Zue was so grumpy that Amy kind of wanted to give him a hug...but better judgement made her stay with Jocelin at the moment. She shuffled along with her friend, curiously giving glances at everyone else in the group. She hated feeling useless, but she didn't really think she could help anyone much.

She walked towards the outpost with Joce, hoping that maybe she could be more help there, even with her limp and nearly-useless right arm.

Now that Flannery had looked at the people around her, she felt like a splint was entirely unnecessary for her. Not because it wouldn't be nice-- Flannery definitely had an interest in preventing further damage-- but because her injuries were barely visible compared to some of the others. She wasn't sure what the cat guy meant by dwelling on her injuries (Was it because she had complained? Was it because she was a girl?), but she knew one thing: she didn't like it. A leader who didn't manage the competing interests of his followers and instead relied on volume was no leader at all.

Flannery strolled up to Zue and glared at him, gripping her broken arm and holding it close to her chest. "I don't need a splint, but there are plenty of others here who do." What is wrong with you that you didn't notice them? was the unspoken question.

As they walked in the direction Zue indicated, the visitors to the Surrounding would get a better look at Aquarius Outpost- or at least, the two-story wall surrounding it. What was inside was hard to say, though a small spire peeked over the top. The road led directly to an arched gate in the wall, with an ornately carved door nearly as tall as the wall itself. It appeared to be firmly shut.

The gate was the only thing of interest in the distance. And then, suddenly, it wasn't.

The girl appeared on the path of the Surrounding from out of nowhere, as the rest of the Zodiacs had, and was dressed in an equally flashy costume. Their similarities ended there. While the others, confused as they had been, seemed to know where they were and what they were doing, she appeared as lost as the others. She looked up, reverentially, at the gate for a few long seconds, before turning around and spotting the ragtag group. Her expression, wistful and anxious, contorted into several new ones before settling on a frown.

"Do you guys come with the place?" Sailor Aquarius called out, tugging on the thin braid next to her ear. "Or do they run tours up here now?" Then she spotted Zue, and her expression changed again, this time into panic. "Oh crap," she muttered, looking away. "I'm in trouble, aren't I?"

"Sorry man, you're gonna have to hold on if you can until we can get something better as a splint." The Guardian Cat was apologetic towards Jasper He didn't have anything, and he had lost track of who had what; the best bet was the outpost at this rate.

"Yeah, I noticed. I also noticed majority were also being taken care of." Zue shrugged, waving off the glare Flannery dealt him. He was used to it. Not like he wanted to be their leader anyway! Besides, he had more pressing matters; mainly the Senshi that has just appeared.

"I-What-Tours?! Yer damn right you're in trouble!" Zue hissed, storming past the civilians towards Aquarius to stop in front of her, arms folded across his chest. "What, too good to read your ******** cell phone? Chronos and Virgo have sent alerts!" Damn was she ever in trouble! The urge to punch was rising; not only did he have a couple ingrates, but now he had to deal with this, too! It was the look of panic that stopped him from outright punching her, but who knew how long that would last. "Let me sum it up for you, these people shouldn't be here and yet they are everywhere." An angry hand extended to gesture to all the wounded behind him before pointing at her accusingly.

"We're getting into your outpost and then decide where to go and what to do from there." This was clearly not a request. Though he did pause, a thoughtful look flashing through his anger. "Though since you're here, might as well be helpful for once and see if you can port them back home." Yet again, not a request.

Sailor Aquarius had been expecting trouble. She just hadn't expected it so soon. Or in space. Space was supposed to be free of complications. It was supposed to be the final frontier, a place for exploring at your whim, discovering new worlds, or even old ones. It was not supposed to be home to a bunch of random kids with cuts and broken bones.

Just wait until she learned about the space whale.

She covered her ears as Zue yelled at her, but didn't offer any resistance or apology. What was done was done. She knew she was wrong, she knew she had acted like an idiot. So, clearly, did he. What else was there to say on the subject? He wouldn't understand her reasoning, and now wasn't really the time to have it out with him anyway.

