daniel continued to eat and work as he turned the music on as he sighed a bit. 'stupid mistakes i made today can't be rewriten' he said to himself.the maid entered the kitchen and sat down eatting her food as she looked up. She began to yell at the man who was looking at winter.daniel looked up as he got up heading to the kitchen. "whats the matter over here"

Winter sat in silence as she watched the maid yell at the man. Her canines grew a little and she bit her lip. As her master came in the women smiled a little and the men didn't move. When he question left his lips the man said before the maid could say anything else, "I was just looking at the new girl. Somethings different about her. I just know it." His eyes returned to Winter, and tried to see past her eyes. Something inside her turned and her eyes returned the favor. Her tail flicked in annoyance, and her face was mimicking the mans.

Daniel looked at everyone and then back to the man "well i don't care if you feel like staring at her, you know its forbidden to look at any other girls but your wife in this house mark" he said. He looked at the corner of his eye as the wife stood up and ran out the room . "hope you have fun explaining that all to your wife" he said gently then turned around. But before that he nodded his head to everyone and looked at winter for a few seconds then went on his way

Winter looked at her master during the argument. Afterwards Mark hunched over his food muttering his anger, and some remarks on how he would explain to his wife. One remark caught Winters attention. It wasn't louder than the others, but her ears picked it out. "So why are you looking at her? I don't see a ring on her finger- Marlene wait!" He said and ran after his wife, brushing past his master. Winter blushed at his comment, which rung in her head like a bell. She brought her eyes back to her master, who was looking back at her.

daniel hit the wall on his way "i shouldn;t have done that at all. maybe i should have been nicer to all of them" he said. he continued on his way mubbleing to himself.He stepped into his office as he pushed his food away.

Winter sat in silence as the women around her left her out of the conversation. They were whispering frantically, as if they could see her ears and tail. They couldn't. Only another wolf or a neko could see them. She had hidden them from all her other masters, but now she can't hide them from this one. When Winter finished, she got up silently, and washed out her plate. She went up the stairs and into her room. She sat on the bed and felt the tears drip down her face. "This was all my fault... I ruined their lives because I'm different." She whispered to herself. She started to sing softly, and the tears began to dry up.

daniel shock his head as he lowered his head "what am i doing right here. i should go and see if she is alright or not" he said running his hands throught his hair. he got up and headed to her room as he stooped in the doorway. he kept his hands in his pockets "hey winter are you alright" he asked

"I was enchated to meet you..." Her voice trailed off as she heard a knock on her door. Before she could get up, her master stood in the door. "I'm fine..." She said gingerly, her eyes still had the red tint from her crying. She smiled softly, and looked him in the eye.

Danile walked up to her and gently rubbed her check with his thumb "you don't have to cry winter. all this was my fault really, i shouldn't have said what i did" he said lowering his head

Winter smiled and stood, ruffling the end of her dress a little. She faced him and gently messed with a strand of his hair. "It's not your fault. You have to be rough every once and a while or you'll be taken advantage of. Just don't be evil, be gentle and strong when you need to." She smiled and looked into his eyes.

"but still i shouldn't have put you right on the stop it was very wrong of me to do" Daniel said. "but they know they aren't allowed to start at others when they are married." he said. He leaned in and gently kissed her forhead "i will let you get some rest alright" he said turning around and leaving heading for his room

Winter blushed but as he walked out she said gently..."Sir, He could see my ears. That's why he was staring at me. He just was confused and wanted to know what I was." She smiled a little and said a simple 'Goodnight' before closing her door and changing into some sleep shorts and a t-shirt. She went to turn out the lights and then snuggled herself under the blankets on her bed. She soon fell into a sleep with a small smile on her face. Her dreams were filled with her goals and what she thought her life might have been like if she wasn't a slave.

Daniel got to his room as he quickly changed just into some boxers. he then went and turned the light off slideing under the covers. He fell asleep right away as he tossed around a bit, but stopped completly. he breath normally as the covers began to go all around him and some on him

Winter woke the next morning to a raven at her window. She smiled , yawned, streached and went over to her window to let the bird in. The small raven flew in and landed on her bed and watched as Winter changed into a skirt and top. She then walked over and gave the bird some crumbs and it hoped up unto her finger, shedding a single black feather. "Thank you." Winter whispered and let the bird back outside. She picked up the feather and as she brushed and braided her hair, she wove the feather into her braid.

Daniel woke up next moring as he stood up rubbing his head a bit. He stretched as he pulled some pants on and headed down to the kitchen. He began to wonder wht was for breakfast and what would happen today. He stepped into the kitchen and smiled at everyone as he waited for his breakfast calmly
