Besides House, usually Law & Orcer: SVU, Supernatural, and ER...oh, and Mythbusters. Me heart s legends.
I also watch St. Elsewhere and Dawson's Creek (on DVD, obviously). But House is my favorite show on the air right now.

I watch a lot of tv since I have no life. The shows I watch are Desperate Housewives, WWE Raw, Super Nanny, Wife Swap, CSI: Miami, Gilmore Girls, Standoff, House, Lost, Beauty & the Geek, Survivor, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Shark, The Office, My Name is Earl, Adult Swim, Toonami, Seinfeld and that's pretty much it I think. I also watch Firefly but that's not on anymore crying

Off air:
Blackadder, Jeeves and Wooster, A bit of Fry and Laurie, La Femme Nikkita, Thin blue line, Red Dwarf, Spooks, Thouching Evil, Wire in the Blood, McCallum.
(oh there are so many shows I love!!) My absolut favorite is Jeeves and Wooster i could watch that till I die!!!! heart heart heart

I can be caught watching CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and House. I can talk about almost every episode in detail and quote them...I have no life.

My favorite show happens to be Naruto, with House close second, then Lost, Monk, Full metal Alchemist, Avatar, Mar, Zatch Bell, *a dozen other animes I'm not going to bother writing* and I rather like to watch Disney Channel, in times of EXTREAM boerdom when desperate to watch a glowing box for 30 minutes or so. Pretty kiddish list but I know you all watch cartoon network, too!
I cannot stand Grey's Anatomy, my mom watches that show, I watched it once and the most medical-related theng I heard was "the blood! its TOXIC! its TOXIC!" House > Grey's Anatomy.

*ponders* as others have said, I will not list all the anime I've watched
however, I am currently following Naruto, One Piece, and Bleach on CN, and Prince of Tennis, Hikaru no Go, and Zatch Bell on toonamijetstream... I did watch Zatch Bell when it aired, but it's currently not airing
I hope they bring new episodes of Avatar soon.... such a shame about Iroh's voice actor crying
for live-action, aside from House (FTW!!!), I also watch Lost, Numb3rs, Monk, Psych, and The Dresden Files... somewhat regularly
irregularly, I also watch Good Eats, Whose Line reruns, Food Network Challenge, Star Trek Next Gen reruns