When he suggested she take them back, however, she pouted. "What? I just got here! How come they can't just go back the way they came?" Aquarius paused and looked at the civilians again. "How did you guys get here, anyway? Man, if even normal people can come to space now, I'm even more behind than I thought."

The thought of waiting weeks to come back was terrible, now that she had gotten a taste of it, but when she glanced at Zue she knew he wasn't going to budge on this one. "Fiiiiiine," she sighed, holding out both of her hands. "Okay guys, who's coming with me?"

"ME!" Ricky cried. He didn't hesitate for a single moment. As soon as there was an offer to get the hell out of space, he pushed and shoved his way through the group of other civilians to make sure he was one of the first to get home. He marched beside Sailor Aquarius proudly, wiped his bleeding hand clean on his jeans and then grabbed her hand. "Lets get the ******** outta 'ere, am I right?"

"H-hey!" Amy felt herself being shoved around a bit by a guy (Ricky) who was just itching to get home. She recognized him mainly from that moment when the Gemini Zodiacs had shown up and he had lusted for their liquor. Blech.

Amy glanced at Jocelin, wondering what she wanted to do. Amy wanted to leave and go home, but it was a little unsettling to think that she might be separated from Joce, like how Regina had been separated from them after the while blew them all to near-oblivion. "What do you think, Joce? Now?"

Holi stubbornly limped after everyone on her bitten leg and broken toe, quietly hoping that ripped-shirt bandage was enough to keep anything from following them to the outpost, especially at the tantalizing, wonderful word home

"If this is the tour, I think we need to have some words the travel agency." She noted, wearily amused at the irony.

"If you can get us home... well... I'd offer to send you a thank you gift but I don't think my post office ships out here."

As tempting as it was to do what Ricky had, launch forward and throw her arms around the pretty girl.... sorry... ARM... she also just wanted to sit down and stop hurting for a few minutes. Hell, she wanted to have some idea how she was going to explain this to anyone. She could just picture the poor cops trying to file a report on space whales. Was she going to have to go through rabies shots because of a Space Bat?

...That was going to stink, but it was better than being digested by an glowing space whale.

"Home is good." She nodded looking back at Amy. "I can make sure you get home okay .. but i've got to find Regina before i can go."

She had to know that the other girl was safe and that she'd made it home alright. She'd never be able to live with herself if she just went home and left it up to the weirdos here to make sure everyone got back safe.

It looks like the civilians will be here at the Surrounding for awhile! Better go figure out where you are staying while there are still beds left to claim. And while you're here, why not explore the sights and make your self useful at any one of the active outposts?

The lack of enthusiasm was rather underwhelming. At least one man seemed to appreciate her, though. Aquarius smiled at Ricky, ignoring the blood on his hands. "Well, that's one volunteer. Any others?" Most of the girls seemed to be talking among themselves, or making wisecracks. "That's okay," she told Holiday, "I don't trust the post office anyway. No offense, but I never get my stuff on time."

Was she really going to spend the next however-long ferrying these people back to Earth? After one last hopeful glance at Zue, Aquarius sighed and shut her eyes. "I know space is awesome, but you'll all have to leave sooner or later, and the medical attention up here is kind of sub-par." With those as her parting words, Aquarius winked back out of existence just as suddenly as she appeared.

Leaving Ricky still standing right where he had been.

A few moments later she reappeared, looking rather startled and a bit cross. "How come that didn't work? Did I do something wrong? Or did you just not want to come?" And how come she could come back so soon? The senshi who taught her didn't say anything about these nuances of space travel. Aquarius sighed again and waved her arm to her outpost. "I think we're going to need to do some research before I try that again, so you might as well make yourself comfortable." She sounded about as thrilled at the prospect of putting them up as they were to be stuck there.
