Looking up at the next door cautiously, Her ears perked to what the reaper had to say. "... And you're sure that's safe, right?" Why would he suggest it otherwise... Right?
"... What if somebody else is standing on the other side?" The feline asked as she cautiously grabbed hold of one of the metal bars extended from the wall, beginning to make her way up. Rusty at climbing she was, but this used to be a hobby of hers as a kid. "... Would you... Teleport inside of them and cause them to explode?"

"It should be," Shun started as he began to climb up swiftly. While a little strange to do so since he had both a cat and mouse on top of him, they didn't hinder his movements all that much. However, when she said there could be someone right on the other side, he paused.
"It's unlikely that anyone would be standing right in front of the elevator doors..." he murmured, though he didn't sound completely certain, "But if there was, they'd be fine. I'd be the one who'd end up screwed... theoretically at least."
While he never actually did it before, he had a basic idea of how he reformed when teleporting. Reforming with something where an organ should be would not end well for him. He was fairly certain of this and he was not willing to test it out.

Oh... So it was the other way around. Riyo had personally felt much safer thinking the opposite would happen and upon reforming, they ended up exploding someone. In fact, that'd be kinda cool...
It didn't take long for the reaper to pass her, considering the ghoul was taking it slow and steady.
"Okay... Almost there..." The feline mumbled as she continued to pull herself up. There was no way she'd let this happen again. It was ******** embarrassing.

Before too long, Shun was up to where the doors were. The ledge there was small, but he was able to stand on it as long as he held onto the side. It certainly didn't seem like he'd be able to pry open the doors like this though. Teleportation would have to be the way to go most likely.
While he waited for Riyo to finish climbing, he paused as he heard something shift. Narrowing his eyes, he looked and saw the cables in the middle of the area moving. Quickly, he glanced down and saw that the elevator had begun to escalate again.
"s**t!" he hissed. They were going to need to move really soon.

Riyo's fur prickled as she heard the elevator began to move, a terror in her eyes that nobody had seen in a long, long time. "Oh dear sweet Jack and SALLY!" She practically screamed as she hurried her way up the shaft with a newfound adrenaline.
It only took her about five seconds to sprint/climb her way up the wall, but when she did, the feline held onto the side of the door for dear life. "I don't care what you do! Get us the hell out of here!" Death by elevator or death by teleportation? Both sounded equally as painful, so why not choose the latter?

By the time Riyo had finally made it up, the elevator had picked up speed. Shun didn't hesitate as he grabbed onto her arm and disappeared from behind the door with her. They soon reappeared on the other side.. in tact as far as he could tell.
Letting out a breath, he glanced behind and saw the door open.
"That.. was definitely not an hour," he hissed.

For a split second, Riyo was sure she had died and floated off into little FEAR particles.
But upon opening her eyes and hearing the 'ding' of the elevator right behind them, she realized that hadn't been the case.
Falling to her knees on the cold floor, the ghoul took in a deep breath. "I... Am never... Ever... Taking the elevator again..." The fact that it hadn't been an hour at all didn't phase her. She was too busy trying to get over the fact that a simple maul outing had turned into such a situation.

"Hmph," was all Shun had to say in response as he was still glaring at the elevator for the moment. The experience as a whole didn't phase him enough to keep him from using these things again, but he certainly wasn't happy with the way things went. Damn gnomes probably operated this.
After casting Riyo a glance, he went on to check on Bent-Tail and Felix to make sure they were alright. The cat might not have belonged to him, but he still wanted to check up on it. It had done nothing against him and all and seeing how it was currently perched upon his shoulder sort of, he felt some sense of responsibility for it.

It appeared Felix was a lot better off than his owner... Fur was a little prickly but it wasn't anything he couldn't manage.
Giving a soft "meow" as a thank you to the reaper, the hazcat hopped off his shoulder and moved closer to his owner.
"Alright..." She sighed, picking up Felix and holding him close. "I'm just... Going back to school now..." The hard-wood could wait, because there was no way in hell she was gonna stay out after that.
When the ghoul regained her footing, she began to shakily walk away. "... This doesn't change anything between us, right?"

At the cat's meow, Shun nodded silently to it before looking towards Bent-Tail, how had nuzzled into his neck lightly. He just sort of patted him lightly on the head, then turned his attention to Riyo as she spoke up. The experience seemed to have shaken her pretty badly, not that he could blame the girl.
The question she asked however, had him raise an eyebrow.
"Doesn't matter to me either way," he shrugged. He still didn't care for the feline student all that much and chances were that if her general attitude kept up he'd keep butting heads with her. However, if this wasn't the case, then that was one less enemy for himself which wasn't a bad thing.
But over all, he didn't give too much of a damn.

"Right then." Back to hating each other tomorrow, though she wouldn't elaborate that for Shun. He'd figure it out by himself, she was sure. "Later."
And with that, the feline was off... Towards the nearest flight of stairs.
Looking over Riyo's shoulder, Felix managed to wave a paw in Shun and Bent-Tail's direction before the two of them disappeared into the crowd. It was a shame he hadn't gotten to play with his new friend more, but he supposed there would be time for that later.
