~Syn nods~ “that is true." ~Watching her smile~ " okie, first I will have to tell you about my family. My mother's father was powerful shaman; he ruled his herd with an ironfist. My mother was his prophet; she was born with ability to see the forfeiture in dreams. Years before I was born my mother had a vision that she would be mated with a member of a herd that came off the mountains. This herd of mountains was spirit readers, and stargazers. My father's grandfather and the shaman told my father that he would find his mate in the herd of the prophets, she would be leader’s daughter, and he had to pass many tests before he could ask for her in marriage. He came to my mother’s herd and asked the leader for her hand, he passed many of the tests that my grandfather put him through. My tests were that he had to find an item of the four elements, a starfire ruby for fire, a branch of the world tree for earth, a golden wing of a sky bird for air and a scale of a seafox for water. With the tasks complete he returned. Instead my mother’s father backed out on his word, and treated my father. My father fought him and lost, he came up with a plan are started meeting my mother secret. They fall in love and it wasn't long before my father convinced my mother to leave with him which she did. My grandfather found out and decided to curse them. Shortly after I was born, my mother's mother sleeked my parents out to warn them about the curse. She told my parents, that I would be sleeked my darkness; I would be misfortune to everyone around me. I would never be at peace, or know love, the spirits and stars would ignore me. However there was a way to break the curse. I must first find 'someone that is wise in the world or the elemental spirits'. Next we would have to find the four items of the elements." ~He looks at her smiles~ “it will be a hard task."
~Watching her sigh he watches the cat~ “yeah, the small things always seem to be that way. “ ~ He chuckles~ “yes, hopefully he won’t give you trouble as you fly him home. We don’t need a cat pancake.”

A curse only had power if one believed in it, and Rin did not believe in curses. When she heard his explanation a question came to mind, “How do you know you are cursed though? Besides the eyes, have you noticed any other indication of this curse?” Even though she did not believe in curses, she would help Syn solve what has plagued him. “Starfire ruby… hmm, I know a stallion who would know the whereabouts of that kind of stone,” Rin had met Háidēs when she was on one of her cases and found him to be a closed off stallion, until his mate stood near him, that is when he transformed into a talkative stallion. The other items needed went through Rin’s mind; could the world tree mean Yggdrasil? Could this stallion before her have a connection to the ancient tree? She chewed this over in her head, Syn did not seem to notice the orbs floating around her head, so perhaps he was not connected, but then again he could be as skilled as she was of ignoring the spores. The other two items would need some looking into; possibly the mountains for the feather and the ocean for the scale, but both of those places are vast, and even if they discovered the location of the seafox, they could not breathe underwater. When that time came, they would think of something. Rin Asougi nodded her head, causing her green bangs to fall in her face, with a quick puff of air, she cast them away from her eyes, “It will be a hard task, but not impossible. I am up for the adventure, and with the two of us and the connections we both have, we will be able to find each of those elemental items.” Rin smiled at the stallion reassuringly, he did not have to go through this alone, and for some odd reason, the mare felt compelled to help him.
“Hmm, a cat pancake… to bad that does not sound very appetizing,” the fat cat’s muscles bunched and its yellow eyes glared at the two soquili standing over it, “what? We are just kidding, you will arrive home safe and sound little fella. Because if you didn’t, I wouldn’t get paid…” The cat did not take this as a promise that nothing would happen to it, for it kept a wary eye on the mare.

~He nods~ " I know because, I caused my mother's and sister's death, the unknown shadow was hunting me, and I stumbled into the meadow, where my mother and sister were, instead of attacking me, it took them and 'warned me that everything I loved would be taken from me'. After that the herd started to shin me, others wouldn't talk to me, or let their childen speak to me. My dad's shaman has never been able to get a clear reading on me with the spirits or the stars. however in a dream the fire and earth sprits told her that herd's leader's son would be her successor. So when I was little, she decided to test me, I passed the test, but couldn't be trained because, I couldn't talk to the spirits, and my readings from the stars was really off and couldn't be trusted."~He watches as she tells him, she might know someone that help them find the stone.~ " That would be great, would he be willing to help?" ~he smiles~ " that would be great, thank you so much Rin."
~Watching the cat glare at them, he smirks again~ " yeah, and your mommy would be sad."

Rin’s stomach churned, the shadow part of his tale reminded her too much of the blood covered snow all those years ago; she shook herself and continued to listen to the stallion, “I’m sorry,” Rin was not sure what else to say, he was constantly holding on to the burden of him believing he killed his loved ones, “Well perhaps the Shaman not being able to read you clearly because you have a choice and that choice will change the course of your life.” Rin tilted her head to the side, “Well, he is kind of a grump, but if his mate Carolina is there, he will definitely be up to helping us find that stone.” The Angeni mare grinned at the stallion, “You’re welcome Syn. When do you want to go on this search?”
The cat meowed at the stallion, “I think I need to tell his mommy that she needs to lay off the kitty food, you could lose a few pounds big boy.” The cat definitely did not like this; he wanted his food and did not want to go on a stinking diet.

~Syn smiles saddly, it hard for him not to cry, he fight the tears back. After he gained control he smiles again~ " thank you Rin." ~ He watches her, that could be true, he had hope in that~ " That is most likely." ~Listen to her talk about the other stallion, he chuckled at the thought of a this stallions mate getting him to them.~ " Why would he help if his mate is there, does she talk him into it? Or is she more domain that he is." ~watches Rin grin, and smiles grinning back~ " When ever you are available. and ready to go."
~Watching the cat again he nods~ " Yes, I think that is wise, however I think he likes the idea." ~he looks to the cat again~

The mare gave a small nod with a smile, “It is all how you look at it; everything has different perspective.” Rin could not help but remember back to the time when she met the stallion, he was nothing what she expected, she had heard stories about him, and how he rejected contact with another living thing. Except when she encountered him, he was different, more open and madly in love with a purple clad mare and laughs at the stallions words, “Well I am not sure if she is more dominate over him, but it could be, you don’t want to mess with Lina. When she is around he is friendlier and will open up more with us, its love.” Quietly the mare thought about the days ahead, she did not have anything else on her schedule, except bringing this cat back to his worried owner, “I do not have anything else planned, so I can go tomorrow, after I get this cat to its mother and have someone take my place if any clients come in.”
Emerald eyes lock on the cat, “Well I love chocolate but I don’t eat it every day… or I would end up like him.” She nudges the cat with her hoof, he in turn gives her a perturbed look.

~He nods~ " that is true." ~He watches her laugh at him words~ "That is good that he has someone that changes him like that, yeah it could be love." ~He watches her think about stuff, when she answered he smiled~ " Tomorrow would be good. yeah, I need to go and tell my student that I won't be around for a little while." ~He smiles~
~He watches her lock her eyes on the cat~ " yeah, it could do him some good to be on a diet." ~He watches the cat after he was nudged~

The sun was slowly moving across the sky, she would need to leave soon or she would not be able to return the cat to its owner until tomorrow and she really did not want to baby sit it overnight. “Tomorrow it is then. The glen is not hard to find, from here it is due east and when in the sky you will be able to see the clearing, you will know it by the two giant trees standing parallel indicating the entrance.” Rin returns his smile.
Rin grabbed the cat by the scruff of its neck with her teeth and placed him on her back, “Be a good kitty and stay,” she turned her attention to Syn, “I really need to get this kitty home, I’ll see you tomorrow.” Her muscles bunched as she prepared to launch into the sky, “Bye!” with that last word she took off into the sky, leaving the winged stallion behind.
