered briefly if that was really a good thing, but she pushed the thought aside grinning as the youma was pelted with various objects.
"That the way," she shouted excitedly.
Unfortunately just after the youma slammed into two of the guys, a senshi and a guy before she was lifted bodily of the floor by a shadow and slammed against a wall.
"Owwww," she moaned knowing if she survived it'd be another round of healing for her.
"Everyone okay," she asked hopefully loud enough for the other's to hear.
