"But that's not---" She stared at the offering, pouting. She...she didn't want his chocolate! He was the one she had bribed, not the other way around! Still she didn't want to be rude, so she took the small bag. Maybe DC would eat it, or maybe one of her friends; she didn't eat often, it would probably be put to better use with someone else.
"I do like music! I was in the Battle of the Bands!" She informed him happily, the small bag of chocolate disappearing under her sari, no doubt tucked inside the hollow hole that took up most of her torso. Concave chests really were the best way to hide things!
"What's your full name, Roch? You're in the Reaper dorms, right?" Was she plotting to tape lollipops to his door? Yes, yes she was. Was she going to tell him that? Of course not. He'd retaliate! Probably. Most people did, anyway.

"Nope, nuh uh, that's something I don't share unless I got to," Roch said, grinning at her. "If you had a name as stupid sounding as mine, you wouldn't share it either," he added.
"C'mon, I want out of here. Someone's gonna come along and wonder why we were lookin' up protection charms and definitely jump to the wrong conclusions." Which would be ridiculous, but still, it was embarrassing! "I'll show you some chords, okay?"

Oh shoot, he must have been on to her! Errr...oh well, she'd figure it out.
"What if I gave you my full name?" She pressed, thought she did nod to his suggestion and started to head towards the door. The library attendants could put the book back, because she doubted she could get Roch to put it back. There was a little bit of curiousity that followed the mention of people jumping to the wrong conclusion. "Why? Don't want anyone to know you were doing homework?" Apparently she was too curious to keep it quiet, though she did give him an odd look.
"But I'd love to see the cords!" Hopefully, they would go to the Reaper dorms.

"But they might not KNOW it's homework," he said. "It was about... what did you call it? Mating. And we even looked up protection charms and s**t," he said, the back of his neck red. "No, that's enough library for today."
He stepped outside, then pointed to a tree off in the grass. "Over there will work," he said. "But I don't got a guitar you can actually... try. So I'll just show you what to do, okay?"

"Is that bad?" She blinked up at him, clearly misunderstanding. As far as she was concerned, there was no other option than the 'they were studying' one. How could one make a misunderstanding over homework? That just seemed weird. The boil recieved an odd stare, a shrug, and then she wandered over to the tree that was pointed out.
"Well alright...watching is good, too!" She tilted her head, looking up at the tree before leaning her back against it with a happy sigh. Oh, she did love trees.

He dropped down in front of her, summoned his guitar, and started to teach her the basics. He was much more comfortable with this sort of learning than the whole "sex ed" thing. And silently he decided he would definitely figure out how she could play. Being denied the chance to play when you wanted to was akin to abuse in Roch's mind. And besides, he liked the little undead ghoul.
