Seeky I'm trying to figure out who to go as, in time for Wizard ComiCon in August. Meep, it's harder than you'd think. I'm leaning toward Tomoyo, but my brother's the seamster, and he might veto the costume as too hard. Advice? Umm, yeah, I wish I was a seamstress. Can't help you, I'm sorry! sweatdrop Although, are you going as Tomoyo from CCS or Tsubasa? The Tsubasa one is harder, and I don't know how good your brother is.

True. Most of Tomoyo's stuff is hard work. Especially her costumes she created in CCS.

My friend said she wants to cosplay Fai for Fanime. I said I would cosplay Kurogane with her, but I don't have enough money for materials.

Actually, I've consulted with the brother, after some of the comments, and I think that I'm probably going to look for something a bit...easier to buy/find in my closet. Anyone think that Primela-chan is a good idea?

Quiet Daydreamer I could probably never start one. My school only really wants clubs that will help the community in some way. Damn it all for being in suburbia! And that is totally awesome! Going to Austrailia, I mean. I have always wanted to go there!! I could have this year, but it would have cost me $4000 that I didn't have. Well, it's a great place, thanks! ^_^ One of the best ways to go about getting your materials for your costumes, is to take a good look at what you have in your closet, and seeing what you can modify in there. If you are after something really.. Out there, you have to break it down into its most singular forms, then add on whatever you want to. If you want, you can find the picture that you wanna go as, and I could help you out. ^^ I love cosplaying. <3~

I only did once...it was for Halloween last year...I actually went as Syaoran, but I put together the costume (or rather my mom did most of the sewing) in like one night, so I ended up looking like a Jedi Knight or something. It was particularly sad.

I just found out yesterday that there is a anime store around me that's having a cosplay competition, I was thinking of entering it... but I'd either need to go as Sora, or make another costume.

Mmm! You so should go, you'll love it, I swear! Is the shop very big? We only have one actually manga/anime shop here in the city, plus a couple of video-game stores that sell a few items.

Yeah, that'd be really cool if you went! Send us pics!! I think that it would be an awesome experience. Not only that, but you'd be able to see who else in your area shares the same passions you do.
