Tino glanced over his shoulder when he noticed Berwald was staring at something. A girl? That certainly wasn't what the Finn expected and wondered if they knew each other. He had never known Berwald to have any interest in girls unless there was a very specific reason. She did look familiar but a name just wouldn't come to him. Hadn't he seen that girl talking with Antonio before?

"Is that a new friend of yours?" Tino asked as he turned back around to face the Swede.

"She's sick, too?" Tino's eyes widened in disbelief. She seemed perfectly healthy! Why was Lukas suffering so much while this girl looked fine? "Is it really ok for her to be out tonight? I hope she doesn't have some sort of attack..."

The Finn knew it was none of his business to bother the girl and her date. However he couldn't help wanting to keep an eye on her at least while they were in the restaurant just in case. It would make him feel better and it wouldn't hurt anyone to peek over his shoulder every now and then. Tino didn't understand why the younger nations were so reckless. He and Berwald hadn't been like that at their age, had they? This new generation was going to be the death of him.

... Now Tino felt a little old.

"I guess that's true... This whole curse business has me a little freaked out," Tino confessed with a weak chuckle. "I can't even remember the last time someone honestly talked to me about curses. I guess when Ivan forced me to live with him something like that would come up every now and then, but... asking him about a curse would be a last resort." His relations with Russia weren't bad despite their history but he always preferred to limit their interactions when possible.

"That's true," Tino agreed a little too readily. He really, really didn't want to go talk to Ivan about anything unless there was no way around it. He hated acting that way toward anyone but it was hard not to when it came to the Russian. "Have you decided on anything? I think I'm going to try one of those burgers Alfred is always talking about..." If it came from a restaurant and not fast food then it couldn't be that weird, right?

Tino cheerfully ordered his own meal and thanked the waiter as he left. The Finn was in a good mood despite all of their worries about strange curses and monsters around campus. Tino could be a little too optimistic at times.

"Hey, Berwald, I know you're on the committee now and that's a big responsibility, but have you thought of joining any other clubs?" he asked. "I guess there aren't very many right now, but I was thinking it would be fun to join one... Maybe all of us Nordics could be in one? It would give us an excuse to get together after school and spend time together."

"Hm... Yeah, there isn't a lot to choose from..." Tino mused and was quiet for a moment before his expression brightened again. "We could make our own club! I'm sure the principal would let us if we come up with a good theme." Which would probably be the problem if this was the Finn's brain child.

"I guess it would need to have something all of us could relate to... What about vikings?" Tino suggested a little too sweetly considering the violent raping and pillaging part of that old culture. "We could exchange legends and revive some of the old festivals as special events. It might be fun to reminisce about the time of vikings."
