Akiza nods and secretly follows him smelling the food cooking. She then licks her lips and comes out of her hiding spot. "Do you want any help Cody?" She said knowing he might not let her since she was so young and didn't know how to cook.

Cody looked at her but when she walked over to him, he gently pet her head, "Hmm... well you can go get your favorite juice from the refrigerator for me." He said kindly, letting her help with that but cooking was something she needed to learn when she was older, because when he was cooking, not being careful, he remember setting his tail on fire once and it was still growing back a bit, with the tip.

Akiza smiles and nods. She then goes over to the fridge and gets the apple juice from the fridge and sets it on the counter. "There." SHe then goes to get her favorite cup cupboard. It was pink and had Akiza in cursive writing in gold letters. Her mother got it for her before she died. She then pours the apple juice carefully into the cup and ts on the straw lid.

Cody smiled watching her pour herself the juice but then he place a plate of her dinner on the table, helping her up into the seat, "Time to eat." He said happily giving her a fork to eat with.

Akiza giggles and starts to eat once he gave her the fork. Her face lit up when she took a bite as it always did when Cody cooked.

Cody smiled seeing her eat, he loved that she liked his cooking but then he went and made himself a plate to get something to eat.

Akiza then smiles as she eats. She loved Cody's cooking. He always made it yummy. She then eats her food taking her time so she wouldnt get a bellyache like the last time she ate too fast.

Cody smiled to her but then went about eating his plate of food but soon enough he finished and then he waited for Akiza to finish so that he could wash all the dishes.

Once she was finished she gives her plate to Cody and said "Cody will you tuck me in like you and mommy used to?"

Cody gently took her plate but then as he was washing, he heard what she asked and nodded, "Of course I will sis." He said kindly but then after he finished washing the dishes, he cleaned off his hands but gently carried Akiza to bed. He laid her down but then gently began tucking her in.

Akiza smiles and said "I love yuo Cody." SHe then hugs him and curls up with her favorite stuffed bunny.

Cody smiled to her, hugging her back, "I love you too Akiza." He said softly but then as she laid down holding her bunny, he began to sing the lullaby that their mother would sing to put them to sleep, he was a decent singer but still he knew that it made Akiza happy and helped her go to sleep.

Akiza smiles and snuggles wth her bunny under the covers. As Cody sang the lullaby she started to fall aslep smiling and holding her bunny close. She loved Cody dearly and wished he would always be this nice to her. Once she was asleep she snuggles wit bunny and holds it close dreaming of their mother.

Cody smiled seeing her fall asleep but he gently pulled the blanket over her a bit more before going and turning the light off before walking to his room, his ears twitching a bit to make sure their father didn't come home unnoticed and so that he wouldn't hurt Akiza.

The next morning,Akiza was up early since Cody had to go to school and she started preschool today. She would go with Cody to his school but would wait for him in a special room with other kids her age.
