Something flared in the distance, pulling at a sense so utterly foreign and alien that he simply couldn't name. It made him look back on reflex, and it made him see. Insane psycho girl was... summoning something ?

The rest was a blur. Ume... he couldn't leave Mu here ! He rushed back in, stupid and futile as it was, grapped the first thing he saw - a plate - and threw it at the swan.

"D-Don't touch her !" His accent was deepened by fear, worry, a whirlwind of emotions, adrenaline coursing through him like a drug, "I-I won't let you !"

Maybe he'd be more believable if he wasn't shaking like a leaf.

If the swan was capable of making noise, it probably would have scoffed as if saying "REALLY?" at the plate that was flung at it. No, it veered around the plate and was still making a quick movement as it barreled for the senshi. It had a target, ordered by the red head herself, so it was determined to reach its goal. The bad blood needles went right through it too... being nothing more than swirling particles, it was not something that objects could hit.

No..it craved flesh.

A blur, a flash of browns and creams was seen as something was darting out of the corners of their eyes. A feline form materialized, and did something..pretty reckless. She dove in front of the swan.. and took the hit.

While objects or even powered soared right through the swan, once it hit something solid and fleshy it was enough. The power of the crystal had to be released on something warm... flowing with blood, alive. It was the only way for the nebula to stop. Chloe hissed out in pain as the swan's particles swarmed around her for a moment...before dropping. A searing pain swarmed over her flesh, leaving it raw and burning... Even her fur was not enough to prevent the burns left behind. They would not be permanent, but they felt raw and painful as if she stayed out at the beach for 8 hours with no sun screen.

Looking towards mu cephei, she tried to gain the girls attention..."Give me your pen." Forward, but damnit she needed that pen. She was abe to hoist herself to her feet... pretty much choosing to turn a blind eye to the corrupted sailor behind her that she once protected.
