Calder just knew this because it was rather common knowledge around his clan. Grazing 101 of what to eat and not to eat and when to eat what.
They were getting sidetracked! "Okay. I think we have everything we need to know now." He said, moving back on topic. He could only thick of one solid project at one. The herbal lesson would come later. His mind was too focused on the matter at hand. "We should start setting things up. You should go get the food and flowers, and I'll grab the tables and chairs and other necessary items. We need to give you enough time to then think of what to wear during your date, and to then surprise Riley. I think we an get this all set today and have it ready for tomorrow if we're good with our time." He patted the doctor on the arm. "You'll have that magical first date in no time. "
